TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Database promotion opens at 9 am Monday 4 May and closes 11.59pm Sunday 31 May 2015 (Promotion Period)
1. By participating in this promotion (the Promotions), you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. 2. Information on how to enter form part of these terms and conditions. 3. Entry is only open to residents of Victoria. Employees of the Promoter and their families and retailers and their families within Greensborough Plaza are ineligible to enter.
4. To enter you must click on the email sent to you by Greensborough Plaza and verify your details by completing the entry form to be in the running to win the Major Prize of a $2000 Escape Travel Gift Voucher as well a 3 x $200 Greensbrough Shopping Vouchers each week of the promotional period. Entries in the promotion are limited to once per person.
5. At the end of the promotion there will be a prize draw where one lucky person will win the Major prize.
6. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. At the end of each week of the promotion 3 winners will be drawn at random to win a $200 Greensborough Plaza Gift Card at the end of the campaign period the first correct and eligible entry drawn will win the major prize, outlined below.
Major Prize: $2000 Escape Travel Gift Voucher
8. The winning entry for the major prize will be chosen at random using an online number generator. The prize draw will be conducted at Compco Australia, Studio 2, 11 Carlisle Street, Tamarama, NSW 2026 on Monday 1 June 2015 at 10.00 AEDST. The winner will be drawn randomly and notified within 72 hours from the draw. The first correct and eligible entry drawn on each of these dates will receive the major prize.
9. Winner will be notified via phone and their first name and suburb will be posted onto Greensborough Plaza’s Website and social media channels.
10. Major Prize will be available for collection from Greensborough Plaza Customer Service Desk. Identification must be presented upon prize collection. The major prize must be collected by Monday 13 July 2015.
11. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. If the winner is under the age of 15 years the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
13. The prize(s) is/are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
14. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
15. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as is necessary at Tuesday 14 July 2015 in order to distribute any unclaimed prizes by that date.
16. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entrants that have ticked the ‘Join our Mailing List’ tick box will be entered into a database and these entrants’ names and email address may be used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.
17. Participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of all conditions on entry.
18. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, then it will be suspended.
19. The Promoter may cancel the Promotion and not award the prize(s) where circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control prevent the Promoter from providing the prize(s). Should the Promoter cancel the Promotion the Promoter will: (i) advertise that the Promotion has been cancelled by placing a notice at the Customer Service Centre in the shopping centre; (ii) promptly destroy all entries received; and (iii) not use the personal information provided on the entry form.
20. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook.
21. As a condition of accepting the offer or prize, you and, where relevant to the offer or prize, your companions, must sign any legal documentation relating to the Promotion as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form. The Promoter and the prize suppliers reserve the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address and any other information from you relevant to entry into or participation in the Promotion.
22. The prize suppliers may collect your personal information in order to assist the Promoter with the conduct of the Promotion and may disclose such information to the Promoter. However, the Promoter is not liable for the conduct of any prize supplier in their collection, use or disclosure of your personal information. The Promoter may also directly collect your personal information for the purposes of conducting this Promotion. The Promoter may disclose your personal information to third parties including parties outside of Australia including but not limited to its agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers, auditors and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities or as otherwise required or permitted by law. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised by you: (a) use and disclose your personal information for auditing purposes, and (b) use and disclose images or video footage of you, for any promotional, marketing, publicity, research, advertising and profiling purposes, in any media including social media. You should direct to the Promoter, any issues relating to your consent and any request to access, update or correct your personal information collected by the Promoter. By redeeming an offer or prize, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information by the Promoter in accordance with this clause.
