T&C's Information on how to enter the “D’Orsogna WIN $899 Bellini Super Cook Kitchen Machine” ("Promotion") form part of these conditions. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agencies and venues/outlets associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
The Promotion commences at 09:00 WST on 13/04/2015
and closes at 17:00 WST on 08/05/2015 (“Promotional Period”). How to Enter:

Competition entry includes the Entrant's full name, a valid email address, and agreement to the Terms and Conditions. Shortstack application requires access to some of the Entrants personal details as well as authorisation to post on their Timeline.
There is a limit of one entry per Facebook user for this Promotion. Once the Entrant has submitted an entry online, the submission will enter the draw.
Prizes
The Major Prize draw will take place at 12pm noon WST on 11/05/2015 using the online random selection process. Once drawn, the winner will be posted on the Promoters Facebook page and the winner will be notified by email, and private Facebook message from the Promoter.
The one Major Prize is a $899 Bellini Super Cook Kitchen Machine (entrants must be aged 18 or over for all residents of Australia).
Entrants failing to meet any Promotion’s requirement will be disqualified from receiving the Major Prize and will also be deemed ineligible to receive any other prize in the Promotion.
If necessary, a second chance draw will be held on 18/05/2015 at the same time and place as the first Major Prize draw in order to distribute any unclaimed prizes. Winners will be notified by email, and private Facebook message from the Promoter.
The Promoter’s decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may (where necessary with the approval of the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion.
If any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from the lottery authorities.
All valid claims for prizes will be met notwithstanding that the advertised prize pool has been exceeded. Printing errors or other quality control matters will not be used as the sole basis for refusing to award a prize.
The prize/s must be taken as supplied. The Bellini cookware is neither exchangeable nor redeemable for cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
By entering the competition, Entrants acknowledge that their Facebook username, profile picture and any additional content submitted can be published on the Promoters Facebook page and may be viewed by all web users. The entrants email will be added to the D’Orsogna La Cucina database.
All personal contact details collected during the Promotion will remain private and to the sole usage of contacting winners and will not be passed to any other business.
The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address, proof of purchase and any other information from entrants relevant to entry into or participation in this Promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with this Promotion.
