TERMS AND CONDITIONS:By entering the Million Dollar Minute: The Safe Money Stash of Cash Competition (“Competition”), you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all residents of Australia 18 years of age or older where the Channel Seven signal and its affiliated networks signals are received.
2.2 Employees and their immediate families of the Seven Network (Operations) Limited, MNet Mobile Pty Ltd and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 COMPETITION PERIOD: The Competition commences on Monday 9 March 2015 at 17:30 AEDT and
concludes on Monday 23 March 2015 at 10:00 AEDT (“Competition Period”), however, the eligible registration period will commence and conclude on the following dates (“Registration Period”):

3.2 For entry details, viewers must watch Million Dollar Minute weekdays 17:30 AEDT (or any replacement program broadcast in the Million Dollar Minute weekday timeslot) on Channel Seven and its affiliated networks (“Program”) during the Competition Period. There will be a competition advertisement aired within the Program that will display information on how to enter the Competition.
3.3 COMPETITION ENTRY: In order to enter the Competition, viewers must either:
a) SMS: Send a text message/SMS registering their correct answer to the Competition’s daily question
posed within the along with their full name and postcode to 19 777 877 (Charge $0.55 - Helpline 1300 851 419) (“SMS”); or
b) CALL: Telephone 1902 55 77 08 (Charge $0.55 fixed - Helpline 1300 851 419) and register the daily answer, their full name, address (including postcode) and contact daytime telephone number (including STD area code) (“1902”);
3.5 For SMS:
a) Each SMS entry will be charged at premium rate, namely $0.55 (including GST), which covers the
entry and the reply message.
b) A bounce back text message confirmation will be sent for each SMS entry
c) Each entry must be charged to a mobile account and SMS entries via the internet, computer
generation or “scripting” are invalid and will not be accepted.
3.6 Entries must be received by the date and times stated in clause 3.1. The time of entry will in each case be the
time the SMS or 1902 entry is received by the Mnet Mobile Pty Ltd database
3.7 The maximum 1902 call cost is $0.55 (including GST). 1902 call costs will be higher from mobile phones.
4. PRIZES
4.1 There will be two (2) prize winners drawn in total at the date and times detailed in clause 3.1 who will win the
prize package detailed in clause 4.2
4.2 PRIZE PACKAGE: The prize winner registered for days 1 to 5 will win the final Safe Money amount revealed on the final weekday broadcast of the Program on Friday 13 March 2015. The prize winner registered for days 6 to 10 will win the final Safe Money amount revealed on the final weekday broadcast of the Program on Friday 20 March 2015. Winners will receive this amount in one lump sum in the form of a cheque made payable to the eligible prize winner within 28 days of the draw and only after proof of age and identity has been verified by the Promoter. Total potential maximum prize pool value for the Competition is up to $100,000 AUD. All prize values are in Australian dollars.
SAFE MONEY: Specifically in conjunction with the Program, Safe Money is defined as the in-program safe cash sum that is forfeited for in-program game points by the Program’s new or returning contestants during the Competition Period. To clarify, Program contestants that win an eligible round will be given the option to either take the safe cash offer by the host or forfeit the safe cash and accept additional points for the game. In the event that safe money is forfeited by a Program contestant during the Competition Period, this amount will be added to the Competition Prize Package value,(up to a maximum value of $100,000 for the Competition Prize Package), which will be confirmed within the Program in a competition advertisement as on Monday 9 March 2015 to Friday 13 March 2015 and Monday 16 March 2015 to Friday 20 March 2015..
4.3 The prize package detailed in clause 4.2 will be awarded to the drawn prize winner as one lump sum in the form of a cheque made payable within 28 days of the draw and only after proof of age and identity has been verified by the Promoter.
4.4 In accepting the prize, the winners agree to participate in and co-operate with all reasonable media editorial requests, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed, and the winners grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4.5 Prize winners agree they will not sell or otherwise provide their story and/or photographs to any media or other organisation.
4.6 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winners must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the Promoter’s requirements.
4.7 Prize winners must provide valid identification to the Prize Provider.
4.8 The Promoter may require prize winners to sign a waiver of liability and indemnity in the form determined by
the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
4.9 Independent financial advice should be sought as tax implications may arise as a result of accepting the prize.
4.10 The promoter may vary these terms and conditions at its discretion, subject to state government legislation.

5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 There will be two (2) prize winners drawn in total from the national pool of 1902 and SMS entrants who will
win the prize package detailed in clause 4.2.
5.2 Each entrant who has entered the Competition in accordance with these terms and conditions during the
Competition Period registered an entry using methods detailed in clause 3 required by the date and times detailed in clause 3.1 and correctly answered the daily question (“Qualifying Entrant”) will be entered into the prize draw. Entries that do not comply with any of the terms and conditions, may be deemed invalid and a further prize draw will be conducted in its place. The prize draw will take place at MNet Mobile Pty Ltd, Level 1, 16 Anster Street, Adelaide, South Australia 5000 on Monday 16 March 2015 at 10:10 AEDT for days 1 to 5 and Monday 23 March 2015 at 10:10 AEDT for days 6 to 10.
5.3 The prize winners will be contacted by a member of Seven Network Marketing by a phone call within two working days of the draw. The winner’s entry details will be published in the Public Notes section of The Australian newspaper on the dates Monday 23 March 2015 and Monday 30 March 2015.
5.5 The winners must accept their prize by Monday 29 June 2015 at 09:00 AEDT. An unclaimed prize draw will take place at MNet Mobile Pty Ltd, Level 1, 16 Anster Street, Adelaide, South Australia 5000 on Monday 29 June 2015 at 09:10 AEDT and winner will be notified by a phone call and mail and their details published in the Public Notes section of The Australian newspaper on Monday 6 July 2015.
5.6 The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
5.7 The Promoter may in its absolute discretion deem entries invalid subsequently to a winner being notified or a winner’s name being announced if it is discovered that the winner did not enter the Competition in accordance with these terms and conditions. In these circumstances, an additional draw will be conducted.
5.8 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner (and any companions) may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
6. NO LIABILITY
6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the Competition on any of the registration dates detailed in clause 3.1 and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to breaking news and current affairs, vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to state government legislation.
6.2 Seven Network (Operations) Limited, MNet Mobile Pty Ltd, and their associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.
6.3 Seven Network (Operations) Limited, MNet Mobile Pty Ltd, and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or

whilst undertaking any travel won on or connected with their entry into the Competition; or
in the acceptance or participation in any prize;
as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;
due to the broadcast of any program relating to the Competition or the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person.
in relation to failure of an SMS entry message to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion; or
in relation to any damage or loss to Entrant's or any other person's computer software, computer equipment or internet connection resulting from or related to participation in this Promotion;
any variation in Prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
any technical difficulties, technical error or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); or any error, omission, interruption, deletion, delay, defect, theft, unauthorised access or third party interference.
6.4 Seven Network (Operations) Limited assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available, subject to state government legislation.
6.5 If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, subject to state government legislation.
