“Start and End Your School Day with Dairy
Competition” Terms & Conditions
 
1. The competition is titled the “Start and End Your School 
Day  with  Dairy”  Competition  (hereafter,  “the 
Competition”).  
 
2. Information on how to enter the Competition forms 
part  of  these  terms  and  conditions.  Entry  into  the 
Competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and 
conditions.  The  Competition  is  an  initiative  of  Dairy 
Australia Limited (ACN 105 227 987), an Australian public 
company limited by guarantee with its registered office 
at Level 5, IBM Centre, 60 City Road, Southbank, Victoria, 
3006, (hereafter, “the Promoter”).  
 
3. Entries not complying with these terms and conditions 
shall be invalid and ineligible to win the prize.  
 
4. Entry is open to Australian residents 18 years and over. 
Employees  of  the  Promoter  (and  their  immediate 
families) and agencies associated with this Competition 
are ineligible to enter.  
 
5. The Competition commences at 12:00 AEST on Friday, 
6 February 2015 and closes at 12:00 AEST on Friday 10 
April 2015 (“Promotion Period”).  
 
6. To enter the Competition, a participant must go online 
to  www.legendairy.com.au/startandend,  place  a  vote 
(from  two  options,  regarding  whether  their  children 
prefer to start or end the school day with dairy), input the 
requested  details  (including  their  full  name,  postal 
address and a valid email address), and submit the fully 
completed entry form (hereafter, each an " Entry").  
 
7.  A  participant  will  have  the  opportunity  to submit 
unlimited Entries into the Competition, however can only 
be selected as the winner once. 
 
8. There will be one hundred (100) winners only. Ten (10) 
winners will be selected  at random on  a weekly basis 
every Friday at 12:00 AEST during the Promotion Period. 
The random  draws  will  take  place  at  the  Promoter’s 
registered office at  Level 5, IBM Centre, 60 City Road, 
Southbank, Victoria, 3006. The winners will be notified by 
email  by  5pm  on the following  Business Day  and the 
winners  names  will  be  published  on  the  Promoter’s 
website www.legendairy.com.au/startandend.  
 
9. Each participants whose valid entry is drawn at random 
as a winner will receive a ‘school pack”, including ‘Start 
and End your School Day with Dairy’ themed resources 
for Primary School aged children. The total overall prize 
pool for the Competition is estimated at AUD$4,500.00.  
 
10.  The  Promoter  accepts  no  responsibility  for  any 
variation of the prize and reserves the right to substitute 
the prize without notice at any time where reasonably 
necessary.  
 
11.  Each  weekly  draw  shall  be  final  and  no 
correspondence will be entered into.  
 
12.  The  prizes  are  not  exchangeable,  transferable  or 
redeemable for cash.  
 
13. By submitting an Entry a participant  is deemed to 
acknowledge and agree that the prize may be subject to 
additional terms and conditions imposed by third parties. 
The Promoter does not accept any responsibility and is 
not liable for additional conditions imposed by any third 
party,  or  for  the  breach  of  those  conditions  by  any 
person.  
 
14. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity 
of  entries  and  reserves  the  right  to  disqualify  any 
participant for tampering with the entry process or for 
submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these 
Terms and Conditions.  
 
15. The Promoter reserves the right to re‐draw an Entry 
in the event of a winner being unable to satisfy any of 
these  Competition  conditions,  or  forfeiting  or  not 
claiming a prize. Any redraws will be conducted at 12:00 
AEST on Monday 6 July 2015, again at the Promoter’s 
registered office and the subsequent winner(s) will be 
notified by email by 5pm on the following business day 
and their name(s) published on the Promoter’s website 
www.legendairy.com.au/startandend.  
If  the  prize  remains  unclaimed  or  forfeited  through 
ineligibility or otherwise, the Promoter reserves the right 
to award the prize to another entry selected at random. 
If the  prize  is  unclaimed, the  Competition  will  be re‐
drawn no less than three (3) months from the original 
determination date. The winner’s name will be published 
on  the  Promoter’s  website
