1. There will be one (1) Major Prize and one hundred (100) Runners Up Prizes.
2. The Major Prize includes, for the winner and one (1) guest:
a) return economy class flights from the winner’s nearest Australian State/Territory capital city to London, England, including checked luggage and airfare related taxes and charges
b) return private transfers from the destination airport to the destination accommodation
c) five (5) nights’ accommodation at The Grosvenor Hotel in London, based on twin share (or similar)
d) one (1) escorted tour of London for up to three (3) hours, encompassing Westminster Abbey, Parliament Square, Big Ben, St James Park and Buckingham Palace to see changing of the Guard

The total value of the Major Prize is up to $10,000.00 (depending on point of departure).

3. Each Runners Up Prize includes, for the winner only:
a) one (1) Twinings tea chest, valued at $52.95.
There will be one hundred (100) Runners Up Prizes awarded in total in this competition.
The total value of the Runners Up Prizes is $5,295.00.
4. The total maximum prize pool value for this competition is up to $15,295.00.
5. All additional costs not expressly included in the Major Prize, but which may be incurred in taking the Major Prize, are the responsibility of the winner and their guest (if any). Such additional costs may include but are not limited to:
a) any incidental charges incurred at nominated accommodation, including but not limited to room service, and any additional accommodation
b) any incidental charges incurred with airline cost of meals
c) transport to and from airport departure point (including but not limited to domestic airfares, if required) and other transfers not included in the Major Prize
d) additional taxes including airline taxes and arrival and departure taxes (if applicable) but excluding airfare related taxes and charges included in the Major Prize
e) telephone calls and data charges
f) laundry services
g) travel insurance
h) meals and beverages
i) spending money
j) any additional sightseeing or activities not included in the Major Prize

l) any other incidental and ancillary costs (including of a personal nature) incurred by the winner and/or their guest (if any) as a

6. All prizes are valued inclusive of GST and the Promoter takes no responsibility for any variations in prize values. The prizes are not transferable (unless agreed by the Promoter), exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. In the event that any prize or prize component becomes unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component (as applicable) of equal or greater value in lieu. Any taxes (other than airfare related taxes and charges and/or GST, if any) which may be payable as a consequence of a winner receiving a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
3. Who may enter
The only persons who may enter and be awarded prizes are residents of the place specified in Condition 1.1, who have attained the age specified in Condition 1.2 (if an age is specified in that condition), who are not (i) directors, management or employees of, or contractors to, the Promoter or any of its agencies involved with this competition, or (ii) members of the immediate family of such directors, management, employees or contractors.
"Immediate family" means spouse, de facto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the employee/contractor.
4. Entrants bound by conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions.
5. How to enter
To enter, entrants must:

6. Selection of winners
1. At the time and date specified in Conditions 1.7 and 1.8, the judges will choose one (1) Major Prize winner and one hundred (100) Runners Up Prize winners. The Major Prize winner will be the entrant who has been judged to have entered the most creative, humorous and original response to the question asked in Condition 5(c) from all eligible entries received by the Promoter. The Runners Up Prize winners will be the entrants who have been judged to have entered the next most creative, humorous and original responses to the question asked in Condition 5(c) from all remaining eligible entries received by the Promoter.
2. Each entry will be individually judged based on literary and creative merit. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry which, in the opinion of the Promoter, includes objectionable content, including but not limited to profanity, nudity, potentially insulting, scandalous, inflammatory or defamatory images or language.
4. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. Entries will be accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission. All costs associated with entering the competition will be the sole responsibility of the entrant.
7. Special conditions of entry
1. All entries must be:
a. the original independent creation of the entrant;
b. owned by the entrant; and
a. free of any claims, including copyright or trade mark claims by other parties.
2. Entries must not:
a. have been published previously;
b. have won prizes or awards in other competitions;
c. be restricted in any way; or
d. infringe any third party rights.

3. It is a condition of the awarding of each prize that the winner must, if requested to do so by the Promoter, sign and return any Affirmation of Eligibility to Enter, Ownership of Entry, and Release and Compliance statements provided to the winner by the Promoter. The failure to return the signed statements will result in the entitlement to the prize being forfeited and the selection of another winner.
4. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
8. Limitations on entry
1. There is no limit to the number of entries per person, subject to the following:
(a) each entry must be substantially unique; and
(b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
9. Duration
This competition starts at the Sydney time and date specified in Conditions 1.3 and 1.4. Entries must be received by the Sydney time and date specified in Conditions 1.5 and 1.6.
10. Conditions of travel and Major Prize acceptance
1. The Major Prize winner is free to select any person as their guest, however if the guest is under the age of 18, the Major Prize winner must be that guest’s parent or legal guardian, or present written authorisation from the minor guest’s parent or legal guardian permitting the minor guest to travel with the Major Prize winner. The minor guest must not partake in any activities not permitted by law in England.
2. The Major Prize winner is responsible for their entry, and the entry of their guest, into England and all countries en route. Without limitation, the Major Prize winner and their guest (if any) must have a passport that is valid for the period during which they

intend to take the Major Prize and up to six (6) months after their intended return to Australia.
3. It is the Major Prize winner’s and their guest’s (if any) personal responsibility to ensure that they have valid documentation, including but not limited to valid passports, visas and health requirements, which meet the immigration and other government authorities at every destination. Any fines, penalties and payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the Major Prize winner and their guest (if any).
4. The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety conditions or any other conditions that may exist at any destination. International travel advice can be obtained from various sources, including government, local consular offices, and the website of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
5. No compensation will be payable if the Major Prize winner and/or their guest (if any) is unable to use the Major Prize (or any component of the Major Prize) as stated for whatever reason, including denial of entry into England or any other country.
6. The itinerary is to be determined by the Promoter and the relevant Major Prize supplier(s) (including the Sponsors) in agreement with the Major Prize winner, but in the event agreement cannot be reached, the Promoter and the relevant Major Prize supplier(s) reserve the right to determine the itinerary.
7. The Major Prize travel suppliers, including the airline, will be chosen by the Promoter. Flight schedules and accommodation arrangements are subject to change without notice.
8. Travel must be completed by 29/07/2016.
9. The Major Prize winner must book the Major Prize within two (2) months of winner notification and the Major Prize is subject to availability at time of booking. The Major Prize winner must also book the Twinings Strand Store experience included in the Major Prize three (3) months in advance and this experience is subject to the availability of Twinings and Master Blender.
10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for variations in the Major Prize value. The components of the Major Prize may alter for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control.

11. The components of the Major Prize must be taken together as a single trip to be booked by the Promoter and cannot be separated into different holiday vacations.
12. Any part of the Major Prize that is not taken for any reason is forfeited and no compensation will be paid in lieu for that part of the Major Prize.
13. Travel and accommodation are for the winner and their guest (if any) travelling together. The Major Prize winner and their guest (if any) must depart from and return to the same departure point.
14. The Major Prize cannot be exchanged for other travel or accommodation at other destinations.
15. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the Major Prize.
16. The Major Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the respective products and services which constitute the prize.
17. The Major Prize winner and/or their guest may be required to present a credit card or cash deposit at the time of accommodation check-in.
18. Once the Major Prize booking is confirmed, changes to the booking may incur a fee, including GST plus supplier charges.
19. As a condition of accepting the Major Prize, the Major Prize winner and their guest may be required to sign a liability waiver form and/or any other legal documentation in order to receive the Major Prize. Failure to sign the liability waiver form and/or such other legal documentation may result in the winner forfeiting the Major Prize.
20. It is a condition of accepting the Major Prize that the winner and their guest comply with all the conditions of use of the Major Prize and Major Prize supplier requirements.
11. No quality, etc, representations/exclusion of liability
1. The Promoter:
11.1.1 makes no representations or warranties as to the quality/suitability/merchantability of any of the goods/services offered as prizes;

11.1.2 accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to prizes in transit;
11.1.3 accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected registrations; and
11.1.4 is not liable, to the extent permitted by law, for any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying the winner.
2. If a prize involves entry to an event and/or transport and accommodation, the winner and his or her guest must sign and return any liability release provided by the Promoter and/or its contractors as a condition of the prize being awarded.
3. If a winner or any guest is under 18 years old, the underage persons must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who signs any liability indemnity provided by the Promoter as a condition of the prize being awarded. Failure to return the signed releases and indemnities will result in the entitlement to the prize being forfeited and the selection of another winner.
4. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects, and is not intended to affect, any rights a consumer might have, which are not able to be excluded under applicable Australian consumer protection laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the Promoter or its servant or agents for breach of any such rights is limited to the payment of the cost of having a prize supplied again.
12. Winner notification and publication
The Major Prize winner will be notified by telephone and/or email, using the details provided in their entry, and the Major Prize winner’s name and locality will be published as specified in Condition 1.9. The Runners Up Prize winners’ names and localities will be published as specified in Condition 1.9.
13. Use of Headings
1. Headings and subheadings are inserted for convenience only and shall not be used to interpret the text of these

conditions in any way adverse to an interpretation in favour of the Promoter.
14. Ownership of entries
1. All entries become and remain the property of the Promoter. 2. The Promoter reserves the right to use the content of winning and runners-up entries for the purpose of future promotions.
3. The Promoter may post the first name of an entrant together with their answer to the promotional question on http://lifestyle.ninemsn.com.au/enjoyeveryday/home and https://campaign.ninemsn.com.au/2015/twinings/win.html#form during the competition and for an unlimited time after the competition. Entries posted on this page will be selected by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. The Promoter may enable these posts on its page to be publicly shared on Facebook in perpetuity. For the avoidance of doubt, whether or not an entry is posted by the Promoter on its page not affect or determine whether the entrant who submitted the entry has won a prize.
15. Internet
1. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
2. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries.
3. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's

computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this competition.
4. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR THE INFORMATION ON A WEBSITE, OR TO OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS COMPETITION, MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, WHETHER SUCCESSFUL OR NOT, THE PROMOTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
16. LIABILITY, INDEMNITY AND RELEASE
1. In consideration for the Promoter accepting an entrant’s entry, the entrant releases and forever discharges the Promoter and each of the Sponsors from all claims that the entrant may have or may have had but for this release arising from or in connection with any entrant’s participation in this competition; a winner’s acceptance and use of a prize, and a winner’s guest’s acceptance and use of a prize.
2. Each entrant indemnifies and holds harmless the Promoter and each of the Sponsors to the extent permitted by law in respect of any claim by any person (including but not limited to other entrants in the competition), arising as a result of or in connection with the entrant’s participation in the competition.
3. In this Condition 16, “all claims” means and includes any action, suit, proceeding, claim, demand, damage, penalty, cost or expense however arising.
17. Privacy
The Promoter will use all personal information collected in connection with this competition in accordance with the principles and purposes outlined in its Personal Information Collection Statement and Privacy Policy.

4. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity
of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and
place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an
entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions
or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to
enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a
waiver of those rights.
8. Limitations on entry
1. There is no limit to the number of entries per person, subject to
the following:
(a) each entry must be substantially unique; and
(b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance
with entry requirements.
9. Duration
This competition starts at the Sydney time and date specified in
Conditions 1.3 and 1.4. Entries must be received by the Sydney time
and date specified in Conditions 1.5 and 1.6.
10.Conditions of travel and Major Prize acceptance
1. The Major Prize winner is free to select any person as their guest,
however if the guest is under the age of 18, the Major Prize
winner must be that guest’s parent or legal guardian, or present
written authorisation from the minor guest’s parent or legal
guardian permitting the minor guest to travel with the Major Prize
winner. The minor guest must not partake in any activities not
permitted by law in England.
2. The Major Prize winner is responsible for their entry, and the entry
of their guest, into England and all countries en route. Without
limitation, the Major Prize winner and their guest (if any) must
have a passport that is valid for the period during which they

intend to take the Major Prize and up to six (6) months after their
intended return to Australia.
3. It is the Major Prize winner’s and their guest’s (if any) personal
responsibility to ensure that they have valid documentation,
including but not limited to valid passports, visas and health
requirements, which meet the immigration and other
government authorities at every destination. Any fines, penalties
and payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such
documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will
be the sole responsibility of the Major Prize winner and their guest
(if any).
4. The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety
conditions or any other conditions that may exist at any
destination. International travel advice can be obtained from
various sources, including government, local consular offices,
and the website of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs
and Trade.
5. No compensation will be payable if the Major Prize winner
and/or their guest (if any) is unable to use the Major Prize (or any
component of the Major Prize) as stated for whatever reason,
including denial of entry into England or any other country.
6. The itinerary is to be determined by the Promoter and the
relevant Major Prize supplier(s) (including the Sponsors) in
agreement with the Major Prize winner, but in the event
agreement cannot be reached, the Promoter and the relevant
Major Prize supplier(s) reserve the right to determine the itinerary.
7. The Major Prize travel suppliers, including the airline, will be
chosen by the Promoter. Flight schedules and accommodation
arrangements are subject to change without notice.
8. Travel must be completed by 29/07/2016.
9. The Major Prize winner must book the Major Prize within two (2)
months of winner notification and the Major Prize is subject to
availability at time of booking. The Major Prize winner must also
book the Twinings Strand Store experience included in the Major
Prize three (3) months in advance and this experience is subject
to the availability of Twinings and Master Blender.
10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for variations in the Major
Prize value. The components of the Major Prize may alter for
reasons beyond the Promoter’s control.
Travel & Accommodation
11. The components of the Major Prize must be taken together as a
single trip to be booked by the Promoter and cannot be
separated into different holiday vacations.
12. Any part of the Major Prize that is not taken for any reason is
forfeited and no compensation will be paid in lieu for that part of
the Major Prize.
13. Travel and accommodation are for the winner and their guest (if
any) travelling together. The Major Prize winner and their guest (if
any) must depart from and return to the same departure point.
14. The Major Prize cannot be exchanged for other travel or
accommodation at other destinations.
15. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the Major Prize.
16. The Major Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of
the respective products and services which constitute the prize.
17. The Major Prize winner and/or their guest may be required to
present a credit card or cash deposit at the time of
accommodation check-in.
18. Once the Major Prize booking is confirmed, changes to the
booking may incur a fee, including GST plus supplier charges.
19. As a condition of accepting the Major Prize, the Major Prize
winner and their guest may be required to sign a liability waiver
form and/or any other legal documentation in order to receive
the Major Prize. Failure to sign the liability waiver form and/or
such other legal documentation may result in the winner
forfeiting the Major Prize.
20. It is a condition of accepting the Major Prize that the winner and
their guest comply with all the conditions of use of the Major Prize
and Major Prize supplier requirements.
11.No quality, etc, representations/exclusion of liability
1. The Promoter:
11.1.1 makes no representations or warranties as to the
quality/suitability/merchantability of any of the
goods/services offered as prizes;

11.1.2 accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to prizes in
transit;
11.1.3 accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected
registrations; and
11.1.4 is not liable, to the extent permitted by law, for any loss
suffered or sustained, to person or property and
including, but not limited to, consequential (including
economic) loss by reason of any act or omission,
deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants
or agents, in connection with the arrangement for
supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any
person to a prize winner and, where applicable, to any
family/persons accompanying the winner.
2. If a prize involves entry to an event and/or transport and
accommodation, the winner and his or her guest must sign and
return any liability release provided by the Promoter and/or its
contractors as a condition of the prize being awarded.
3. If a winner or any guest is under 18 years old, the underage
persons must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who
signs any liability indemnity provided by the Promoter as a
condition of the prize being awarded. Failure to return the signed
releases and indemnities will result in the entitlement to the prize
being forfeited and the selection of another winner.
4. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects, and is not
intended to affect, any rights a consumer might have, which are
not able to be excluded under applicable Australian consumer
protection laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any
liability of the Promoter or its servant or agents for breach of any
such rights is limited to the payment of the cost of having a prize
supplied again.
12.Winner notification and publication
The Major Prize winner will be notified by telephone and/or email, using
the details provided in their entry, and the Major Prize winner’s name
and locality will be published as specified in Condition 1.9. The Runners
Up Prize winners’ names and localities will be published as specified in
Condition 1.9.
13.Use of Headings
1. Headings and subheadings are inserted for convenience
only and shall not be used to interpret the text of these

conditions in any way adverse to an interpretation in favour of
the Promoter.
14.Ownership of entries
1. All entries become and remain the property of the Promoter.
2. The Promoter reserves the right to use the content of winning and
runners-up entries for the purpose of future promotions.
3. The Promoter may post the first name of an entrant together with
their answer to the promotional question on

during the competition and for an unlimited time after the
competition. Entries posted on this page will be selected by the
Promoter in its absolute discretion. The Promoter may enable

perpetuity. For the avoidance of doubt, whether or not an entry
is posted by the Promoter on its page not affect or determine
whether the entrant who submitted the entry has won a prize.
15.Internet
1. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as
planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering,
unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other
causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or
affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper
conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its
sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the
entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the
competition.
2. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission,
interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission,
communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised
access to, or alteration of, entries.
3. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical
malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online
systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software,
failure of any email or entry to be received by the Promoter on
account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the
Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including
any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's

computer related to or resulting from participation or
downloading any materials in this competition.
4. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE
OR THE INFORMATION ON A WEBSITE, OR TO OTHERWISE
UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS COMPETITION,
MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND
SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, WHETHER SUCCESSFUL OR
NOT, THE PROMOTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES TO
THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
16.LIABILITY, INDEMNITY AND RELEASE
1. In consideration for the Promoter accepting an entrant’s entry,
the entrant releases and forever discharges the Promoter and
each of the Sponsors from all claims that the entrant may have
or may have had but for this release arising from or in connection
with any entrant’s participation in this competition; a winner’s
acceptance and use of a prize, and a winner’s guest’s
acceptance and use of a prize.
2. Each entrant indemnifies and holds harmless the Promoter and
each of the Sponsors to the extent permitted by law in respect of
any claim by any person (including but not limited to other
entrants in the competition), arising as a result of or in connection
with the entrant’s participation in the competition.
3. In this Condition 16, “all claims” means and includes any action,
suit, proceeding, claim, demand, damage, penalty, cost or
expense however arising.
17.Privacy
The Promoter will use all personal information collected in connection
with this competition in accordance with the principles and purposes
outlined in its Personal Information Collection Statement and Privacy
Policy.

3.Using And Disclosing Your Personal Information We respect your privacy.
