Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions. Any entry not complying with these conditions is invalid. The Promoter (Riviana Foods Pty Ltd) may at its discretion refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these conditions of entry.
2. Entry is open to residents of Australia, 18 years of age or over who fulfil the entry requirements. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, the Promoter's Agencies, and the retailer sponsor are ineligible to enter. Entrants under 18 years of age must have their parent or guardian's approval to enter.
3. The Promotion commences at 12.01pm (AEST) on 15.04.2015 and closes at 11.59pm (AEST) on 9.06.2015. (�Promotion Period").
4. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, late, lost or misdirected entries, and incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, outside of the Promoters control. To enter, entrants must during the Promotion Period purchase any Always Fresh product from Woolworths or Safeway, visit
www.alwaysfreshgoodlife.com.au and complete the Entry Form (including your details and the barcode number). The receipt should be retained as proof of purchase until a winner is announced.
5. The Promotion commences at 12.01pm (AEST) on 15.04.2015 and closes at 11.59pm (AEST) on 9.06.2015. (�Promotion Period").
6. The draw will be conducted at Get Glossy, 147 High St, Preston, VIC, 3072 at 2.00pm (AEST) on 10.06.2015. The winner will be notified via email and announced on the Always Fresh Facebook page on 11.06.2015.
7. There will be one (1) Major Prize Draw conducted for this promotion, with one (1) Major Prize Winner.
8. The first valid entry randomly drawn will win 2 x return Business Class flights (including airfare taxes) to Rome, Italy from their closest Australian capital city up to a maximum value of AUD $18,000 and AUD $12,000 towards accommodation, meals, activities and spending money for the trip. The Promoter will be responsible for booking flights which will be valid for 6 months from the date of the Draw. Any costs incurred in changing a flight will be the responsibility of the winner. The length of the trip is at the discretion of the winner, but must not be longer than 30?days. Frequent Flyer points cannot be accrued and cannot be used for any upgrade.
9. The consolation prize is a tea towel to each entrant (while stocks last) which will be dispatched within 28 days after the Promotion ends. The Promoter and its Agencies are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Any claims must be directed to Australia Post.
10. The total maximum retail value of all prizes is AUD$430,000 (comprised of Major Price Value of AU$30,000 and Tea Towels at RRP of AU$10 each).
11. No compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for other goods and are not redeemed for cash.
12. Each prize does not include travel insurance, passports, visas, taxes (other than those included in the price of the ticket), ancillary cost, tours, ground transportation, airport transfers or any other costs of a personal nature not stated. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the prize winner and their companion.
13. The winner can request the Promoter to book flights at a minimum of 60 days in advance of the desired departure date. The winner and their companion must be in possession of a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity on it prior to departure.
14. The Promoter may conduct such further draws as are necessary if prize(s) remain unclaimed 3 months after the draw or an entrant is unable to satisfy these conditions. Should the Promoter be required to conduct a further draw for any of the reasons set out in this clause, it will conduct the further draws at the same time and place as the original draw, on 1.09.2015, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
15. To the extent permitted by law including statutory guarantees or warranties under consumer protection laws, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained or in any way connected with the Promotion and/or its prizes. Tax implications may arise from the receipt or use of a prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.
16. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. Entry into the Promotion constitutes permission from the winner to use their name and photograph (to be provided by the winner) for publicity purposes. The Promoter will own copyright in any such images and photograph/s, and in all material incorporating the photograph/s. The winner agrees to provide feedback on the Promotion including providing photographs/videos of themselves participating in their prize.
18. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners' names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of age, identity and residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
