RETRAVISION “BOSCH HOME APPLIANCE GIVEAWAY” COMPETITION

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry is open to residents from Australia, aged 13 years and over only. Directors, management and employees of Retravision and its agencies directly associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. If a winner is under 18 years of age, then the prize will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian of the winner, on the winner’s behalf.

3. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age, place of residence and Retravision employment status) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications, or technical difficulties. Entries will be deemed void if forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.

5. Promotion dates, details and instructions on how to enter are as follows:

Enter for your chance to win 1 of 6 Bosch home appliance prizes. Competition commences 00:01am (WST) Monday 16th March, 2015 and closes 23:59pm (WST) Sunday 26th April, 2015 (‘Competition Period’). All times in these Terms and Conditions is Western Standard Time (“WST”), unless stated otherwise.

Enter during the Competition Period by visiting the Retravision Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/RetravisionAU then following the prompts as directed to the competition entry page, including installing the Facebook App and allowing permissions and following the instructions on the screen to complete the entry form with your full name, postal address, email address, phone number and answering the competition question in 25 words or less. All entrants must answer the following question in 25 words or less:

Winners will be selected on the basis of literary and creative merit and judging will start from 9:00am (WST) Monday 23rd March, 2015 until 3:00pm (WST) Monday 27th April, 2015. The entrants will be judged at the offices of Retravision C/O Narta International PTY LTD, Suite 1.1, Level 2, 19 Harris Street, Pyrmont, NSW, 2009 by a judging panel.

The winners will be announced on or before 4:00pm (WST) on Monday 27th April, 2015 on http://www.facebook.com/RetravisionAU.

Winners will be notified within 2 working days by phone to the contact number they have nominated in their entry or in writing via email to the email address they nominated in their entry. Any prizes awarded to an invalid entry or ineligible entrant will be awarded to the next valid winning entry from the additional reserve entries that have been determined to be the next best answer.

Prizes will be sent via Australia Post within 30 days of announcing the winners, postage to be paid by the Promoter.

6. Only one (1) entry is permitted per person.

7. Each entry must:

a) contain the full name, email address, postal address and phone number of the entrant;

b) answer the question posed above under clause 5 in 25 words or less;

c) be the original work of the entrant;

d) not be offensive, defamatory, unlawful or likely to cause offense to other persons; and

e) be free of any claims, including copyright claims, by other parties.

The Promoter may exclude any entry that does not meet these criteria.

8. There will be six prize (6) winners in this promotion, with one winner chosen each week. All entries will roll over however each winner can only win once. The table below details what prize will be awarded each week, date each weekly winner will be announced. The total prize pool value of all prizes is $2,329.00 (RRP).

In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize. Prizes are not transferable.

9. By entering, entrants give Retravision permission and consent to publish their name, suburb, state and entry on the Retravision website at http://www.retravision.com.au and the Retravision Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/RetravisionAU. Individuals have the option of selecting a tick-box at the time of entry to subscribe to the Retravision catalogue, sms and news emails. By ticking the relevant box they consent for their personal data to be used for marketing purposes.

10. If any prize won by a valid entry is unclaimed by 23:59pm (WST) Monday 20th July, 2015 the Promoter may select a unclaimed prize winner from the additional reserve entries that they determine to be the next best in the event of an unclaimed prize on Tuesday 21st July, 2015. Any unclaimed prizes awarded to an invalid entry or ineligible entrant will be awarded to the next valid winning entry from the additional reserve entries that have been determined to be the next best answer. Winners will be notified within 2 working days by phone to the contact number they have nominated in their entry or in writing via email to the email address they nominated in their entry. Unclaimed prize winner may also be announced on http://www.facebook.com/RetravisionAU on the same day as the unclaimed prize judging or thereafter.

11. The Promotion is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. All entries will be judged individually on its creative and literary merit. The best entries as determined by the judges will win a prize. The judges' decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. In the event that two (2) or more entries are exactly the same, and the entry is chosen as a winner, the prize will be awarded to the entrant whose entry was received first by the Promoter in the Competition Period.

12. The Promoter will not be responsible for lost prizes caused by incorrect addresses provided by the prize winner. The Promoter takes no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed or lost in transit by Australia Post.

13. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the Promoter determines, in their absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the promoter in its absolute discretion.

14. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
