1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.

Entry is open to residents of New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, Australian Capital Territory and Western Australia who are 18 years and over. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agencies and outlets associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. This promotion is limited to Bottlemart outlets in New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, Australian Capital Territory and Western Australia that have been invited by the Promoter to participate ("Participating Bottlemart Outlet")3. The promotion commences at 00.01 EDT on 25/02/2015 and closes at 23.59 EDT on 24/03/2015 (“Promotional Period”).
4. For your chance to win an Instant Win Prize and/or the Major Prize:
(a) purchase any XXXX 6-pack or case (24 Bottle, 24 Can or 30 Can where applicable) of XXXX Gold, XXXX Bitter, XXXX Summer Bright Lager or XXXX Summer Bright Lager with Lime from a Participating Bottlemart Outlet during the Promotional Period to receive a game card bearing a unique code ("Game Card");
(b) visit
www.xxxx.com.au/xxxxmart ("Promotional Website") and access the online entry form for this promotion. Complete all sections of the online entry form including first name, last name, address, email address, date of birth, mobile number and unique code found on the Game Card and submit the form during the Promotional Period to enter the promotion.
5. The Game Card is not a scratch-and-win card or other type of instant win card; it simply bears the unique code that will enable the recipient to enter the promotion. Each code is unique and can only be used once.
6. Limit applies of one entry per person per day.
7. Entrants must retain a clear copy of their original receipt and their Game Card bearing the unique code they used to enter the Promotion as proof of an eligible purchase during the Promotional Period.
8. All valid winning and non-winning entries received during the Promotional Period will be entered in the Major Prize Draw.

10. Instant Win Prize winners will be notified instantly via the Promotional Website and will win the prize indicated. Entrants whose entry reveals the words "sorry, you are not a winner this time" will not win a prize. Instant Win Prize winners will be determined by a random electronic draw process.
11. Maximum total RRP value of all Instant Win Prizes = $55,935.00. All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Instant Win Prizes will be delivered to winners within 28 days of the close of the Promotional Period, subject to any processing or delivery delays. Instant Win Prize winners will be notified of any delay.
12. The maximum total number of Game Cards to be randomly distributed for this promotion is 90,000. Each Game Card has a 1 in 73 chance of winning an instant prize.
13. If any prize or any element of a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize or element of a prize of equal or greater value at the Promoter’s sole discretion, subject to any written directions from the relevant authorities. Winners will not be entitled to any additional compensation in the event that the prize or element of a prize has been substituted at equal or greater value.
14. All valid claims for prizes will be met notwithstanding that the advertised prize pool has been exceeded. Printing errors or other quality control matters will not be used as the sole basis for refusing to award a prize. All Instant Win Prizes must be redeemed during the Promotional Period.
Major Prize:
15. The Major Prize draw will take place at 3pm EDT on 25/03/15 at Traction Digital, Level 1, Building 1, 85 O’Riordan Street, Alexandria NSW 2015. The first valid entry drawn in from each participating state will receive a prize.
16. Major Prize consists of AU$10,000. There are four Major Prizes to be won: one for NSW/ACT entrants; one for QLD entrants; one for WA entrants; and one for Victorian entrants. Total value of all Major Prizes = $40,000. The Major Prize will be transferred to the Major Prize winners via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) (to the Major Prize winner's nominated bank account) within 7 days of the Major Prize winner notifying the Promoter of their bank details. All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving the Major Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
17. Major Prize winners will be notified by telephone/mail/email within 2 days of the Major Prize draw and their name will be published in The Australian on 16/04/15. To accept the Major Prize, the Major Prize winner will be required to provide their bank details to the Promoter to facilitate payment.
General:
18. If necessary, a second chance draw will be held on 25/06/15 at the same time and place as the initial Major Prize draw in order to distribute any unclaimed Instant Win Prizes or the Major Prize. Second chance draw winners will be notified by telephone and email within 2 days of the second chance draw and, if the Major Prize is part of the second chance draw, the name and suburb of any second chance Major Prize winner will be published in The Australian on 20/07/15.
19. Total RRP value of all prizes (Instant Win Prizes and Major Prizes) is $95,935.00.
20. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding – no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical, electronic or telecommunications problems, including security breaches, technical website malfunctions or the provision of an inaccurate or invalid email or postal address by entrants. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may (where necessary with the approval of the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address and any other information from entrants relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with this promotion. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may (where necessary with the approval of the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.
22. Instant Win Prizes may be subject to the terms and conditions of third party prize suppliers, including Edge Loyalty Systems Pty Ltd ABN 96 138 299 288 (the "Supplier”). The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any winner as a result of the winner accepting and/or using a prize, except for any loss, damage or injury which is due to the negligence or wilful misconduct of the Promoter or which otherwise cannot be excluded by law.
23. Before the BBQ and BBQ Tools are awarded, the winner may be required to sign an agreement to release the Promoter from, and indemnify the Promoter against, any loss, damage or injury arising from the use or participating in the prize, except to the extent any loss, damage or injury is due to the negligence or willful misconduct of the Promoter.
24. Entrants will be refused service of alcohol or provision of an alcoholic beverage prize if it would breach any relevant laws, codes or policies including those of the relevant liquor licensee relating to the responsible service of alcohol. The Promoter supports the responsible service of alcohol.
25. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, image, entry, and/or voice in the event that they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
26. Entries remain the property of the Promoter. Details from entries will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties, including local lottery authorities, for the purpose of processing and conducting the promotion) and for promotional purposes surrounding this promotion. By entering this promotion entrants consent to the use of their information as described and agree that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant. Entrants may access, change and/or update their personal information and obtain a copy of the Promoter’s privacy policy by contacting the Promoter on 1800 308 388 during office hours.
