*The Competition is open for entry between 12:01am AEST on 07/04/2015 and 11.59pm AEST on 14/05/2015. The Promoter is Velocity Frequent Flyer Pty Ltd (ACN 601 408 824). Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who hold an active and complete Velocity Frequent Flyer Membership (“Entrants”). The directors, officers, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate are not eligible to enter. Only one entry is permitted per Entrant. To enter the Competition, Entrants must visit velocityfrequentflyer.com/content/Specials/see-flights-in-everything and successfully register their Velocity Membership number. Entrants with incomplete Velocity Memberships will be deemed invalid. Winners will be drawn at random from all entries entered during the Competition Period. Two prizes will be awarded: 1) return Business Class airfares for the winner and the winner’s companion on Virgin Australia from the winner’s nearest capital city in Australia to Los Angeles, United States. 2) return Business Class airfares for the winner and the winner’s companion on Virgin Australia from the winner’s nearest capital city in Australia to Auckland, New Zealand. Airfares will be awarded in the form of a Virgin Australia Prize Certificate which is valid for bookings made within 6 months from date of issue. The prize draw will take place at Anisimoff Legal at 3.00pm AEST on 28/05/2015. The winners may be announced on the Velocity Frequent Flyer website on 1 June 2015 for a period of twenty-eight (28) days. The winner will be notified within five (5) business days of the draw directly by phone and email. All prizes are subject to availability and are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
