Conditions of Entry – Nobody Denim Competition
Information on how to enter and prize form part of these conditions of entry. By entering this competition, eligible entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
1. The Promoter is Denim 108 Pty Ltd (ABN 69108248022) trading as Nobody of 396 Brunswick Street, Fitzroy, Victoria, 3065 (Nobody).
2. Entry is open to permanent residents of Australia, except employees of The Promoter and their immediate families, associated companies and agencies. All incomplete entries will be deemed ineligible. Eligible entries that are obscene, discriminatory or contain offensive comments will also be deemed ineligible.
3. The competition commences on Sunday 15th March 2015 at 09:00am and concludes at 23:59pm AEST on Sunday 29th March 2015. There is three (3) prizes available. Three (3) entries will be selected at The Promoters Office on Monday 30th March 2015 and announced on Tuesday 31st March 2015 as set out in paragraph
4. To enter, eligible entrants must (i) upload via Instagram or Twitter a self-styled photo of themselves wearing a skinny Black jean, (iv) Hashtag the uploaded image ‘#PowerBlk and (v) follow @NobodyDenim on either Twitter and/or Instagram.
5. The winner will be selected by the The Promoters Creative and Design Team (the judges) and will be the entry that best illustrates the image of a Nobody Denim Girl and her creative sense of style.
6. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each eligible entrant who enters. The competition is based on skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. No correspondence will be entered into.
7. The name of the winner will be published on Tuesday 31st March 2015 on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. (

8. The contact details of the winner may be passed onto a 3rd party for prize fulfillment only.
9. All entries become the property of The Promoter. The entries may be entered into a database for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes, unless otherwise stated by the entrant.
10. Eligible entrants can only enter this competition once.
11. This competition will be accessible through Instagram, Twitter, Nobody Denim’s website and Facebook.
12(a). A Year’s supply of denim from Nobody Denim . Nobody Denim will issue a $200 online gift voucher (shop.nobody.com.au) in the first week of each month for 12 months beginning April 2015. (Not be used on sale product or in connection with any other offer)
12(b). Entire Power Blk collection – the winner will receive a pair of Geo Skinny, Cult Skinny and Siren Skinny Power Blk jeans.
12(c). A $250 Nobody Denim voucher – the winner will receive a voucher to nobody.com.au to the value of $250 AUD.
13(b). The prize must be taken as offered and may not be varied.
13(c). The Promoter reserves the right to change the prize or components thereof.
13(d). The Promoter reserves the right to request the winner to produce (within a requested time) appropriate photo identification or other documentation (to The Promoters satisfaction, at its sole discretion) in order to confirm the winner’s identity, residential address and eligibility to enter and claim the prize and any information submitted by the winner in entering the Promotion, before issuing the prize.
14(a). Within 72 hours after notification as set out in paragraph 7, the winner must accept the prize and indicate a preferred address for communications regarding the prize. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours of notification, The Promoter may request the judges to award the prize to another eligible entrant in accordance with paragraph 5.
14(b). Entry is only open to eligible entrants of 18 years and older.
15. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered, including but not limited to direct or consequential loss, or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the competition or the prize. Any change in value and prize occurring between the publishing date and the date the prize is claimed is not the responsibility of The Promoter.
16. Each eligible entrant warrants to The Promoter that the entry (including accompanying photograph) is an original work of the eligible entrant and does not infringe the rights of any third party. Each eligible entrant agrees to indemnify The Promoter against any and all claims and costs by third parties arising from a breach of the warranty set out in this condition or any allegations pertaining thereto.
17. The Promoter collects the eligible entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the competition. By entering this competition, each eligible entrant also agrees that The Promoter may use this information for future communication with the entrant. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at the address listed above.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions.
