1. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, FACEBOOK. You understand that you are providing your information to the administrators of this page and not to FACEBOOK. The information you provide will be used in accordance with the terms and conditions.
2. Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions. Entry into the competition constitutes the entrants’ acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. Entry is only open to Western Australian residents 18 years and over. Employees and their immediate families of Experience Perth, Scarborough Beach Surf School and Seashells Hospitality Group are not eligible to enter.
4. The promotion commences at 12:00 PM WST on Monday 16th February 2015 and closes at 5.30PM WST on Sunday 1st March 2015.
5. To enter, participants must:
a. Complete the requested details on the Experience Perth official Facebook page or Experience Perth website and submit their entry.
b. Answer the question correctly to go in the running to win the prize.
6. Entries are limited to one entry per person. Any double entries will be removed from the prize draw.
7. The promoter reserves the right to remove and exclude any entry from the competition at any time. Any use of robotic, mechanical, automatic, programmed or like methods of participation will void each entry made in this way.
8. There will be one winner chosen at random from the correct entries.
9. Judging will take place at 10am Tuesday 3rd March 2015 at Experience Perth, Suite 10, 4A Centro Avenue Subiaco WA 6008.
10. All judges’ decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including entrants’ identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrants for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
12. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable in any from and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
13. The winner will be contacted by email on Tuesday 3rd March 2015 via email.
14. A post will be made on the Experience Perth Facebook page with the winner’s first name and last initial only on Tuesday 3rd March 2015.
15. The prize, at a total value of $850 consists of:
a. A five lesson surf course with Scarborough Beach Surf School for two adults. Total value $450
b. Overnight accommodation in a two bedroom apartment for two people at Seashells Scarborough. Total value $400
16. All prizes are subject to availability and the individual terms and conditions imposed by each operator.
17. Surf lesson voucher is valid until 1st December 2015 and is subject to availability.
18. Accommodation voucher is valid for stay until 20th December 2015 and is subject to availability. Overnight stay excludes school holidays, public holidays and special events.
19. All prize vouchers must be presented for redemption.
20. Total prize or any part thereof, is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
21. If the prize is unclaimed 48 hours after the first correspondence with the original winner their prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be chosen.
22. Any personal information collected on the entry form will be used by Experience Perth, Scarborough Beach Surf School and Seashells Hospitality Group for marketing purposes. Entrants have the option to unsubscribe from any electronic information.
23. The winning entries will need to coordinate their own travel, incidental expenses, and booking of tours outside of prize inclusions.
