Conditions of entry

1. Information on how to enter, mechanics of entry and prizes form part of the Conditions of Entry.
Registration on postscript.com.au is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Promotion begins 07 April 2015 and ends midnight on 08 May 2015. The promotion draw is the
responsibility of the sponsor Planet Health.
3. The promoter’s decision is final in all aspects of this promotion and no correspondence can be entered into.
4. Prizes may not be exchanged and no correspondence will be entered into.
 
Eligibility
5. Entry into the promotion is free and open to Australian pharmacy assistants and pharmacy staff who receive
the Post Script magazine or are registered with postscript.com.au.
How to enter:
6. Entrants must log on to www.postscript.com.au/competitions and enter online or email their name,
pharmacy name, pharmacy address and work phone number, competitions@planethealth.com.au and
include Post Script/Planet Health Giveaway in the subject line, and agree to the terms and conditions of
entry.
 
Draw
7. One draw will take place on Friday 15 May 2015 at midday.
8. The draw will take place at the APPco (Australian Pharmaceutical Publishing Co) office.
9. The winners will be notified by phone or email no later than 22 May 2015.
10. Winners should allow up to 4 weeks from the draw date for their prize to arrive.
11. Planet Health will fulfil the sending of prizes to the winner at the pharmacy address listed on the entry.
12. This is a game of chance and no level of skill is required to participate in the promotion.
13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late entries, lost entries or misdirected entries.

14. Total maximum prize pool is $290.95. Prize is 20 bottles Lifestream BowelBiotics+ (one per winner) each
containing 200gms of the daily superfood to aid digestive health. Each pack is valued at RRP:$29.95 each.
Prize value includes GST where applicable.
15. Prize is not transferable. In the event of an unclaimed prize, the Promoter will advise APPco and another
draw for will take place one week after notification of an unclaimed prize.
