TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the What’s in the Box Competition (“Competition”) is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. However, employees and the immediate families of Network Ten Pty Limited (the “Promoter”), Mercury Mobility Pty Ltd and their associated agencies and companies or any organisation or individual associated with the provision of the prize(s) are not eligible to enter.

3. The Competition commences on Wednesday 22 September 2015
at 08:00 AEST and closes on Friday 9 October 2015 at 15:00 AEDT (“Competition Period”), however, entries will close at 15:00 AEST/AEDT each Friday and reopen at 15:01 AEST/AEDT each Friday during the
Competition Period. Contestants must enter each week to be included in contestant selection for each particular week.

4. The Competition will be advertised on, but not limited to, Network TEN,
www.tenplay.com.au/channel-ten/studio-10 and www.tenplay.com.au

5. To participate in the Competition entrants must:
a.
Watch Studio 10 from 08:30 am local time in each Australian State and Territory each week day on Network TEN during the Competition Period, and
b.
Either:
i.
Send a text message to 197 00 612 to register their full name, suburb and state, or
ii.
Log on to tenplay.com.au and register their details including (but not limited to)
name, address, phone number, email address, gender and interest, to become a
TENPlay member.

6.
SMS entrants must have Premium Services enabled by their mobile phone carrier to enter.
Entrants will be charged $0.55 (inclusive of GST) per entry (Mercury Mobility Pty Ltd SMS
Helpline 1300 914 815).

7. It is free to become a TENPlay member, however, the cost of accessing the promotional website is dependent on the entrant’s individual service provider. These Terms and Conditions apply in conjunction with the Ten Members rules.

8.A limit of one online entry per day per TENPlay member applies. SMS entrants may enter as many times as they like.
Entry process

9. There will be up to four (4) contestants selected each week day who will attempt to crack the code to open the Box during the Studio 10 program:
a.
One (1) audience contestant

the winner from a game of skill conducted daily with the
Studio 10 audience, and
b.
Up to Three (3) SMS /
Online contestants

selected daily from all SMS and Online entries
received

10.
Entries must be received by 1

:00 AEST/AEDT daily to be included in the daily contestant
selection from SMS / Online
entries. Each valid entry received over the duration of the
Competition Period will be entered into the daily selection of contestants.
11.
The time of entry will in each case be the time the online entry is received by the Promoter’s
database and the time
the SMS entry is received in the Mercury Mobility database. The
Promoter and Mercury Mobility Pty Ltd accept no responsibility for any late, lost or
misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
12.
Each day six (6) contestants will be selected from SMS / Online entries for the following day’s
Program. SMS / Online contestant selection will be conducted at 1

AEST/AEDT each week
day at Mercury Mobility Pty Ltd, Level 1, 16 Anster Street, Adelaide SA 5000.
13.
If any contestant selection is scheduled on a public holiday, the contestant selection will be conducted on the prior business day.
14.
SMS / Online contestants will be called on the mobile number provided in their entry, in the order they have been selected, until a contestant answers the phone and is able to participate live in the Studio 10 program. Any contestant that does not answer their phone within 5 rings, or is not called to participate on a particular day, will have no claim to participate in that particular day’s contest.

15. The Game
a.
The audience contestant (selected from a game of skill held with the Studio 10 audience each day) will be the first contestant who will be asked to crack the 3 digit combination code required to unlock the Box (the “Game”).
b.
In each Studio 10 episode during the Competition Period:
i.
If the first contestant successfully cracks the code that contestant will be invited to
unlock the Box and will win all prizes contained within the Box.
ii.
If the first contestant is successful the
second contestant will not be able to
participate in the Game as all prizes contained in the Box will have been won.
iii.
If the first contestant is not successful the second contestant will be invited to crack
the 3 digit combination code.
iv.
If the second contestant is able to crack the 3 digit combination code they will win all prizes contained within the Box.
v.
If the second contestant is not successful, the third contestant will be invited to crack the 3 digit combination code. If the third contestant is able
to crack the 3 digit combination code they will win all prizes contained within the Box.
vi.
If the third contestant is not successful, the fourth contestant will be invited to crack
the 3 digit combination code. If the fourth contestant is able to crack the
3 digit
combination code they will win all prizes contained within the Box.
vii.
If the fourth contestant is not successful, the Box will remain locked and the next
Game will be played, with new contestants, in the Studio 10 program the following
day.
c.
When all
prizes in the Box are won, either by the first, second, third or fourth contestant,
there will be a minimum 48 hour period before the next Game can be played. For clarity if
the Box is opened and all prizes are won on a Tuesday, the minimum time before t
he
Game can be played again will be the following Thursday. If all prizes are won on a Friday,
the next time the Game will be played will be the following Tuesday.

d.
All entries received on any day the Game is not played will be included in the next possible contestant selection.
e.
If the code has not been cracked after two (2) weeks, or subject to any decision by the producer, the first digit of the code combination will be released to Studio 10 audience and viewers. If the code has not been cracked after four (4) weeks, or earlier subject to any decision made by the Promoter, another digit of the code combination will be
released to Studio 10 audience and viewers.

16. The winner/s will be notified of their prize in writing and winner/s’ details will be published on the TENPlay website at tenplay.com.au from the first business day after a contestant/s’ win.

17. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of the Promoter, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, disqualify any entrant who tampers with
the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry or who has, in the opinion o
f the Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter. This includes, but is not limited to, entrants and households using multiple email addresses, postal addresses, PO Box addresses to register single or multiple entries. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a
winner if the Promoter becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner’s entry is of a type described in this clause.

18. An entry that is made on behalf of an entrant by a third party will be invalid.

19. Prizes
a.
Prizes will be contained in the Box secured with a combination lock and may include a
television, home theatre, motor bike, travel (domestic or overse
as), event tickets etc,
however, the Box of prizes may differ each time it is repacked and will be dependent on
prizes available at the time of packing.
b.
Prize value per Box will be between $2,500 and $50,000, however, the value of prizes may
vary each ti
me the Box is repacked and will be dependent on prizes available.
c.
The total prize value for the entire Competition Period will be no more than $250,000.00.
d.
Prize values are based upon the recommended retail values at the time of printing
(inclusive of GST)
. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any change in prize value
between now and the ultimate prize redemption date.
20.
Prizes cannot be transferred, except as stated in clause
22
(f), or redeemed for cash.
21.
Where travel is an included prize in the Box, the following applies:
a.
Should travel from the winner/s place of residence to their nearest capital city be
required, i
t will be at the expense of the winner and their travelling companion (where
applicable).
b.
All associated taxes, flight and airline charges will be included in the prize.
c.
Accommodation and meals associated with any travel prize will be as stipulated in the
prize package on offer and may not include all meals.
d.
Some transfer costs may be included and will be clearly stipulated in the travel prize
package promoted during the Studio 10 program.
e.
Travel insurance may be included, but will be clearly stipulated i
n the travel prize package
promoted during the Studio 10 program.

f.
If necessary the winner/s may be required to provide a credit card imprint or cash deposit
if required at check
-
in to any hotel for incidental expenses.
g.
Any passports, visas or other immigra
tion requirements will be at the expense of the
winner/s and their companion/s (if required).
h.
The prize package will outline the timeframes to book, travel and any specific
requirements related to a particular travel package on offer.
22.
Where a vehicle is a
n included prize in the Box, the following applies:
a.
The vehicle will be a new vehicle.
b.
The make and model of the vehicle will be as stipulated in the prize package promoted
during the Studio 10 program.
c.
Any accessories included as part of the prize will be
clearly stipulated in the prize package
promoted during the Studio 10 program.
d.
All On Road costs will be included in the total vehicle prize value.
e.
The prize will not be redeemable for cash.
f.
Should the winner of any vehicle prize not hold a current
Australian drivers licence, the
vehicle prize will be transferred to an adult, nominated by the winner/s, who holds an
Australian drivers licence, on behalf of the winner.
23.
If the prize is a product that requires installation (for example a home theatre sy
stem) it will
be clearly stated in all promotional material whether installation is included as part of the
total prize package.
24.
Any expenses incurred by the winner to fully utilise any of the prizes on offer in the Box will
become the responsibility of t
he winner.
25.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of
the prize, if the Promoter determines, in their absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the
mental or physical condition necessary to be able
to safely participate in the prize.
26.
Once prizes have left the Promoter’s premises, the Promoter takes no responsibility for prizes
damaged, delayed or lost in transit.
27.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in and cooperate as requir
ed with all
reasonable media editorial requested relating to the prize, including but not limited to, being
interviewed and photographed, filmed and/or chaperoned through the duration of the prize.
28.
In consideration for the Promoter awarding the prize to t
he winner, the winner hereby
permits the winner’s image and/or voice, as recorded, photographed or filmed during the
winner’s participation in the prize to appear in connection with Network TEN or the
advertising or marketing thereof, in any media whatsoev
er through the world and the winner
will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
29.
In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at
the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forf
eited by the
winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
30.
Independent financial advice should be sought as tax implications may arise as a result of
accepting the prize.

31.
Prizes will be awarded to the person named in their
contestant entry. Should an entrant’s
contact details change during the Competition Period it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify
the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be
directed to the Promoter.
32.
The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence
regarding the Competition result.
33.
It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of
use of the prize and the prize supplier’
s requirements.
34.
It is a condition of accepting the prize the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a
form determined by the promoter in its absolute discretion.
35.
In the case of the intervention of an outside act, agent or event which prevents
or significantly
hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the Competition on the dates and in the
manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism,
power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil
unrest, strike, war, act of
terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Competition and
recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to any directions given under
State Regulation.
36.
The Promoter shall not be liable for
any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered
(including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered
or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded
by law. The Pr
omoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either
caused by the phone user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or
utilised in this Competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that m
ay
occur in the course of the administration of this Competition including any omission,
interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or
telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unau
thorised access to
or alteration of entries.
37.
The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the
Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engage in any
unlawful or other improper misco
nduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct
of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation
from such an offender are reserved.
38.
The Promoter, Mercury Mobility Pty Ltd and their associated agencies and
companies assume
no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or
transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or
alteration of entries, and reserves the right t
o take any action that may be available.
39.
If for any reason this Competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to
infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical
failures or any causes beyond the
control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the
administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the
Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with
the entry process
, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or
suspend the Competition, subject to any direction given under State Regulation.

40.
All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information
about
you to enable you to participate in this promotion but no further use of this information
will be made without prior consent.
41.
You consent to The Promoter collecting your personal information for the purpose of
conducting and promoting this Competition (
including but not limited to determining and
notifying the winner and prize fulfilment). Your personal information may be disclosed to
Mercury Mobility Pty Ltd and third party service providers for this purpose. Your personal
information may be disclosed
to State and Territory lottery departments and winners’ names
published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. For purposes of public
statements and advertisements The Promoter will only publish the winner’s surname, initial
and State. A re
quest to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the
Promoter. If you are not willing for this to occur you cannot participate in the promotion.
42.
The Promoter is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) in the Privacy Act
1988 (Cth)
and by entering the Competition, you (the entrant) are taken to consent to Network Ten Pty
Limited’s privacy policy which contains information, amongst other things, about how you
may access personal information that is held by Network Ten Pty L
imited about you and seek
correction of such information. See

Pty Limited’s APP Privacy Policy in full. Our APP Privacy Policy also contains info
rmation about
how you may complain about a breach of the APPs, or a registered code that is binding on our

disclose your personal information to related entities and third
party service providers outside
Australia.
43.
