1.Information on prizes and how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or over who fulfil the entry requirements. However, employees, directors, management, licensees and contractors of Australia Post and Salmat Digital Pty Limited, their related companies and the immediate families of the above listed persons are not eligible to enter.
3. The competition commences on Wednesday 15th April, 2015 at 09:00 (AEST) and concludes on Monday 1st June, 2015 at 12:00 (AEST) (the "promotional period").
4. To enter the competition, during the promotional period entrants must:
a. visit the StarTrack ORIA's People's Choice Award website at
www.startrack.com.au/peopleschoice and submit an entry by following the instructions to specify their favourite online retailer by providing the store name and its URL; and
b. register their details including (but not limited to) name, phone number and e-mail address.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason. Incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
6. Entrants in the competition may only enter once.
7. Any entry that is made on behalf of an Entrant by a third party will be invalid.
8. Each valid entry will be entered into a draw. The first ten (10) valid entrants randomly drawn will win. The draw will take place at Salmat Digital Pty Limited, Level 2, 116 Miller Street, North Sydney NSW 2060, on Thursday 11th June, 2015 at 14:00 (AEST). (SA residents are entitled to win more than one prize).
9. The ten (10) winners will each receive two (2) Load&Go Visa Prepaid Gift Cards valued at $500.00 each.
10. The total prize value is $10,000.00.

12. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged and are not redeemable for cash.
13. Unless expressly stated in these conditions all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner.
14. Once prizes have left the Promoter's premises, the Promoter takes no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed or lost in transit.
15. Prize values are based upon the recommended retail prices at the time of printing (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate prize redemption date.
16. The winners will be notified in writing within 2 days of the draw and will have their details published in the Public Notices section of The Australian newspaper on Wednesday 17th June, 2015.
17. Subject to any written direction given under relevant State legislation, if prizes remain unclaimed, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at Salmat Digital Pty Limited, Level 2, 116 Miller Street, North Sydney NSW 2060 on Friday 11th September, 2015 at 14:00 (AEST). The winners will be notified in writing within 2 days of the draw and will have their details published in the Public Notices section of The Australian newspaper on Friday 18th September, 2015.
18. The Promoter's decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the competition result. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of Promoter, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry or who has, in the opinion of Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the promotion and/or Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a winner if Promoter becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner's entry is of a type described in this condition.
21. To the extent permitted by law, each entrant hereby assigns to the Promoter all intellectual property rights (including copyright) in the entry submitted. If any intellectual property rights (including a moral right) cannot be assigned, each entrant hereby grants to the Promoter an irrevocable exclusive licence in perpetuity to use, copy, distribute, broadcast, modify, adapt and otherwise exploit the entry for any purpose, together with all ancillary rights. The Promoter may exercise all such rights without any fee being paid to the entrant.
22. The Promoter, Salmat Digital Pty Limited, its contractors, employees and agents, shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) as a result of, arising out of or in any way connected with the promotion and/or its prizes, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law. Tax implications may arise from the receipt or use of a prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.
23. Australia Post and its parcels division StarTrack, Salmat Digital Pty Limited and their associated agencies and companies assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of the promotion, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's or referral's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any material in this promotion.
24. Entry into the promotion shall be deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry and is deemed approval to use the winners' name(s) and photograph(s) for publicity purposes. The Promoter may at its discretion refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these conditions of entry.
25. If there is an event beyond the Promoter's reasonable control which prevents or hinders the conduct of the promotion or the Promoter's ability to deliver the prize to the winner, then the Promoter may in its discretion cancel the promotion or change the prize to another prize of the same value. Further, the Promoter may at its sole discretion recommence it under the same conditions subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
26. Privacy Notice: Australia Post and its parcels division StarTrack collects your personal information so that you can enter and we can administer this promotion and facilitate the delivery of messages relevant to StarTrack's ORIA's People's Choice Award. Without this information Australia Post would be unable to process your entry or facilitate these communications.
