About the film: 
Movie star Vincent Chase (Grenier), together with his boys, Eric (Connolly), Turtle (Ferrara) and Johnny (Dillon), are back…and back in business with super agent-turned-studio head Ari Gold (Piven).  Some of their ambitions have changed, but the bond between them remains strong as they navigate the capricious and often cutthroat world of Hollywood.

Also starring are Billy Bob Thornton and Haley Joel Osment as father and son, Larsen and Travis McCredle. Returning cast from the series also includes Perrey Reeves as Ari Gold’s wife; Emmanuelle Chriqui as Sloan; Rhys Coiro as Billy Walsh; Debi Mazar as Vince’s publicist, Shauna; Rex Lee as Lloyd; Constance Zimmer as Dana Gordon; and Nora Dunn as Dr. Marcus.  Emily Ratajkowski appears as herself.  Rounding out the cast are Alan Dale, who appeared in the series, rapper Scott Mescudi, and Rhonda Rousey.

Entourage Competition Terms and Conditions:

1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the Entourage Competition (“Competition”) is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Eligibility to Enter
2. Entry is open to all residents of New South Wales, Victoria, Western Australia, South Australia and Queensland, aged 18 years and older. However, employees and the immediate families of Network Ten Pty Limited (the “Promoter”) and their associated agencies and companies or any organisation or individual associated with the provision of the prize(s) are not eligible to enter.
3. If the Major Prize winner is unable to attend the pre-release screening of Entourage, at the specified cinema in these terms and conditions, on Wednesday 3 June 2015, they will forfeit the prize in full and a re-draw will take place as specified in these terms and conditions.
Competition Period
4. The competition commences on Wednesday 13 May 2015 at 16:30 AEST and closes on Tuesday
26 May at 09:00 AEST (“Competition Period”).
5. The Competition will be advertised on, but not limited to, Network TEN, www.tenplay.com.au
How to Enter
6. To participate in the Competition entrants must either:
a. Send a text message to 1999 4444 with their State (followed by a space) their full name
and full address or
b. Log on to tenplay.com.au and provide their State, as well as registering their details
including (but not limited to) name, address, phone number, email address, gender and interest, to become a TENPlay member.
7. It is free to become a TENPlay member, however, the cost of accessing the promotional website is dependent on the entrant’s individual service provider. These Terms and Conditions apply in conjunction with the TEN Members rules.
8. SMS entrants must have Premium Services enabled by their mobile phone carrier to enter. Entrants will be charged $0.55 (inclusive of GST) per entry (Mercury Mobility Pty Ltd SMS Helpline 1300 914 815).
9. Incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
10. A limit of one online entry per day per TENPlay member applies. SMS entrants may enter as many times as they like.
11. No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
12. Entries must be received by Tuesday 26 May at 09:00 AEST to be included in the Prize Draw. Each valid entry received over the duration of the Competition Period will be entered into the Prize Draw.
13. The time of entry will, in each case, be the time the online entry is received by the Promoter’s database and/or the time the SMS entry is received in the Mercury Mobility database. The Promoter and Mercury Mobility Pty Ltd accept no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
14. The Prize Draw will be held on Tuesday 26 May 2015 at 10:00 AEST at Mercury Mobility Pty Ltd, Level 1, 16 Anster Street, Adelaide SA 5000.
15. The major prize winner will be notified by email, in writing and a phone call, dependent on the details being provided, within two (2) days of the draw. The winner’s details will be published on the TENPlay website at tenplay.com.au from Tuesday 26 May 2015.
16. Should a Major Prize Winner be deemed invalid, a redraw will occur at Mercury Mobility Pty Ltd Level 1, 16 Anster Street, Adelaide SA 5000, on the day that The Promoter advises Mercury Mobility that the Major Prize Winner has been deemed invalid, but no later than 09:00 AEST Friday 29 May 2015.
17. Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter.
18. An entry that is made on behalf of an entrant by a third party will be invalid.
19. If required, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at Mercury Mobility Pty Ltd, Level 1, 16 Anster Street, Adelaide, South Australia 5000 on Friday 29 May 2015 at 10:00 AEST. The unclaimed prize winner/s will be notified of their prize in writing and winner’s details will be published on the TENPlay website at tenplay.com.au from Friday 29 May 2015.
20. Prize Details
There will be Five (5) Major Prize winners drawn (One (1) from each state competition group) from all entries received (SMS and online) who will win the following prize package:

Total Major Prize Value
21. The total Prize Pool is valued at $25,000.00 (including GST), $5,000 per state. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now the ultimate prize redemption date.
Each Major Prize Winner can select the cinema location for their screening subject to the following; a) cinema choice must be a Hoyts Lux cinema in their state, b) where a Hoyts Lux cinema is not available, in South Australia and Queensland, a Hoyts Mainstream cinema must be selected, c) final decisions regarding the cinema location will be at the discretion of the prize supplier and are subject to availability of the cinema location selected.
23. Cinema screenings must take place on Wednesday 3 June 2015 at 8:30 PM local time.
24. The maximum number of people allowed in each screening is twenty-six (26), the Major Prize Winner and twenty-five (25) guests. There is no minimum number of people required.
25. No tickets are required, bookings will be made at the designated cinema under the Major Prize Winners name.
26. The screening is subject to cinema classification. The Major Prize Winners and their guests are responsible for ensuring all guests meet the age requirements for classification for the film as set by Australian Classification.
27. The Major Prize Winners and their guests must make their own way to/from the cinema selected by the prize supplier as stated above, and any costs associated with travel to/from the cinema will be the responsibility of the winner and their guests and will not be borne by the Promoter or prize supplier.
28. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize/s are not included. These are the responsibility of the winner.
29. All prizes are non-transferrable and are not redeemable for cash.
30. In the unlikely event that a prize should become unavailable (due to force majeure or prize not being suitable for the winners, etc), The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal value, subject to any directions given under State Regulation.
31. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the Promoter determines, at their absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize.
32. Prizes must be taken as offered. Any prize, or any unused portion of any prize, are not exchangeable or cannot be redeemed as cash. Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer. Prize values are in Australian dollars. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize values. Prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of their prize.
33. In acceptance of the prize, the Winner acknowledges that they may incur ongoing costs associated with the prize which are the entire responsibility of the winner.
34. Independent financial advice should be sought as tax implications may arise as a result of accepting the prize.
Prizes will be awarded to the person named in their contestant entry. Should an entrant’s contact details change during the Competition Period it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter.
36. The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the Competition result.
37. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements.
38. Personal information about all prize winners will be shared with the prize provider, and their agents, to the extent necessary for prizes to be delivered to the prize winners.
39. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by The Promoter in its absolute discretion.
40. If for any reason this Competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, subject to government legislation.
41. If your entry is selected as a winning entry, validation of your circumstances, the validity of your entry will be undertaken by the Promoter. Method of validation (without limitation) will be determined by the Promoter in its complete discretion. If the winning entry is deemed to be a winner, the winner will be notified as per the terms and conditions herein. In the event that the Promoter requests the entrant to sign any legal documents relating to the verification of their medical circumstance, the legal documents will take the form determined by the Promoter. It is a condition of accepting the prize the winner signs any such legal documentation.
42. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoters (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
43. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoters (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for an excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential , arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference: (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoters)due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any
variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of the prize.
44. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoters, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
45. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information about you to enable you to participate in this promotion but no further use of this information will be made without prior consent.
46. You consent to The Promoter collecting your personal information for the purpose of conducting and promoting this Competition (including but not limited to determining and notifying the winner and prize fulfilment). Your personal information may be disclosed to third party service providers for this purpose. Your personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. For purposes of public statements and advertisements The Promoter will only publish the winner’s surname, initial and State. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter. If you are not willing for this to occur you cannot participate in the promotion.
47. The Promoter is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and by entering the Competition, you (the entrant) are taken to consent to Network Ten Pty Limited’s privacy policy which contains information, amongst other things, about how you may access personal information that is held by Network Ten Pty Limited about you and seek correction of such information. See www.tenplay.com.au/privacypolicy to view Network Ten Pty Limited’s APP Privacy Policy in full. Our APP Privacy Policy also contains information about how you may complain about a breach of the APPs, or a registered code that is binding on our organisation and how Network Ten Pty Limited will deal with such complaints.
