Terms and Conditions
1. Entry is only open to Australian residents. Entrants must be 18 years old or older to enter. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating Muffin Break stores and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
2. Promoter is Muffin Break Pty Ltd, Unit 215F1, Building 215, 122 Lang Road, Moore Park, NSW 2021.
3. To be eligible to enter, entrant must be a Muffin Break Club loyalty member by and completed the competition form online muffinbreak.com.au by 11.59pm on 25th May 2015.
4. Competition opens 11th May 2015 and closes at 11.59pm on 25th May 2015.
5. Total prize pool value is $5,000. The winning prize is 1 x Royal Experience for two (2) to Melbourne. The Prize is a trip for two (2) adults to Melbourne valued at up to AU$5,000.00 depending on date and point of departure. Prize includes:
o Return economy airfares for two (2) adults from winner's nearest capital city to Melbourne (only provided if winner resides outside of Melbourne). If the winner is from Melbourne, then the prize does not include airfares and return airport transfer, and the airfare and return airport transfer component of the prize is not redeemable for cash;
o 2 nights twin share in the Luxe Room at Crown Metropole
o A bottle of Crown Metropole house sparkling wine upon arrival
o Return airport to hotel transfers for two (2) people;
o A 60 minute massage and manicure for two (2) people at Isika Spa at the Crown Complex;
o A High Tea for two (2) adults at The Aria Bar at Langham Hotel
6. Prize DOES NOT INCLUDE any tickets to see the movie by the name of “Royal Night Out”
7. Winner can travel up to 12 months from date of draw. Travel must be booked within two months of winner notification.
8. Changes and cancellations to a booking may be subject to fees.
9. Unless otherwise specified; spending money, meals, taxes, insurance, transport to and from any departure points, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included.
10. Both winner & guest must be aged 18 years old or above on date of travel.
11. Accommodation is based on 2 adults sharing a double or twin room.
12. Prize excludes travel between winner’s home & departure airport. If the winner is from Melbourne, the prize excludes travel from their home to and from the Crown Metropole.
13. Prize excludes travel between Crown Metropole and Langham Hotel for the High Tea.
14. Specified accommodation, restaurants, & activities are subject to availability at the time of booking. Similar alternatives may be offered dependant on availability.
15. Individual supplier terms & conditions apply.
16. All prizes including flights are non-changeable, non-refundable & non-transferable.
17. All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time.
18. Once booked the prize cannot be amended or altered.
19. Prize cannot be taken over Mid-December to Mid-January, school holidays or public holidays.
20. Winners will need a credit/debit card in order to check-in at the hotel for a security deposit.
21. Winner drawn at 2pm on 29th May 2015 at Muffin Break Pty Ltd at Unit 215F1, Building 215, 122 Lang Road, Moore Park, NSW 2021.
22. Winner will be notified by 3rd June 2015. If the Promoter is unable to contact the winner for the purposes of awarding or distributing the prize within ten (10) working days, or the winner declines the prize, that winner will forfeit the prize entirely and it shall be awarded to the next selected winner in the promotion. The promoter will not be liable where a winner forfeits the Prize. In the instance the winner has not contacted the Promoter by Wednesday, 17th June 2015 to claim their price. A new winner will be drawn and notified on Thursday, 18th June 2015.

24. Winner will be picked based on the answers provided. The most interesting or creative answer to “If you were going to host a morning tea with the Queen what muffin would you serve and why?” will be chosen as the winner. The judges’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into with respect to it.
