These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with Grant Broadcasters Network General Contest Rules. Where there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.
Participating Stations: Zinc 102.7 Cairns, Zinc 100.7 Townsville, Zinc 101.9 Mackay, Zinc 96.1 Sunshine Coast, Hitz 93.9 Bundaberg, Hot100 Darwin 1. DURATION The active promotion will begin Monday 20th April and continue until Friday 01st May 2015.
2. METHOD OF ENTRY Listeners will be invited to enter online at the station website to go in the draw for the major prize. Random entrants will be selected throughout the promotional period to win a double pass to the Spy movie preview in their participating market.
3. PRIZE One Major Prize will be awarded consisting of: • 2 tickets to the Premiere screening of SPY in New York on 1st June 2015 • Return airfares from any state, depending on availability • Airport transfers • 4 nights accommodation for 2 people at a 4 star hotel • Transfers from hotel to premiere event • Travel insurance Tickets to a local preview screening of Spy on Wednesday 20th May will be awarded to random winners across the contest period.
Prize contents or description may change at the discretion of Grant Broadcasters.
4. SELECTION OF WINNERS The winner of the major prize will be randomly drawn from all entrants on Friday 1st May and announced in the drive show.
5. NOTIFICATION Prize winner will be notified on air at the time of winning. The winner will then be contacted by phone call to arrange collection of the Major Prize.
6. INDEMNITY All contestants release from, and indemnify GRANT BROADCASTERS against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
7. ENTRY CONDITIONS.
Employees and their immediate families of are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter. If after winners announcement a breach of eligibility is discovered, the prize will not be awarded.
8. ALTERATION OF CONTEST SPOTS. Grant Broadcasters reserves the right to alter or drop contest hours from the competition in any or all markets due to changed programming conditions in the event of a natural disaster or for any other
