1.Terms and Conditions:
These are the General Competition Terms that govern the relationship between you and the Promoter when you enter this Competition (Terms and Conditions). By entering the Pizza Capers Ultimate Origin VIP Fan (the “Promotion”) and clicking ‘Post’, you warrant that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”)

Submit an entry to tell us in 25 words or less why you are the Ultimate Origin Fan VIP Experience. You can only enter once.b.Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. All entries must comply with these Terms and Conditions to be valid.
c.The Entrant is responsible for ensuring his or her familiarity with the Terms and Conditions at the time of participation. The Promoter’s decision not to enforce a specific restriction (whether communicated to an Entrant or not) does not constitute a waiver of that restriction or of the Terms and Conditions generally.
d.All entrants acknowledge that the Promoter can rely on these Terms and Conditions even if the Promoter only learns of a person’s ineligibility after the Promoter has awarded a prize to the ineligible person. Return of the prize or payment of its equivalent value to the Promoter may be required by the Promoter if this occurs.
2.Eligible Entrants
a.Entry is open to Australian residents only.
b.Employees of the Promoter, including all retail staff, and their immediate families (including spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, bother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or cousin) and associated agencies, providers and companies of the Promoter associated with this Promotion are not eligible to enter.
c.Entry to the Promotion is only open to individuals aged 18 years or older who have a valid and current Facebook account (or who create a valid Facebook account during the Promotion Period).
d.Entrants can only enter in their own name and from their own Facebook account. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and Entrants (including age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or if the Entrant is engaged in any unlawful or other improper conduct which jeopardises the proper conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter’s legal right to recover damages or other compensation in such instances is reserved. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of the Terms and Conditions or any other legal obligation of the Entrant, the Entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for those losses, damages and costs.
e.Individuals who meet the criteria in this Condition 2 are Eligible Entrants.
3.Promotion Period
a.The Promotion commences at 9.01am (AEST) on Monday 18 May 2015 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on Tuesday 30 June 2015 (“Promotion Period”).
b.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries not received for any reason during the Promotion Period.
4.How to Enter
a.Entry is via the internet using Facebook.
b.To be eligible for entry, an Eligible Entrant must:
i.visit the Promoter's Facebook page at

ii.Submit through a text entry (can include links to videos & images to support the entry) on why they deserve to win the Ultimate Origin Fan VIP Experience.
iii.Follow the link to the Facebook Enter & Win competitions page
iv.Submit their first name, last name, email address phone number and date of birth; City, State
v."tick" the box agreeing that they have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions; and
vi."tick" the box consenting to the use of their personal information for future promotion, marketing and publicity purposes by the Promoter.
c.Entrants acknowledge that their responses will be viewable by the public.
d.Any rude, defamatory, offensive, illegal, incomprehensible, incorrect or incomplete Entries (all of which will be at the absolute discretion of the Promoter), or which breach any law or infringe any third party rights, including intellectual property rights will be invalid and may be removed by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
5.Prize Draw & Notification of Winners
a.At 10:00am AEST on Wednesday 1 July 2015 the prizes will be drawn. The Promoter will select the three (3) top creative Entries to win the Prizes, as determined by the Promoter (in its absolute discretion and based on these Terms and Conditions) (the “Winners”) who will each win a Prize. Judging will take place at 1 Olympic Circuit, Southport QLD 4215.
b.This Promotion is a game of skill and chance or luck plays no part in determining the Winners. Each Entry will be individually judged based on creative merit of the Facebook post contained in the entry and having considerations for the Pizza Capers Gourmet Pizza brand.
c.The Winners will be announced on the Promoter’s Facebook Page at
www.facebook.com/Pizza Caperspizza by 5:00pm AEST Friday 3 July 2015 and will remain published for a period of time determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
d.Each Winner will be required to contact Pizza Capers via private message on Facebook, provide their personal details before 10am AEST Friday 3 July 2015, so that redemption of the prize may be arranged.
6.Prizes
a.The First Prize Winner will receive 2 x tickets to the Former Origin Greats State of Origin Reunion Function package which includes pre-game, half time and post-game catering in the corporate area with Former Origin Greats, plus Category One Seating during game 3 scheduled to be held on Wednesday July 8, 2015.
b.Runners-Up will each receive 1 x 2015 unframed signed State of Origin Jersey (2 available).
c.Once Winners are notified via Facebook, Winners must respond with a shipping address. The Promoter will not be liable if the First Prize date days do not suit the Winner. In the event the First Prize Winner is unable to attend or redeem the First Prize, the prize will be forfeited.
d.Total maximum prize pool is $12,000.00. The Prize or any unused portion of the Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken for cash. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Prize is not included and must be borne by each Winner. If for any reason a Winner does not take a Prize (or any portion of that Prize) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, the Prize (or any unused portion of that Prize) will be forfeited.

d.Facebook will not be liable for any loss or damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained by an Entrant, as a result of participating in the Promotion except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
8.General
a.The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of these Terms and Conditions and the Promotion is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. Prizes will only be awarded following any Winner validation and verification that the Promoter requires.
b.Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database, not time of transmission by the Eligible Entrant.
c.The Eligible Entrant acknowledges and agrees that any costs associated with winning a prize, including travel to and/or from the event, entry into the event (unless specified), any accommodation costs and expenses, meals and beverages and any ancillary costs not expressly provided the responsibility of the Eligible Entrant.
d.Any costs associated or arising in connection with winning a prize or, with accessing the promotional website or Page is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used. Eligible Entrants must submit their entries manually using an internet browser.
e.The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of prize claims/entries and entrants (including an entrants identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits a prize claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoters discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
f.If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Entrant. If the Winner cannot be identified or otherwise contacted by the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to select another Entrant as the Winner.
g.Entrants consent to the Promoter using their photographs and agree to transfer all intellectual property in their photographs to the Promoter once an entry is made.

k.Entrants consent to the Promoter using the Entrants name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a Winner in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
l.All entries become property of the Promoter. m.As a condition of entering into this Promotion, each entrant agrees to assign all of their rights, title and interest (including copyright) in and to their entry to the Promoter. The entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter against all costs and claims by third parties arising from a breach of this warranty. Entrants consent to any use of their entry which may otherwise infringe their moral rights pursuant to the Copyright Act 1968 (copyright).
n.Winners acknowledge and agree that they must at all times abide by the terms and conditions of entry in respect of the Suncorp Stadium and the Former Origin Greats . Winners that do not comply with the requirements of the organisers of the Suncorp Stadium or personnel of the Former Origin Greats team may be asked to leave the venue.
o.Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of each Winner.
p.The use of any automatic entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter the Promotion repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
q.Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees, agents and related bodies corporate) shall not be responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their recept by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the control of the Promoter; (d) any tax liability incurred by the Winners or any Entrant; or (e) taking of and redemption of the Prize.
r.If for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of being run as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, network failure, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any of causes outside the Promoters control including but not limited to war, terrorism, state of emergency, disaster or which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves its right, in its absolute discretion, to take any action that may be available to it, including cancelling, terminating, modifying or suspending this Promotion.
s.The laws of Australia apply to this Promotion. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
