3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY By entering this competition, entrants accept all of the Terms & Conditions of Entry.
4. PROMOTION PERIOD Promotion entry opens 5.00pm, Monday 9th March 2015 (AEDST)
and will close 11.59pm Sunday 29th March 2015 (AEDST).5. ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNER/S Prize draw will be drawn via game of chance and will take place at 10.00am Monday 30th March 2015 (AEDST) (“Prize Draw Date”) at the office of Oaks Hotels & Resorts. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winners will be notified by email on the date of the draw and announced via Oaks Hotels & Resorts’ Facebook fan page. Oaks Hotels & Resorts will take no responsibility if the prize winner’s contact details are incorrect or incomplete and the prize winner cannot be contacted. Prizes will be forfeited if not claimed and subject to a redraw.

REDRAW For the purposes of any redraw, the stipulated time shall mean that the prizes will be kept for three (3) months from the Prize Draw Date, and the redraw (if any) will take place on Tuesday 30th June 2015 at 10:00am (AEST). The redraw will take place at 5/26 Duporth Avenue, Maroochydore QLD 4558. In the case of a redraw, the winners shall be notified by in writing via email within two (2) days of the redraw date and announced via Oaks Hotels & Resorts’ Facebook fan page. Oaks Hotels & Resorts will take no responsibility if the prize winner’s contact details are incorrect or incomplete and the prize winner cannot be contacted. Unclaimed redraw prizes will be forfeited.

ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS Competition is open to residents of Australia only. Entrants must be 18 years and over. Employees of Oaks Hotels & Resorts and its subsidiary companies are not eligible to enter. By entering, the contestant agrees to be bound by these rules.
8. HOW TO ENTER Entrants must “like” the Oaks Hotels & Resorts Facebook page and complete the competition entry form to enter. Entrants can enter a maximum of 1 entry per day over the promotion period. Entrants will earn 1 extra bonus entry for each of their Facebook friends that click and enter the competition as a result of them sharing the competition on their feed.

PRIZE DETAILS The prize consists of one (1) major prize and three (3) minor prizes detailed as follows:- 1 x major prize package includes $1,000.00 Oaks Hotels & Resorts accommodation voucher (total value of $1000.00) 3 x minor prize packages in the form of a mini suitcase full of Cadbury Caramello Koalas (1.4kg; value of $100 each; total value $300)10. USE OF PRIZE Major prize ($1000.00 Oaks Hotels & Resorts accommodation voucher) will be provided in the form of a voucher with a validity date of 12 months from the Prize Draw Date. This voucher may only be redeemed once and not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. The Prize voucher is not redeemable for cash and not transferable to another property. Voucher redemption dates are subject to availability and not available for use in black-out periods. Upgrades, incidentals, extra person surcharges, flights, transfers, food and beverages are the responsibility of the voucher holder. Cancellations or amendments to booking made within 24 hours of arrival may incur a forfeit of the prize. A credit card security bond will be required on arrival.
Minor Prizes will be product packs posted to the three individual minor prize winners directly. Oaks Hotels & Resorts is indemnified from and against any loss or damage to the prize packs after these leave the custody of Oaks Hotels & Resorts, and minor prize winners shall have no action or claim against Oaks Hotels & Resorts regarding same.

PERSONAL INFORMATION The name of the major and minor prize winners may be used for promotional purposes by Oaks Hotels & Resorts, unless a winner otherwise notifies Oaks Hotels & Resorts at the time of accepting their prize. Eligible Entrants consent to Oaks Hotels & Resorts using personal information provided in connection with this promotion for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the promotion and awarding any prizes. Oaks Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to re-use any material posted into the competition for marketing and promotion purposes on Facebook and the Oaks Hotels & Resorts website, emails, print ads and other promotional materials. Oaks Hotels & Resorts will not provide the personal information disclosed by entrants to any third parties.
