Competition Starts: Monday 27th April, 2015 at 9:00am AEST.
Competition Closes: Monday 11th May, 2015 at 9:00am AEST. The last entry will be taken at this time.

Entrants are limited to 1 (one) entry only.
This is a chance of luck draw competition, not based on skill.
Entry is open to residents of Australia only. Excludes New Zealand.
All entrants must be 18 years or older. Employees and agents (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, True Alliance and retail stores along with the agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter the promotion.
By entering the promotion, and forming a database the entrant consents to receive emails regarding the promotion from the Promoter and other emails which inform the entrant of the Promoters other promotions, products, and events.
Participants will have the option to unsubscribe to communications by Lacoste should they choose at any point.
All entries become the property of the Promoter.
The draw will be made on Monday 11th May, 2015 at 11:00am AEST at Lacoste, Level 2, 151 Crown St, Darlinghurst, NSW 2010. The winners will be notified by email or phone immediately, within the day of the draw. Provided the winner claims the prize by contacting the promoter, the name will be posted on Lacoste website on Tuesday 12th May, 2015 at 10:00am AEST.
The winner must claim his/her prize by Monday 13th of July, 2015 at 10.00am AEST, within 90 days of being notified. Failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited. If the winner is unable to fulfil the prize during the specified time period, the winner forfeits the prize package with no compensation or further liability of the promoter.
The re draw will take place on Monday 13th July, 2015 at 11:00am AEST at Lacoste, Level 2, 151 Crown St, Darlinghurst, NSW 2010. The winners will notified by email or phone immediately. The names will be posted on Lacoste website on Tuesday 14th July, 2015 at 10:00am AEST.
It is the winners responsibility to provide accurate contact details.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries at any time during or after the promotional period, and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Prizes must be taken as offered. The prize is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer. The prize is valued in Australian dollars. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.
The Promoter reserves the right to determine method of delivery of the prize to the winner.
The Promoter is not liable for theft, fire or damage of the prize during transportation from the business to the winner.
The Promoter is entitled to use any of the entries submitted in any manner and for any purpose at its absolute discretion, including using the entries for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant. The promoter is entitled to amend, edit, select, crop, retouch, add to or delete from any part of the submitted entry.
In the event that a portion of the prize is awarded to the winner in the form of a voucher / ticket / pass / letter, redemption of that portion of the prize will be subject to the terms and conditions stipulated on the voucher / ticket / pass / letter. The Promoter will not be liable for any voucher / ticket / pass/ letter that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to prizes or vouchers in transit.
The winner must adhere to the facilities guidelines when in the 3rd party premises.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for: (a.) inaccurate / incorrect transcription of entry information; (b.) purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because they were incorrectly uploaded or misdirected, or that are received, but are late, illegible, incomplete, or sent other than as directed in the entry instructions; (c.) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition; (d.) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition; (e.) any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying a winner; or (f.) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under either Promoters control); (g.) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference.
If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned due to causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition subject to any written directions from the relevant state regulatory bodies.
The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries.
The prize package is non-transferable and non-refundable. The prize must be redeemed as is stated or else forfeited by the winner.
All prize elements cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer.
Winner(s) cannot change, vary, substitute or extend any element of the prize (in whole or in part). If the prize or portion of the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize up to equal value, as decided by the Promoter.
