1. Byentering this Promotion, Entrantsagree to abide by these Conditions of Entry. The Promoter is Coleman Brands Pty Ltd ABN 74 091 681195 of SuiteW2C1, 75 - 85 O'Riordan Street, Sydney Corporate Park, Alexandria, NSW2015,Telephone: 02 8762 5000.
2. ThePromotion commences at 1.00pm AEDT on 2 March 2015 and closes at 17.00pm AEDTon 6 March 2015 (Promotion Period).
3. Entryis open to any Australian resident aged 13 years or older (Entrant). Employees andtheir immediate families of the Promoter, related companies of the Promoter andagencies associated with the promotion and their related companies areineligible to enter.
4. To enter the Promotion, Entrants must “Like” theColeman Facebook page
www.facebook.com/ColemanAustraliathen “Like” the competition image and “Comment” on the image answering thequestion “What would be the first thing you’d cook ifyou won this Bonesco Charcoal Grill?’” and submit it so that it isreceived during the Promotion Period (Entry).
5. Entrants may only enter the Promotion onceduring the Promotion Period. Incomplete, indecipherable or inaccurate Entrieswill be deemed invalid. Entries are deemed to be received at the time ofreceipt into the Promotion database. The Promoter is not responsible for anydelay in, or failure of, transmission which causes an Entry not to be receivedwithin the Promotion Period.
6. No purchase is necessary to enter. Purchasingproducts will not help your chances of winning.
7. Thetotal Prize Pool is valued at $399.99.There is one (1) Major Prize valued at $399.99. The Major Prize includes 1 xBonesco QSTL Charcoal Grill (RRP $399.99). Prizes are notexchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for anyvariation in the value of the prizes. Please allow up to 30 days for deliveryof prizes from being notified as a winner.
8. Judgingwill take place on 17.30pm (AEDT) Friday 6 March 2015 at 3/145William St, Darlinghurst NSW 2010. The judges will select the PrizeWinner based on the creativity and originality of their entry. The Winner will be contacted via Facebook by Friday6 March 2015. 9. This Promotion isa game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners.

12. Supplying your valid contact details is partof the conditions of entry to this promotion. All contact details enteredincorrectly shall be deemed invalid.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualifyentries if the entry has violated the Terms & Conditions in any way.
14. ThePromoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be enteredinto. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity ofEntries and Entrants and to disqualify any Entrant who submits an Entry that isnot in accordance with these Conditions of Entry or who tampers with the Entryprocess including the use of any form of automated entry device or software.
15. ThePromoter is not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered orsustained as a result of, in connection with, or arising out of the Promotionor taking the Prize.
16. Iffor any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, includingbut not limited to fraud or causes beyond the control of the Promoter oranything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness,integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the rightin their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion,subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
17. The information entrants provide will be usedby the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this Promotion. The Promoter maydisclose Entrants’ personal information to companies and agencies connectedwith this Promotion.
18. ThisPromotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated withFacebook. You understand that you areproviding your information Coleman Brands Pty Ltd and not toFacebook.

Inorder to conduct this Promotion, the Promoter needs to collect personalinformation about each entrant and may for this purpose, disclose suchinformation to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors,service providers, gift suppliers and regulatory authorities. Participation inthe Promotion is conditional on providing this information. It is a conditionof entry that the entrant agrees to being entered into the Coleman Australia database.
