hat are these Terms and Conditions?
These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the Promoter’s competition giving you the chance to Win a year’s supply of suits + shirts (“Competition”).
By entering this Competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You should read them carefully and we recommend you keep a copy of them for your reference.
What is the prize & terms?
The prize is a 12 month supply of suits and shirts, equalling 1 suit (jacket and trouser that is deemed and sold as a ‘suit’) + 1 shirt, each month for a maximum 12 month period, ending 11/03/2016. The prize is non-transferable.
The prize is valued at approximately $3000 (AUD)
(Based on 12 x suits and 12 x shirts at an average RRP)
- One winner only
- The prize consists of 1 x suit and 1 x shirt each month for 12 months
- The suit and shirt being redeemed as part of the prize can be selected from ANY full price and sale items at the choice of the winner.
- Each month 1 x suit and 1 x shirt must be redeemed – unredeemed monthly suit and shirt will be forfeited
- The prize cannot be exchanged for cash
- The prize to be redeemed in store only or online only
- One method of claiming must be stated up front, either claim in store or online
- The prize tracking booklet (for in store) must be presented at the time of prize claim, along with photo I.D ( or online process must be followed as outlined when accepting the prize)
- The booklet is like cash and cannot be replaced if lost
- Shipping costs must be paid by winner if online claiming is selected (only organised in advanced)
When can you enter the Competition?
1. The Competition opens at 9:00am (EST) on 13/02/2015 and closes at 08/03/2015 (11:59 EST)
2. The draw will take place on 09/03/2015
How to enter?

3. To enter, you must:
a. Visit the Man to Man Facebook Page to enter (
https://www.facebook.com/Mantoman.SuitsYou) b. Using the Facebook form submit your answer to the Competition question:“What is your favourite occasion to wear a suit and shirt combo to?”
OR
c. Enter in any Man to Man store
d. Answer the Competition form question: “What is your favourite occasion to wear a suit and shirt combo to?” and submit your form to a team member
4. One answered question submitted via the online constitutes one valid entry (“Valid Entry”) into the Competition. Only one entry per person is permitted. If the Promoter reasonably suspects you have made or attempted to make more than one entry, it may treat any subsequent entries as invalid.
5. All entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions. Incomplete or corrupt entries will not be accepted.
What are the conditions of entry?
6. There is no charge to enter the Competition other than the usual Internet connection charges payable to your service provider and/or telephone company.
7. To enter this Competition, you must:
a. Be aged 18 or over
b. Answer the Competition question; and
c. Submit the entry via the online form
d. Submit the entry via the in store form
8. You are not eligible to enter if you are an employee, or partner or immediate family member of an employee of the Promoter or any third party company or agency directly connected with the creation or administration of this Competition.
When will the winners be chosen?
9. This is not a game of chance. The winner will be chosen by the entry deemed most creative and the most aligned with Man to Man the brand
10. This will be judged by a team including but not restricted to; a director and marketing manager
11. Valid Entries: The Promoter will attempt to notify the winners using the contact details provided at the time of the pledge. Should the Promoter be unable to contact any of the winners by 5pm on
10th March 2015. The Promoter reserves the right to forfeit the prize, repeat the selection process and choose a replacement winner.

How will my personal information be used?
14. Any personal information you provide in the course of this Competition will be subject to clauses 15-17 of these Terms and Conditions and to the privacy and security policy, which can be found at:

15. If you are a winner, you may also be required to participate in publicity in connection with the Competition. You agree that we can use your name on social media as ‘the winner’ and off-line in all media and press releases about or reporting on the Competition, the Event or the Promoter.
16. By entering the competition you automatically agree to become a part of the Man to Man database, which is also available to ‘opt out’ of once you commence receiving eDM communication / email communication.
17. By entering the Competition, you agree to your personal information being used for the purposes described in these Terms and Conditions, including the purposes of assessing your eligibility, administering the Competition, prize fulfilment, for contacting you if you are selected as a winner and your agreement to join our database for future communications.
Additional terms
17.1 By participating in the Competition you hereby warrant that all personal information submitted by you is true, current and complete and that the e-mail address you submit is accurate and valid.
18. Any entry made or attempted to be made in a manner which in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion is contrary to the spirit of these Terms and Conditions or by its nature is unfair to other entrants will be invalid and may result in your disqualification from the Competition. Examples of entries or behaviour which are not allowed include fraudulent entries, bulk entries, automated entries, cheating, hacking or deception.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Competition or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice in circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control where the Promoter reasonably considers such cancellation or amendment is unavoidable.
20. The winner acknowledges that all intellectual property rights belonging to the Promoter, such as but not limited to the Man to Man logos, as well as the intellectual property rights of its partners and sponsors and any audiovisual material produced containing images of the Competition winners are and shall remain the Promoter’s sole and exclusive property or its partners or sponsors.
21. The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission or mail delivery, communications line failure, theft, destruction, corruption, alteration of, or unauthorised access to entries, or entries lost or delayed whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control.
22. The Promoter shall not have any liability and does not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any participant in this Competition or resulting from the Prizes.
23. In the event of any dispute, whether such dispute concerns the conduct or eligibility of participants, results or any and all other matters relating to the Competition, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
