Entry Restrictions
Entrants must be 18 years of age or over.
Entrants aged under 18 years must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian to enter the promotion and provide personal information about themselves. All entries of entrants who are under the age of 18 years and enter the promotion without disclosing (or attempting to conceal) their age (as and where required) and/or do not provide the required parental or guardian consent (as and where required) will be deemed invalid. These Terms of Entry will bind the entrants and any parent or legal guardian who gives their consent (for entrants aged under 18 years). If the winner is aged under 18 years, prizes will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who consented to the winner registering in the promotion on behalf of the winner, at the sole discretion of the Promoter, and that parent or legal guardian must accompany the winner for the duration of the prize (if applicable).
An entrant who has won prizes to the value of $10,000 or more, in any promotion(s) run by the Promoter in the previous six (6) months prior to their Entry in this promotion is ineligible to enter this promotion.

The competition begins at 5:30AM AEST on Monday 27 April 2015. Entries into the competition close at 11:59PM AEST on Sunday 10 May 2015.

Entry Method
Web entry: During the Promotion Period: (a) listeners will be invited via Station on-air commercials to visit the Station Website and complete the online entry form by providing the following details: a. Contact details including name, postal address, state, current and valid email address, and contact phone number; and b. Answer the competition question (in 25 words or less),“Where do you want to escape this year and why?”. (b) Each entry submitted during the Promotion Period will be individually reviewed by representatives of the Promoter (Judges). The Judges will select the twenty five (25) entries they deem to be the “best” based on the Judging Criteria (in their absolute and sole discretion) from all valid entries received within the Promotion Period; and (c) the Station will telephone and email the winning entrants and award them the Prize as stated in the Prize Details.
Entrants will also be asked at the time of entry if they would like to receive further information from BP, and if an entrant selects “yes” (via opt in tick box) when completing the online entry form their contact details will be passed on to BP (including for the purposes of direct marketing, including via email and SMS). Entrants may at any time unsubscribe from communications from BP by following the unsubscribe procedure contained in BP communications sent to subscribers.

Judging
All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter by Wednesday 13 May 2015 at the Promoter’s premises to determine ten (10) winners. All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria. The winner will be notified in accordance with the Notification of Winners information set out below. Judging Criteria Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter in their absolute and sole discretion) based on, among other things, creativity, relevance for radio, originality and humour. Prize Details There are twenty five (25) prizes to be won, each consisting of: (a) one (1) $100AUD BP Fuel Card (Card). *Card subject to provider terms and conditions including expiry date Total Prize Pool Up to $2,500 AUD (inc GST) Notification of Winners Winners will be notified: - via e-mail; and - via telephone by Thursday 14 May 2015.
