Why do you want to go on AATT’s Cape York tour?
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:
By registering your details, the entrant acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the Terms & Conditions.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The promoter is Adventure Australia Treks & Tours Pty Ltd (hereby referred to as ‘AATT’),
ABN 36 153 978 146
PO Box 1289, Aitkenvale, Qld 4814.
Employees of AATT, or their family members, or anyone else connected in any way to the competition or helping to set up the competition, shall not be permitted to enter the competition. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
Closing date for entry will be 5pm on Friday, 31 July 2015. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted or accepted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. The winner will be chosen at random on this date.
The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 3 business days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 5 days of the competition notification, AATT reserve the right to hold pick a replacement winner. Entrants must be over 18 years of age to be eligible for entry into this competition. AATT reserves the right to refuse entries that are wholly or partially incomplete. AATT’s decision on this and other aspects of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered in to. All entries become the property of AATT.
Entries are limited to one per person or as described in the promotion of the competition.
Winners must be available and able to travel between Friday, 18th of September (ex-Cairns) to Saturday, 26th of September (back to Cairns) 2015.
The prize cannot be exchanged or transferred and is not redeemable for cash.
All components of the prize are subject to local travel conditions at the time of departure.
By entering the competition, unless otherwise advised by the entrant, each entrant consents to the information they submit being entered into a database. All personal details collected by AATT will be used and stored for the purposes of administration of the competition draw and to add the entrant to AATT’s mailing list.
The prize winner agrees that AATT is not liable for any event, circumstance, loss or expense arising from the taking of the prize by the prize winner and/or any other person.
Additions or deletions to these terms and conditions may be enacted at the discretion of AATT at any time.
