PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion will commence at 00:01 AEST on 17/05/2015 and conclude at 23:59 AEST on 30/06/2015 (Promotion Period), or when stocks of the scratch cards (defined in paragraph 10) are exhausted, whichever occurs first.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE
Entry in the Promotion is only open to Australian residents who are the holder of a valid Standard, Gold or Platinum VIP Magic Pass purchased after 00:01 AEST on 17/05/2015 (VIP Magic Pass) and who have their parent/guardian's permission to participate in the Promotion if under the age of 18, excluding:
management, employees, directors and contractors of the Promoter, its related entities, the Participating Venues and other agencies, firms or companies associated with the Promotion (including suppliers of the prizes);
a spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, guardian, child or sibling of a person referred to in paragraph 9(a) of these Conditions of Entry;
persons who have breached the terms and conditions of any promotion run by or on behalf of the Promoter,
(Eligible Entrants). The persons referred to in paragraph 9(b) of these Conditions of Entry includes natural and non-natural relations (in the opinion of the Promoter). The Promoter is responsible for determining whether a person is an Eligible Entrant in its absolute discretion.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
To enter and be eligible to win, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period, present their VIP Magic Pass at the entry point at a Participating Venue and request a Promotion scratch card (Scratch Card) (while Scratch Card stocks last).
Eligible Entrants will receive a limit of one (1) Scratch Card at a particular Participating Venue on any given day during the Promotion Period. For example, if an Eligible Entrant visits Warner Bros. Movie World in the morning, exits and then returns in the afternoon, they will not be issued with a second Scratch Card that day. An Eligible Entrant may, however, visit Warner Bros. Movie World, Sea World and/or Wet'n'Wild Gold Coast in the one (1) day and receive one (1) Scratch Card at each Participating Venue.
INSTANT WIN PRIZES
Eligible Entrants who collect a Scratch Card in accordance with these Conditions of Entry must scratch the bottom latex panel on the Scratch Card (Instant Win Panel) to reveal whether they have won a venue based instant prize as outlined in paragraph 29 (Venue Instant Prize) or a major instant prize as outlined in paragraph 31 (Major Instant Prize).
If an Eligible Entrant has won a Venue Instant Prize they must detach and relinquish the Instant Win Panel from their Scratch Card (which can be separated from the Scratch Card by tearing along the perforated line) at the relevant Participating Venue outlet, as indicated under the latex panel, in order to claim their Venue Instant Prize before the relevant expiry date as outlined in paragraph 29.

Any costs associated with accessing the Promotion Website are the entrant's responsibility and are dependent on the internet service provider used. Eligible Entrants must submit their entries and/or claims manually using an internet browser.
The Promoter is not responsible for technical difficulties with the entry or claim mechanism.
The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter the Promotion repeatedly is prohibited and will render entries submitted using such means as invalid.
Incomplete, illegible, indecipherable or incorrect entries or claims are not eligible to win.

TRIP PRIZE CONDITIONS
Holiday Prizes and Major Instant Prizes that include a holiday or travel component are subject to paragraphs 42 - 49.
Travel is subject to availability at all times and may be dependent on select seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with the accommodation provider. Prize winners must provide notice of intent to travel at least 30 days prior to the winner's proposed travel dates.
All prizes which include a Virgin Australia flight component are subject to Virgin Australia’s Conditions of Carriage available at

A person under 18 years of age may participate in a prize as long another prize participant is aged 18 years or older and agrees to act as their guardian for the duration of the prize trip.
All aspects of a prize (including travel and accommodation) are for the designated number of people travelling together at all times. Frequent flyer points will not form part of a prize. Participants of an overseas prize must be in possession of a valid passport and participants must be able to travel to the relevant destination during the designated travel period. Any costs incurred in sourcing visas and/or passports are the responsibility of the prize participants. Prizes must be taken as stated. Prizes cannot be exchanged for other travel, flights or accommodation at other destinations. All components of a prize must be taken together as a single trip to be booked by the Promoter. Once a prize trip is booked, no changes can be made. Prize participants must hold a valid credit card and present it on check in at the accommodation establishment to cover any incidental hotel charges.
Prizes do not (except as expressly stated) include:
any transport between a traveller's residence and the departure airport;
any overnight accommodation while travelling to the departure airport or destination;
any other travel or accommodation;
any incidental hotel charges (such as mini-bar charges, telephone calls, in house movies, food and beverages);
any insurance (such as travel or health cover), however the Promoter requires the prize winners and their nominated travelling companions cover themselves with full travel insurance valid for travel to the relevant destination. Receipt of insurance for all persons travelling must be supplied to the promoter prior to travel. Should a prize winner or their travelling companion fail to take out travel insurance, the Promoter will require them to sign a waiver prior to travel;
any vaccinations or other medical or health related services;
any other ancillary costs which may be incurred by those travelling.
Participants of overseas trip prizes are responsible for compliance with any health, passport, visa and other requirements for entry into the relevant destination, any country en-route and for return to Australia (Entry Requirements).
Prize participants are responsible for making themselves familiar with, and following, the Australian Government's travel advisory and consular assistance advice available at
www.smarttraveler.gov.au Participation in a prize is subject to such other terms and conditions as may be imposed by those involved in providing other goods or services included in the prizes (Third Party Terms).
Prize participants are responsible for compliance with all applicable Entry Requirements (if applicable) and Third Party Terms, and bear all risks associated with failure to comply with any of them. They will be required to maintain an acceptable standard of behaviour while a participant in their prize. The Promoter assumes no liability (and will provide no compensation) to a prize winner and/or nominated travel companion who, as a result of any failure to comply with any Entry Requirements and/or Third Party Terms:
is unable to participate in a prize (or any part of it); or
is refused entry into any country; or
suffers any other loss or damage.
GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS
All costs associated or arising in connection with a prize are the responsibility of the respective prize winner.
Prizes cannot be sold, scalped, auctioned, raffled, pledged, or promoted as an incentive or reward by any third party as an inducement for any person or other entity to enter into any commercial or other arrangements with that third party. If a prize is obtained through any of these methods, it will not be honoured.
In the event that for any reason a prize winner does not take an element of their prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the prize winner and no compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize.
Where any prize is won by a person under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to their parent/guardian on the winner's behalf.The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The prizes must be taken as offered and may not be varied. All elements of each prize must be taken together.
The Promoter shall not be liable for the prizes being lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with in any way before they reach the winners or after they have been released to the winners.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes from the time of printing Promotion materials.
If the Promoter is unable to provide a winner with a nominated prize, the Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative prize of similar monetary value to the nominated prize, subject to any directions given by the relevant state gaming department.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from winning or receiving the benefit of a prize.

NOTIFICATION OF HOLIDAY PRIZE DRAW WINNERS

RE-DRAW (IF ANY)
If a Major Instant Prize valued at greater than $50 (including GST) remains unclaimed by 10/07/2015, or a Holiday Prize is undeliverable (i.e. a prize winner cannot be contacted) or is returned to the Promoter by 01/10/2015, a random electronic re-draw will be conducted on that date at 12 noon Melbourne time at the Draw Location by a representative of the Promoter from all remaining Eligible Entries received in the Promotion, subject to any directions from the relevant state gaming department (Re-Draws).
