General Please read the terms and conditions carefully. Redemption of the credit by you confirms you have read, understood and agree to abide by the terms and conditions herein.

This competition commences 9.00am, Wednesday, 1 April 2015 and concludes at 9.00am, Monday, 1 June 2015 (Queensland time).Any reference to ‘us, ‘we’, ‘our’, ‘Classic’ in these terms and conditions shall mean Classic Leisure Pty Ltd ABN 99 097 693 144, the Promoter of the competition. Any reference to ‘IYC’ in these terms and conditions shall mean IYC Travel Pty Ltd Lic # 3282857 ABN 12 134 669 695.
To be eligible to win, all entrants must:
• be an Australian or New Zealand resident • be 18 years or over • hold a current, financial ‘Classic Points’ or ‘Classic Escapes’ membership with Classic Holiday Club, with no arrears on their account
Employees and/or associates of any group company, managed resort, sales licensee operation (as detailed in our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed on our website
www.classicholidays.com.au) are not eligible to win.

No reliance should be placed on representation other than in these terms and conditions. Printing errors or other quality assurance matters outside the control of the individual player will not be used as the sole basis for refusal to award a prize.
The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, prohibit or disqualify any person from being eligible to win whom it believes to be abusing the rules. Such abuse includes, but is not limited to, entering false information or attempting to enter more than once per booking. The promoter’s decision is final in the case of a dispute and no correspondence will be entered into.
Entry
• One entry per booking. • Members must have a current Points & Play membership. • Only bookings confirmed during the valid dates of the competition will be eligible for entry. • Bookings at any resort for the purpose of entry to the competition are subject to Resorts’ standard booking windows and availability. • Bookings can be made by email, phone or online. • Bookings must be for 7 nights, and may be Friday or Saturday check in, depending on resort. • Entry applies to new bookings only (ie cannot replace current bookings). • Bookings made for the purpose of entry for this competition are not valid for use with any other offer or promotion.
Draw
Prize is guaranteed to be given away by random computer draw (and redraw if applicable) and will be conducted at Classic Holidays, Level 4 Bermuda Point, 1 Lake Orr Drive, Varsity Lakes, at 10.00am on Friday, 5 June 2015 (Queensland time).
The first valid entry drawn will win an IYC Travel credit to the value of AU$1,000.
Winner will be notified by email, SMS and/or telephone as appropriate within two (2) business days of the draw. The winner will be published on the Classic Holidays website
www.classicholidays.com.au and My Classic Escapes Facebook page.
If the first valid entry drawn winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond to any attempted contact within seven (7) days of the draw, such winner will be disqualified, his/her entry will be declared null and void and the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to select another eligible entry, in which event these terms and conditions shall apply to such other eligible entry. This provision will continue to apply until such time as an eligible entrant has been contacted and verified.
Prize & Redemption
The value of the IYC Travel credit is in Australian Dollars.
The $1000 IYC Travel credit is valid for 12 months from the draw date, however, a booking/reservation must be made within 6 months from the draw date.
The $1000 IYC Travel credit cannot be redeemed with any other offer, has no cash equivalent either expressed or implied, and under no circumstances can be on-sold for profit or any other purpose. This credit may be used by friends or family of the winner at the winner’s discretion, however, a $100 administration fee will apply.
The $1000 IYC Travel Credit must be redeemed in one transaction; any unused balance will be forfeited. All bookings will be subject to IYC Travel and any third party provider’s standard terms and conditions. Classic and IYC are not responsible (either directly or indirectly) for delays, reschedules, insolvency, acts of war and force majeure impacting on your travel arrangements by any third party product or service provider; loss, damage, accidents or injury arising from any aspect of any booking, reservation or use of products or services.
The redeemer of the credit is responsible for any other travel arrangements and associated costs (eg passports, visas, permits, local taxes, duties, travel insurance etc).
All reservations and bookings are subject to availability.
In the event of cancellation or amendment of a confirmed booking, IYC’s and any third party provider’s standard conditions, penalties and charges will apply. In the event of cancellation, the $1000 IYC Travel credit will be deemed used.
