6.The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries. No entries received after the closing date will be recognised as eligible and no responsibility is accepted for lost, late or misdirected mail or incomplete or incomprehensible entries. All entries remain the property of the Promoter.
7.Promotion commences on May 12, 2015 at 10am and entries can be received from this date. Entries close on June 02, 2015 at 10am. The winner selection will take place at Done Dirt Cheap Head Office at 12pm on June 03, 2015. Winners will be notified by phone or email. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. In the event that the winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian.
11.Prizes must be taken as offered. No modifications or exchanges are possible and prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash or anything else.
12.Any change in the value of prizes between the publishing date and the date when prizes are claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter.
13.Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.
14.Any additional costs incurred by the winner, other than those which forms part of the prize, are the responsibility of the winner.
