Isuzu UTE Take it to the Next Level (“Promotion”)

Major Prize: $15,000 AUD including GST Travel Package to Queenstown including economy flights and accommodation for four people, plus spending money, supplied in New Zealand dollars via a cash passport card.

Minor Prize: $500 AUD including GST weekly Red Balloon gift voucher will be provided to the winner of each minor draw, 11 minor prizes in total.

Total value of minor prize = $5,500 AUD including GST

Maximum total prize value: up to $20,500 AUD including GST.

 
Terms & Conditions:

The Promoter is Isuzu UTE Australia Pty Ltd ABN 80 129 563 739 (“Promoter”) of 1000 Wynnum Road, Cannon Hill QLD 4170 (“Promoter’s Premises”), Phone: 07 3151 5888.
Information regarding how to enter, how to claim and details of prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into this Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these conditions of entry.
Entry is free, and is only open to Australian permanent residents aged 18 years or over with a valid passport. The directors, management and employees, and their immediate families, of the Promoter, their related companies, agencies, suppliers and participating retailers are not eligible to enter. Entry for the Major and Minor Prize is only via an online entry form accessible at www.xrunner.com.au.
All entries remain the property of the Promoter.
Only one entry is permitted per person, per week for the Minor Prize. In the case that two or more entries are submitted only the first entry will be counted. The person entering the competition must own the rights to and be in the image that they are submitting.
Each eligible entry into the Minor Prize competition will be automatically entered into the Major Prize draw, up to a maximum of 11 entries per person (1 entry per week).
The Major Prize winner will be a person randomly drawn from all Minor Prize entrants throughout the competition. The Major Prize winner will be drawn at 3pm AEST on 05/06/15 at the Promoter’s Premises.
To be entered into the draw, entrants must post a picture of them ‘taking it to the next level’, these pictures will be voted on by the public at xrunner.com.au (voting is limited to one vote per person, per week), with the top 10 voted images of each week gaining an entry into the Minor Prize draw for that week only. Each Minor Prize winner will be chosen by a random draw of the top 10 voted images of that week conducted on the Monday after the completion of each competition week. All pictures uploaded to the site for the purpose of the competition are the property of the Promoter & can be used to promote the competition in any form. Each image uploaded to www.xrunner.com.au website will go through a moderated review process, with the approval taking up to 24 hours, Isuzu UTE Australia reserves the right to reject any image from being uploaded on the website. The winner of the minor prize will be drawn on the following days: week 1 – 23/03/2015, week 2 – 30/03/2015, week 3 – 08/04/2015, week 4 – 13/04/2015, week 5 – 20/04/2015, week 6 – 27/04/2015, week 7 – 04/05/2015, week 8 – 11/05/2015, week 9 – 18/05/2015, week 9 – 25/05/2015, week 10 – 01/06/2015.
The Minor Prize entry form requires entrants to submit their entry guess, full name, post code, mobile phone number & email address.
Each Minor Prize $500 Red Balloon gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issuing and fall under Red Balloon’s gift voucher terms and conditions accessible at https://help.redballoon.com.au/hc/en-us/articles/201970234-Terms-and-Conditions.
The Minor Prize winners will be notified via email and by telephone within two days of the draw for each week. The Minor Prize winner’s name will be published at www.xrunner.com.au for a period of no less than 28 days and on the Isuzu UTE Australia Facebook page.
The Major Prize winner will be notified via email and by telephone within two days of the draw. The Major Prize winner’s name will be published on 08/06/15 at www.xrunner.com.au for a period of no less than 28 days and on the Isuzu UTE Australia Facebook page.
The promotional period commences at 9am AEST on 16/03/15 and final entries close at 11:59pm AEST on 31/05/15 (“Promotional Period”).
Non-cash prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
The first valid entry drawn in the Major Prize draw will win a travel package for four people to Queenstown, New Zealand. The prize includes:
Economy airfares from Adelaide, Perth, Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne to Queenstown, inclusive of any taxes, not including travel insurance
6 nights’ accommodation, accommodation is 3 star minimum rated
A minimum of 3 experiences to be used throughout the trip period per person. Experiences to be selected by the winner prior to the trip. The remaining value will be provided in the form of a cash passport card in New Zealand dollars. The Major Prize does not include any other transfer or expenses incurred from any other State or Territory to Adelaide, Perth, Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne. To travel you must confirm the booking 90 days before departure, have a valid passport, be eligible to travel under Australian law, be 18 years or older and must travel before 31/5/16.

Incomplete, obscene or indecipherable images or answers, as determined at the Promoter’s sole discretion, will be deemed invalid.
The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding for every participant. No correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. The Promoter has no control over communications networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise.  In the event that an error with an entry occurs, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for costs incurred, responses received or any other consequences.  The winner of the Major Prize must notify the Promoter if their contact details change during the Promotional Period.
The Promoter may require the winner to validate their details at any time prior to being eligible to claim a prize. The Promoter reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity and residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
As a condition of accepting a prize, the winner must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter in its absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is considered in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter to no longer be practical or desirable to run as planned for any reason, is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, legally binding directive to the Promoter to end any component of the competition or any causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend the Promotion and the Promotional Period, subject to any written directions of any relevant authority. In taking such action the Promoter may deem that the Promotion closed on a date different to that provided for in these terms and conditions, including a date that has already occurred.
The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify entry from any person, and prohibit that person’s further participation in the Promotion, who in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter tampers with, or benefits from any tampering with, the process or the operation of the Promotion, acts in violation of these terms and conditions, acts in a disruptive manner, engages in unlawful or other improper conduct, or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. The Promoter’s rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
Subject to any written direction by state gaming authorities, should any prize remain unclaimed, an unclaimed prize draw from all non-winning valid entries will take place, in the presence of an independent witness, at 3pm AEST on 16/09/15 at the Promoter’s Premises. Any winner will be notified in writing and by telephone within two days of the redraw and the winner’s name will be published on 18/09/15 at www.xrunner.com.au.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death which is suffered (including but not limited to that arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion, in relation to acts or omissions done by entrants or others in the course of entering the competition, and/or any aspect of any prize, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
Without limiting the previous paragraph, the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage during the transfer of prizes.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies accept no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. Where the operation of the competition results in, for GST purposes, supplies being made for non-monetary consideration, entrants agree to follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.
All entries will be the property of the Promoter & Promotional Partners. The information selected entrants provide will be used by the Promoter & Promotional Partners for the purpose of conducting the Promotion and to contact entrants that have opted in for offers and promotions or information regarding the Promoter’s products or those of its Promotional Partners or associated companies and agencies. The Promoter may publish any winner name, photo and details of their prize in any post-campaign material, this includes but is not limited to; Max*D Magazine, D-MAIL eDM, and Facebook.
