4.The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. b.Retain the original or a photocopy of the receipt issued at the point of sale at any participating Woolworths stores or Woolworths Online which verifies that the three Eligible Products were purchased in a single transaction during the Promotional Period.
c.Visit

Complete and submit the online entry form, including providing the Woolworths unique receipt number displayed on the Woolworths receipt, full name, address, phone number and email address and any additional information as required by the Promoter and submit the full completed online entry form.
7.Participating Woolworths supermarkets means all Woolworths supermarkets located in Australia excluding Woolworths/Caltex co-branded fuel outlets.
8.Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
9.Multiple entries are permitted, subject to Clause 12 and the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per three (3) Eligible Products purchased in as single transaction; (b) a maximum of three (3) entries will be accepted per household per day; (c) a maximum of one (1) entry will be accepted per Woolworths receipt regardless of the number of Eligible Products featured on that receipt); (d) limit of six (6) prizes to be awarded per household excluding SA residents, (e) each entry must be submitted separately by filling in and submitting a separate online entry form as specified in paragraph 6(c) and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; and (f) unrecognised Woolworths receipt numbers will be deemed invalid in the absolute discretion of the Promoter.
10.Entries are deemed to be received at the time they are received by the Promoter and not at the time of the submission by the entrant. The Promoter does not accept responsibility and is not liable for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence due to error, omission, tampering, deletion, theft, communications failure or otherwise. The Promoter has no control over communications networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred.
11.Any entry that is lodged by automatic, repetitive, robotic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents, including but not limited to the use of a competition entry service, will be void.
12.Entrants must retain their original or a photocopy of their Woolworths receipt(s) as proof of purchase for all entries. Failure to provide an original or photocopy of their Woolworths store receipt when requested by the Promoter may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, render an entrant’s entry invalid and forfeit their right to any prize.
13.Entrants can only enter in their own name. Entrants who enter using multiple aliases may be disqualified. The Promoter reserves the right to request the winners to produce (within the requested time) appropriate photo identification or other documentation (to the Promoter’s satisfaction, at its sole discretion) in order to confirm the winners’ identity, age, residential address, eligibility to enter and any other information submitted by the winners in entering the Promotion before issuing a prize. If the documentation required by the Promoter is not received by the Promoter (or its nominated agent) or the winning entry has not been verified or validated to the Promoter’s satisfaction within the time requested, the winner’s entry will become invalid. The prize will only be awarded following any winner validation and verification that the Promoter requires in its sole discretion.
Instant Win Prizes
14.At the time of submitting an entry in accordance with clause 6 above, each entrant will be notified instantly online whether or not they are an instant winner. Instant winners will also receive an email from the Promoter confirming their instant win along with details of how their instant win prize will be awarded. All valid entries received from winners and non-winners of an instant prize will be automatically placed in the relevant weekly prize draw.
15.Instant win prizes include:

18.All flights include all airline surcharges and airport taxes.
19.Unless otherwise stated above, spending money (or any additional spending money), meals (or any additional meals), insurance, transport to and from departure point, transfers (or any additional transfers), items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included.
20.During the entire duration of a weekly prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age. Where relevant winners and their companion/s are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation. Winners and their companion/s must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. The Promoter in its absolute discretion will determine itineraries for each weekly prize. Frequent flyer points will not form part of a prize. Prizes are subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. Winners may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in.
21.Where relevant all ticket prizes are subject to the event venue and ticket terms and conditions, including any applicable age restriction. The Promoter and event organisers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject any winner (and/or his/her companion/s) for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the prize.

22.Entries close for each weekly draw at 11:59pm AEST on the dates specified in the table below. All draws will take place at 12:00 midday AEST at Prime Focus, 403/62 Beach Street, Port Melbourne VIC 3207 on the dates specified in the table below.

23.The first valid entry randomly drawn in each weekly draw will win the relevant weekly prize (subject to verification) as per the table above in clause 17. Entries in each weekly draw will NOT be entered into any subsequent weekly draws.
24.Each weekly prize winner will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the relevant draw, by telephone and by email.
25.Upon request by the Promoter, the weekly prize winners will be required to send the Promoter the original or a copy of their Woolworths receipt. Failure to provide the original or a copy of their Woolworths receipt when requested by the Promoter may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, render an entrant’s entries invalid and forfeit their right to any prize.
26.Winners of a weekly draw prize will have their names published online at
www.woolworths.com.au/BNI from the dates specified in the table above.
27.If a winner of a weekly prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian on the winner’s behalf.
28.As a condition of accepting a weekly prize, each winner must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form. In the event a winner is under the age of 18, a nominated parent/legal guardian of such person will be required to sign the legal documentation required under this clause on their behalf.
Unclaimed Prize Draws
29.If the ‘2015 Toyota AFL Grand Final’ Prize remains unclaimed as at 10am AEST on 27.07.2015 a further draw will be held at 12.00 midday AEST on 27.07.2015 at Prime Focus, 403/62 Beach Street, Port Melbourne VIC 3207, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The winners (if one is required) will be notified by telephone and email within two (2) business days of the draw and their name will be published online at
www.woolworths.com.au/BNI from 10.08.15.
30.A draw for any remaining weekly draw prizes or instant win prizes that remain unclaimed as of 10am on 31.10.2015 will take place on 31.10.2015 at 12.00 midday AEDST at Prime Focus, 403/62 Beach Street, Port Melbourne VIC 3207, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners (if any are required) will be notified by telephone and email within two (2) business days of the draw. Any unclaimed weekly draw prize winners or instant win prizes valued at over $250 will be published online at
www.woolworths.com.au/BNI from 14.11.15.
General Conditions
31.Where delivery is applicable, prizes will be delivered only in Australia.
32. Prizes are subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers.
33.If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or part of any prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
34.Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.
35.Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clauses, if for any reason a winner does not take a prize (or an element of the prize) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize).
36. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
37.The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
38.The total prize pool for this Promotion is up to AUD$712,990.
39.Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. Any contact details incorrectly entered on the website may invalidate the relevant entry, in the Promoter’s discretion. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
40.Quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim. Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions, all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured. Instant win game materials void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way. There will be a total of 4,285 online instant win prizes to be won in this Promotion.
41.Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
42.The Promoter is not responsible for prizes damaged in transit.
43.If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
44.Nothing in these Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other warranties, conditions or terms implied by any other commonwealth, state or territory law that cannot be excluded under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories or Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion.
45.Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Conditions; (e) if any event awarded as part of a weekly prize is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (f) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (g) use of a prize.
46.All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information about entrants to include entrants in the Promotion and where appropriate award prizes. If the personal information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the Promotion. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Promotion or communicating with entrants, and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. If the entrant has marked the ‘opt-in’ box on the online entry form, the entrant consents to:
(a) the storage of their personal information on the Promoter’s computer systems; and
(b) that the Promoter may use their personal information for future promotional and marketing purposes regarding the Promoter’s products including contacting the entrant via electronic messaging and disclose the entrant’s personal information to its contracts and agents for those purposes.
Entrants can opt out, seek access to the personal information the Promoter holds about them, request correction of any errors or complain about a breach of the privacy rules that bind the Promoter by contacting the Promoter’s Privacy Officer at
