1. The promoter is YFG Shopping Centres Pty Ltd (ACN 056 974 844) as trustee of the Fu Family Trust (“YFG”) and Trondage Enterprises Pty Ltd (ACN 067 120 370) of c/- Retail First Pty Ltd, 59 Albany Creek Road, Aspley, Queensland 4034 (“Promoter”) for Aspley Hypermarket (“Centre”).
2. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions. The promoter may, at any time, amend, add to or delete any of these terms and conditions.
3. The promotion commences at 9am on Tuesday 5th May 2015 and ends at 4pm on Saturday 9th May 2015 or when stock runs out (“the Promotion Period”).
4. To be eligible for the gift:
a. Entrants must purchase ‘goods and services’ valued at eighty dollars ($80.00) or more from any Aspley Hypermarket specialty retailer.
b. Aldi, Coles, and Kmart are not specialty retailers and purchases at these stores are excluded from this promotion.
c. The purchase must be made during the promotion period – from Tuesday 5th to Saturday 9th May 2015 (while stocks last, 90 per day).
(i) Goods and services excludes: The spend does not include lay-by, instalment payments, bill payments, financial/banking transactions, gift cards; or
(ii) deposits into banks, building societies or other financial institutions or payments on account of insurances and the like; or telephone, internet or mobile phone calling cards or credit cards; or
(iii) payments for registrations (e.g. motor vehicle registration), payments for services (e.g. electricity, gas, telephone), premiums (e.g. insurance and health fund premiums), rates and subscriptions (eg. ambulance subscriptions);
5. Entrants must present their original receipts from a participating retailer during the promotion period, between the hours of 9am and 4pm, to a staff member at the La Affair, to receive their free gift.
6. Up to three (3) valid receipts can be combined from Aspley Hypermarket specialty stores to reach the $80 minimum spend requirement.
7. Receipts will be marked at the time it is redeemed and the receipt cannot be used again. This is regardless of whether these are an unused balance of purchases above eighty dollars ($80.00) evidenced by the receipt.
8. A valid entry must be an original receipt presented to the staff at the La Affair store. Photocopies will not be eligible.
9. The free gift will be redeemable between 9.00am and 4.00pm only during the Promotion Period, or while stocks last.
10. If the promoter believes that a customer has unfairly contrived its purchases to artificially maximize the number of gifts issued to them, the promoter reserves the right not to issue the gift.
11. The promoter, Aspley Hypermarket and staff, participating retailers, other retailers in Aspley Hypermarket, contractors and Retail First Pty Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to receive the gift with purchase.
12. The gift is as follows: One (1) Tony Bianco Wallet (until stocks last).
13. The total gift with purchase is valued between $49.95 and $59.95. All amounts are inclusive of GST.

15. The free gifts are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The free gift must be taken as offered.
16. All goods are to be inspected at the time of collection. The promoter will not be responsible for any breakages and the item will not be replaced.
17. The Prizes are not transferrable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter and its representatives accept no responsibility for any variation in the value of a Prize. If for any reason a Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another item for it, in their sole discretion of equal or higher value.
18. The promoter accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever that may arise in any way from the use of the prize or the conduct of the promotion.
19. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to all relevant State and Federal laws), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
20. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all aspects of the Promotion is final and binding on all participating individuals and no correspondence will be entered into.
21. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death which is suffered (including but not limited to that arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with the Promotion and/or any aspect of a Prize, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
22. All participating individuals are responsible for any taxation liability (including any GST) or other government charges or reporting requirements arising from their participation in the Promotion or receipt of a Prize (if any). If participation in the Promotion or receipt of a Prize involves a taxable supply being made, then the participating individual is responsible for paying any amount charged by the entity making the supply in respect of its GST liability on the supply. The Promoter does not offer any advice or accept any responsibility with respect to these matters.
23. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information in connection with the Promotion is governed by the Promoter’s privacy notice (which is available from the Promoter) and these Rules. To change or modify personal details on the Promoter’s records, please contact the Promoter.
24. All participating individuals agree (if required) to have their name and photograph used for advertising purposes and/or to take part in promotional activities including, without limitation, being interviewed by television, radio and/or other mediums for public broadcast.
25. The Promoter reserves the rights, trademarks and copyrights of the Promotion and all artwork, images and print copy associated with the Promotion.
26. YFG enters into this Promotion only in its capacity as trustee of the Fu Family Trust (“the Trust”) and in no other capacity. A liability of YFG arising under or in connection with this Promotion is limited to the amount YFG actually receives in the exercise of its right of indemnity from the property of the Trust.
27. YFG may not be sued in any capacity other than as the trustee of the Trust, including seeking the appointment of a receiver (except in relation to property of the Trust), a liquidator, an administrator or any similar person to YFG or prove in any liquidation, administration or arrangement of or affecting YFG (except in relationship to property of the trust).
