TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Information on how to enter the competition and information about the prizes form part of these terms. By entering the competition, you accept these terms.

Eligibility
1 To be eligible to enter, you must:
(a) be an Australian resident;
(b) be 18 years of age and over; and
(c) not be our employee or an immediate family member of our employee (or an employee of an agency associated with the competition).
2 Entry is free.
3 We may (in our absolute discretion):
(a) verify entrant’s identity, age and the validity of entry;
(b) disqualify entrants who submit an entry that is not in accordance with these terms or who tampers with the entry process;
(c) disqualify entrants who enter using multiple aliases;
(d) accept entries that contain errors or omissions; and
(e) deem incomplete, plagarised, defamatory or indecipherable entries invalid.

4 To enter the competition:
(a) Spend $30 or more on any Disney product only at Target
(b) Head to www.target.com.au/kidscorner
(c) Enter the competition section and fill in your details: First name; Last name; Email address; Post code; contact number; last 5 digits of your receipt
(d) In 25 words or less tell us your most memorable princess moment
5 Entries must be received between 12:01AM (AEDT) on 19/02/15 and 11:59PM (AEDT) on 08/03/2015. Entries are deemed to be received at the time they are received by us (and not at the time you submit the entry).
6 Multiple unique entries will be accepted.
7 Upon receipt by us, entries become our property.
Selecting a winner
8 One winner will be selected by 12:00PM (AEDT) on 09/03/2015 at 12 – 14 Thompson Road, Geelong North 3215.
9 The competition is based on a game of skill. The winner will be selected from the pool of eligible entries which comply with these terms and demonstrate the most interesting, original and creative commentary (as determined by us at our absolute discretion).

10 The winner will be notified via phone by 6:00PM (AEDT) on 09/03/2015 and must respond by 12:00PM (AEDT) on 10/03/2015 to claim his or her prize.

11 The prize comprises of the following:

12 The total prize pool of all five winners are valued at $9000 (including GST)
13 The winner must be available to travel to Sydney with a family of four or less on the 14th of March returning on 16th of March.
14 The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. If the prize is not available, we may (in our absolute discretion) substitute the prize for another item of equal or higher value as determined by us (in our absolute discretion).
15 Upon the winner claiming their prize, we will provide all relevant information regarding his or her prize. If the winner is not able to participate in or accept any part of the prize, the prize will be forfeited.
Alternative winner
16 If the winner fails to respond by 9:00AM (AEDT) on 11/03/2015 to claim his or her prize, we will select an alternative winner at 12:00PM (AEDT) on the same day at our business address in accordance with the procedure outlined above. The alternative winners will be notified via email by 3:00PM on the date of selection. If an alternative winner does not claim their prize by 12:00PM on the next day, we may (in our absolute discretion) retain the prize and are under no obligation to find a further alternative winner.

Changing the competition
17 If the competition is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of misdirected entries, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond our control, we may (in our absolute discretion) cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or invalidate any affected entries.
Liability
18 We (and our officers, employees and agents) are not liable for any loss, expense, damage or liability suffered or incurred by you in connection with the competition, including:
(a) any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible or misdirected entries;
(b) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction;
(c) any theft, unauthorised access or interference by another person;
(d) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected;
(e) any variation in prize value to that stated in these terms;
(f) any tax liability incurred by you;
(g) use of, or taking of, a prize; or
(h) participation in the competition.
19 Nothing in these terms limits, excludes or modifies the statutory consumer guarantees or implied warranties under the Competition and Consumer Act 2013 or similar state legislation.

20 Collecting personal information: When you enter the competition or if you are selected as a winner and awarded the prize, we collect your personal information, such as first name, last name, state, telephone number, e-mail address and mailing address. Without your personal information, we may not be able to effectively run the competition, select a winner and award the prize. If you wish to access, update or correct your personal information or obtain a copy of our privacy policy, please contact us on 1800 814 788. While we work hard to ensure your personal information is safe and secure, we are not responsible for any unauthorised access to, and disclosure of, your personal information. Nothing in these terms limits, excludes or modifies our obligations under the relevant privacy legislation.
21 Using your personal information: We do not use your personal information for any other purpose, except to run the competition, select a winner and award the prize, as well as to market and promote other products and services which may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive marketing and promotional material from use, please contact us on 1800 814 788 or select “unsubscribe” on the marketing and promotional material. We do not sell or rent your personal information to another person for their own marketing and promotional purpose, without your express consent.
22 Disclosing your personal information: We may provide your personal information to our service providers, some of whom may be located outside Australia, who assist us with our business, including prize suppliers, data processing, data analysis, online computing, contact centre, legal, accounting, business consulting, auditing, archival, delivery and mailing services. While we believe our service providers also work hard to ensure your personal information is safe and secure, we are not responsible for their conduct. We may disclose your personal information for the following purposes:
(a) responding to lawful information requests from courts, government agencies and lawyers;
(b) investigating and dealing with suspected fraud and unlawful activity;
(c) protecting our lawful interests; or
(d) in the process of a sale or purchase of us or our business.
Right to use name and likeness
