TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY – WIN 1 OF 3 $500 TRADE SECRET SHOPPING SPREES!Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into this competition is deemed to be an acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.
Entry is open to residents of Australia. Directors or Employees of the promoter or their immediate families, and third parties associated with this competition are not eligible to enter.
Eligible participants can enter by completing the entry form available on the Trade Secret website during the competition period.
Incomplete or unintelligible entries will be deemed invalid and will be excluded. The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
The competition commences 9am Monday 23 March AEDT
and closes 5pm Saturday 25 April 2015 AEDT. The prize winner will be announced 10:00 am 27 April 2015 AEDT at Fashion Factory Outlets (Trade Secret) Pty Ltd, 3-7 McPherson Street, Banksmeadow NSW 2019.
This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged on its own creative merit.
The promoter’s decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
The promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant who appears to have tampered with the entry or voting process, who participates in a manner not in accordance with these terms and conditions of entry or who has, in the opinion of the promoter, engaged in conduct which is or may be fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the promoter.

After the winner has claimed his/her prize, the prize will be delivered to the winner by post.
The prize is one (1) of three (3) $500 Trade Secret Gift Cards, valid for 12 months from the competition draw date.If the prize is unclaimed, or unable to be claimed by 3 months proceeding the draw date, the prize will be awarded to the chosen runner up.
The prize (and any unused portion of the prize) is not transferable, negotiable or exchangeable.
All entries become the property of the promoter, and will be handled in accordance with the promoter’s privacy policy, available on the promoter’s website.
