MAXIMUS: WIN A BIG TRIP TO BE AUSTRALIA’S BIGGEST HAND MODEL (FOR 5 DAYS) TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter the Maximus: Win a Big Trip to be Australia’s Biggest Hand Model (for 5 days) promotion (Promotion) and the rules for redeeming the prizes form part of these terms and conditions. 2. Any entry which does not comply with these terms and conditions is invalid. 3. Entry into the Promotion is open to Australian residents, 16 years old or over (Eligible Entrants) and who are able to travel to Las Vegas, USA at any time in 2015. Eligible Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians of Eligible Entrants under the age of 18 years old may be required by Frucor Beverages (Australia) Pty Ltd (Promoter) to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering the Promotion. Employees of the Promoter or its associated companies, employees of any agencies associated with this Promotion and the immediate families of any such employees are not eligible to enter. 4. The Promotion commences on 1 February 2015 and concludes on 28 March 2015 (Promotion Period). 5. To enter, entrants must take a photograph of their own hand gripping a Maximus bottle: (a) either as specified on any specially marked Maximus bottle’s packaging in accordance with the instructions on pack; or (b) if the Maximus bottle is not specially marked, so that the Maximus logo, entrant’s tip of the thumb and tip of the middle finger are visible in the photograph when the hand is wrapped around the bottle (under the label). 6. Entrants must then, during the Promotional Period, either: (a) upload the photograph to their Facebook, Twitter and/or Instagram account(s) accompanied by the hashtag #icanhandleit; or
(b) visit
www.icanhandleit.com.au and follow the prompts to enter their details and upload the photograph. 7. If a social media platform is used to enter, the entrant must ensure that settings on their account and/or post featuring the photograph are configured such that the entry photograph is publicly viewable and the entrant must follow or “like” the Maximus account on the social media platform used. 8. The Promoter is not responsible for failure to receive any entry for any cause beyond its control. Entrants may enter more than once, provided that a different photograph is submitted separately each time. 9. The entry judged the best valid entry by the Promoter will win the Prize. The judging panel will be comprised of two representatives of the Promoter and a professional photographer. 10. The judging will take place at 10:00am AE ST on 7 April 2015 at 61-63 Great Buckingham Street, Redfern NSW 2016. The winner will be the entrant who submits

the photograph of “the best Maximus hand” as assessed by the judging panel. The “best Maximus hand” is the hand which is judged to best reflect the Maximus branding for the purpose of photographic promotion of Maximus, including the following characteristics: size of the entrant’s hand (the distance from the tip of the thumb to the tip of the middle finger when wrapped around the Maximus bottle) and the extent to which the hand possesses the Maximus “X factor”. 11. This competition is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Every valid entry received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period will be judged on its merit. 12. All decisions made by the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into. 13. If the winner used a social media platform to enter, the Promoter will contact the winner by a direct message on 8 April 2015 on the social media platform used to submit the winning entry. The direct message will ask the winner to provide their name, mobile phone number, address and email address to the Promoter within 14 days to claim their prize.
14. If the entry was submitted via
www.icanhandleit.com.au, the winner will be notified within 7 days, via the winner’s email address. 15. It is each entrant’s responsibility to inform the Promoter if their contact details change prior to the relevant winner notification date. 16. The name of the winner will be announced on the Maximus Facebook page by 22 April 2015. Only the winner may claim the Prize. 17. If the Prize is unclaimed by the winner 30 days after the winner is announced on the Maximus Facebook page, the Promoter will conduct a second round of judging on 22 May 2015 and choose a second winner. The second winner will be notified by the same process described above and announced on the Maximus Facebook page on 5 June 2015. 18. The Prize is the opportunity for the winner to be a hand model for Maximus and a trip for the winner and three guests to Las Vegas, USA (Prize). The trip component of the Prize includes: (i) return economy airfares for four people between the winner’s closest Australian state capital city and Las Vegas, USA; (ii) return airport transfers by private car; (iii) five nights stay at The Palms in Las Vegas (twin share/two people sharing each room); (iv) four tickets to a boxing match in Las Vegas (or similar event of equal value, subject to availability); (v) four tickets for a 90 minute experience at ‘Dig This’ in Las Vegas, which includes the opportunity to drive bulldozers and excavators; (vi) a 3 hour private poker lesson for four people; (vii) barbershop experience for four people including a gentleman’s manicure, Royale shave and barber haircut; (viii) guided Club tour of the Las Vegas nightlife for four people including VIP access to one nightclub and one day club (does not include any table service of

VIP access once inside) (access to some venues will be restricted to people over the age of 21); and (ix) AUD$1,000 spending money for the winner only. 19. A photographer will accompany the winner and his or her guests on part of the trip to Las Vegas and will photograph the winner’s hand and take photographs of the winner’s experience as Australia’s biggest hand model for Maximus. These images will then be used in social media campaigns at the absolute discretion of the Promoter. 20. The Prize is valued at $35,000 (GST inclusive). Prize values are correct at the time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any part of the Prize. 21. Unless otherwise stated in these terms and conditions, all other costs including meals, additional spending money, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from the departure point, additional transfers, items of a personal nature, telephone calls, in-room charges, any costs or charges consequential to the trip, and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner and his or her guests and are not included in the Prize. 22. The winner and his or her guests must finalise their booking within 90 days of the judging date set out in clause 10 or clause 17. In addition, the winner must provide a minimum of 60 days’ notice of his or her intended departure date.
23. The trip must be completed in 2015 and is subject to booking and flight availability. The trip component of the Prize must be taken as a single trip and cannot be taken as separate trips. The exact travel dates are to be agreed between the Promoter and the winner, however the final decision will be at the discretion of the Promoter. The travel date is subject to availability (which cannot be guaranteed during school holidays and special event periods) and blackout dates will apply unless specifically pre-arranged prior to the competition being run. Blackout dates include peak Christmas, Easter and United States summer holidays.
24. Once confirmed in writing, travel dates and names of those travelling are not changeable unless otherwise authorized by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. If changes are permitted, the Promoter may charge the winner a fee of $150.00 (including GST) plus any additional supplier charges. 25. If the winner is under the age of 18 years at the time of the judging, the Prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian on the winner’s behalf. If the winner of the Prize or any of his or her guests is under the age of 18 years for any part of the duration of the trip that forms the subject of the Prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany that person for the duration of the trip. 26. Each of the winner’s guests must be 16 years or older. 27. Each of the winner and his or her guests acknowledge and agree that they will not be able to participate in certain aspects of the Prize:
(a) including the boxing match and the guided Club tour of the Las Vegas nightlife if they are under the age of 21; and (b) the poker lesson if they are under the age of 18,
