3. Promotion commences on Tuesday 5th May 2015 at 13:00 AEST and closes on Monday 11th May 2015 at 23:59 AEST. The draw will take place at Promoter’s premises 24 Artarmon Road, Willoughby NSW 2068 Tuesday 12th May 2015 at 09:00 AEST. The winners will be notified by phone and mail using the contact details given in their entry.
4. The Promoter reserves the right, at anytime, during, or after the closing date of the promotion, to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process (including but not limited to tampering by way of the utilisation of techniques designed to avoid the payment of call costs or the utilisation of automated entry software) or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
