Simply collect and complete your entry form when you purchase your ticket at the box office! COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
2. Entry is open only to Australian residents aged 18 and above. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, Partners, Agencies and their related corporate bodies, are not eligible to enter this promotion. The Winner will be required to provide proof of age before claiming their Prize.
3. Entry is open only to those patrons purchasing a ticket to see any film at Dendy Cinemas Portside during standard session times between the April 10, 2015 and May 24, 2015. Entry forms will be handed to patrons with their purchased tickets. Lost entry forms cannot be replaced outside of the initial transaction.
4. The promotion commences at 9.00 am April 10, 2015 and closes at midnight on May 24, 2015.
5. To enter the competition, patrons must complete the promotional entry form as supplied. This includes an answer to the competition question phrased in 25 words or less as well as relevant contact information. Eligible entry forms must then be placed in the designated competition entry barrel located in Dendy Cinema Portside Foyer before the close of the competition.
6. Multiple entries are permitted however only one entry form is supplied per cinema ticket purchased. To secure multiple entry forms, patrons must purchase additional cinema tickets during the promotional period.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on originality, literacy and creative merits. The judgers’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. The Winner will be determined by panel review at 2pm (ADST) on Wednesday May 27, 2015.
10. The Winner will be notified via phone and sent a confirmation email. Additional information may be required in order to facilitate prize fulfilment.
11. The Prize consists of an eight (
night cruise for two (2) people, (inclusive of meals, entertainment and accommodation) in a shared ocean view (window) room on the Royal Caribbean International cruise ship, Legend of the Seas. Total prize package valued at AUD$4000. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in any element of the prize.
12. The Prize does not include transfers to and from the ship either from their home address in Australia or any additional transit costs during at any destinations during the cruise. The Prize also excludes any purchases or costs outside of the standard cruise package components.
13. Sailing date is 18 February 2016, departing Brisbane, Australia. Alternate dates may be requested but are subject to availability & may incur additional fare(s) surcharges.
14. If the winner wishes to sail alone a surcharge will apply.
15. Cruise package is non-transferrable, refundable or exchangeable once names are entered into the cruise line reservation system.

17. Any travel or entry documentation (Passports, Visas & any Insurances) will be the responsibility of the Winner and their travel companion. It is the Winner's responsibility to check with all government travel advisory and immigration authorities regarding travel requirements and eligibility pertaining to the destinations included in the cruise package. Any fines, penalties, payments and expenditure incurred as a result of not meeting such requirements are the sole responsibility of the Winner and their travel companion.
Should any portion of the Prize be unavailable, for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize, or any element of the Prize, for an element of similar theme and of equal value, subject to State regulation and subsequent approval. The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation, postponement, and delay or rescheduling of any element of the Prize. Any costs, without limitation, incurred, will be the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner.
Should any war, terrorism, state of emergency, disaster or any other circumstance beyond the control of the Promoter be declared, the Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative travel destination to the same value as the original Prize or, subject to any applicable laws or written directions made under applicable legislation, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. The Promoter and any associated Companies involved in the Promotion, make no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination. It is the sole responsibility of the Winner and their travel companion, to first check with all government travel advisory information regarding the safety and situation at the Prize destination.
The Promoter does not exclude any rights and remedies in respect of goods or services under the Australian Consumer Law in the Competition and Consumer Act (2010) (Australian Consumer Law) which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. However, the remainder of this clause will apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by entrant or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
Any entrant who is proven to have tampered or interfered with the entry or draw mechanism in any way, including ‘robot entries', or to have engaged in any unlawful or improper conduct which jeopardises or is likely to jeopardise the fair or proper conduct of the Promotion, or who has not properly complied with the entry process, will be deemed ineligible.
The Promoter will collect information about entrants to include them in this Promotion and to award the Prize. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter's database. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information either caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated or utilised in this competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of administration of this competition.
Should you choose to opt in to receive marketing materials from The Promoter and its related bodies and/or Partners they may use this information for future promotional and marketing purposes regarding their products and services, including contacting entrants via email, mail, phone and/or SMS without further reference or compensation to the entrant, for an indefinite period or until the entrant opts out from receiving offers or deals from any Partner involved with this Promotion.
