‘The Spongebob Movie Sponge Out of Water 3D – 2015′
1. Information on how to enter, promotional material and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Minors under the age of 18 years must have their parents or legal guardians permission to enter. If the winner of the ‘major prize’ is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parents or legal guardian on behalf of the winner. Family movie passes to see The Spongebob Movie Sponge out of Water 3D, will be sent to the prize winner regardless of age.
3. Entry is open to NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, NT & TAS residents. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter (Pace Farm Pty Ltd), participating outlets and the agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
4. The ‘The Spongebob Movie Sponge out of Water 3D’ promotion commences 1st March 2015 and closes at 11:59PM AEST 10th April 2015. The draw takes place at Pace Farm Pty Ltd, 1 Kippist Avenue Minchinbury NSW at 10:30am on 13th April 2015. The winners of the competition will be notified by mail or email or phone as well as being listed at
www.pacefarm.com on or before 20th April 2015. Winners names of the major prize will be published in ‘The Australian’ on the 24th April 2015.
5. As a condition of entry Pace Farm, Paramount Pictures and Sea World may use your details including email address for future marketing and promotional purposes.
6. To enter, during the promotional period, customers must purchase a minimum of one promotional package (Pace Farm Natural Living 600g 12pk or Natural Living 700g 12pk) and enter the barcode on the entry page at
www.pacefarm.com. Customers must accept the Terms and Conditions on this page to enter the promotion.
7. Customers may enter as many times they like provided they have purchased a carton of specially marked Pace Farm Natural Living 600g or 700g eggs per entry. If Pace Farm detects the evidence of foul play, Pace Farm reserves the right to require a receipt be produced for all promotional packs purchased during the entry period to qualify all entries in the competition.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with the terms and conditions of entry.
9. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
10. The total prize pool is up to $17550 consisting of 3 x ‘Major Prize’, 100 x ‘Family Movie Passes’, 30 x Merchandise pack – ‘Minor Prize’.
11. There are 3 ‘Major Prize’ winners of a family trip (4 people) to Sea World in QLD. Flights for 4 people from winners nearest capital city as well as 4 nights accommodation. Travel insurance is not included. Value up to $3000 per trip ($9000 total value i.e 3 trips x $3000)
Major Prize cannot be claimed for Saturday nights, public holidays, gazetted school holiday periods in any Australian State or Territory and Gold Coast 600 period as defined by Sea World Resort.
No extension of the validity date of this prize will be permitted. (April 13th 2015 – 13th April 2016)
All components of the prize are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Notice of intent to travel must be received at least 30 days prior to the winner’s proposed travel dates.
Meals, transport and other incidentals to and from airport at origin and destination are not included.
The prize is 4 nights accommodation staying in a 4.5 star hotel (Sea World resort, Sea World Drive, Mainbeach on the Gold coast with unlimited entry to Sea World for duration of stay for a family of 4 with a private meet and greet with the stars of SpongeBob SquarePants and souvenir photo. ( meet and greet may be substituted to a similar experience in unforeseen circumstances)
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash and all components of the prize must be taken together.
If the winner is under 18 years the prize may at the absolute discretion of the Promoter be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
The promoter reserves the right to announce or publish the winner’s name and/or photograph for publicity purposes.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of the prize except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Winners are responsible for their own travel insurance
Any alterations to confirmed details will be at the expense of the prize winner.
12. There are 100 ‘family movie passes’. This prize is for one family movie pass (i.e. 2 adults and 2 children) to see the The Spongebob Movie Sponge out of Water 3D movie in season. Each pass is valued at $75 each – Total value ($7500) – family passes may be subject to blackout session times/days. Refer to terms & conditions on the pass for further details.
13. There are 30 ‘Minor prizes’ of the Spongebob Movie Sponge out of Water 3D Merchandise packs which are valued at up to $35 each – total value $1050.
14. The Promoter ‘Pace Farm PTY LTD’ takes no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.
15. The Promoter may conduct further prize draws at 1 Kippist Ave Minchinbury NSW on 15th July 2015 at 1.30pm, as necessary to distribute remaining unclaimed prizes if entries from the various states are insufficient or ruled ineligible in the first prize draw. If this redraw is required, winners will be notified in writing by mail or email by 1st August 2015 and any winners will be published in the Australian on 7th August 2015. This prize draw will include a draw for any unclaimed Major prize (trip to Sea World), unclaimed Family Movie Passes (This will be substituted to a standard family movie pass to see any movie at a Hoyts cinema) and any unclaimed minor prize – merchandise pack.
16. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury that is suffered or sustained as a result of taking any of the prizes, excepting for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
17. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of your prize. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries not received due to electronic failure on either the receivers or senders end.
18. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned in any respect due to any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Pace Farm, Pace Farm, subject to state legislation reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, postpone or amend the competition.
19. If the prizes become incapable of being awarded due to loss, damages or significant other, Pace Farm will award a substitute prize to the value of the prize won.
20. The Promoter collects entrants personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering this promotion, unless otherwise advised, the entrant agrees the Promoter may use this information in any media for future promotion, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or compensation to the entrant. Including sending the entrant electronic messages. Entrant’s personal information may be disclosed to the SA Lottery Department and winners names published under the relevant lottery legislation. Any enquiries regarding this promotion or conditions of entry should be directed in writing to the Promoter at their address below.
