TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE ‘DIVE in to WIN’ PROMOTION
Prizes from the Dive in to Win promotion prize pool are drawn on the last Thursday of every month at the Scuba World Social or, if the prize is not claimed at the Scuba World Social, at the Scuba World Christmas Party (Dec 5, 2015).
The major Dive in to Win promotion prize is draw at the Scuba World Christmas Party on Saturday 5th December 2015.
There is no limit to how many times an individual can enter the draw. Scuba World staff cannot enter the draw.
To win and claim a prize from the Dive in to Win promotion individuals must be present at the draw.
WAYS TO WIN:
SCUBA WORLD MONTHLY SOCIAL
A single voucher will be drawn from the Dive in to Win promotion barrel, if the name of the individual on the voucher is present to claim their prize, this individual will be deemed the winner of the named prize.
If the name of the individual is not immediately present to claim their prize, they forfeit their right to the named prize. A maximum of 4 further vouchers will be drawn from the Dive in to Win promotion barrel until an individual is present to claim the named prize.
After 5 vouchers have been drawn, should an individual still not be present to claim the named prize, that major monthly prize will be redrawn until a winner is announced at the December social. Vouchers will then be drawn out of the barrel until a winner is present for the lucky door prize. The prize will be valued between $10 – $50.
SCUBA WORLD ANNUAL CHRISTMAS PARTY
Vouchers will be drawn from the Dive in to Win promotion barrel until all the major prizes have been won.
CONDITIONS OF PRIZES
All dive trips must be used within 6 months of receiving the gift voucher with the exception of Scuba World’s Unlimited Scuba Diving for 1 Year.
Scuba World’s Unlimited Scuba Diving is valid for 1 year and is free on a standby basis aboard Scuba World’s vessel only. All Platinum Club Members will have priority seating for getting a seat on the boat.
To receive the years free diving with Scuba World you must do the following:
Wear a promotional t-shirt that will be provided to you for free every time you’re at Scuba World. It’s a standard t-shirt that will simply market you won a years free scuba diving with Scuba World.
Have your photo taken in diving equipment inside our on-site training pool. We may use this photo for all Dive in to Win marketing material.
The Spirit of Freedom trip must be used within a specified date range which will be disclosed to the winner upon receipt.
Photos will be taken of each prize winner and used for Scuba World marketing material; this is a condition of receipt of each prize.
Prizes cannot, under any circumstance, be exchanged for cash.
Prizes are not, under any circumstance, to be exchanged for a different product and or service.
