Win an Escea AF700 Gas Fire Competition Terms & Condition (AU)
1. This competition has no affiliation with Facebook. It is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
2. Employees of Escea Ltd, their family members, and anyone else connected to this competition are not eligible for entry.
3. Submission period: 9th April – 31st May 2015 via website form.
4. Escea reserves right to shortlist a number of entries before publishing entries on Facebook for the voting stage. Shortlisted entries will be chosen by judging panel appointed by Escea.
5. Voting Period: 2nd June-22nd June 2015 12pm AEST on Facebook page.
6. The winner is decided by who receives the most ‘Likes’ on their photo on Facebook.
7. ‘Liking’ the photo is the only form of voting mechanism; comments will not be included as a vote.
8. Any votes submitted after the closing date will not be counted.
9. The winner will be notified by email and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Escea reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
10. It is the responsibility of Escea to provide 1 AF700 gas fireplace engine, 1 fuel bed, and 1 fascia worth a value of $4499 (fascia and fuel bed of your choice).
11. It is the responsibility of the winner to pay for installation costs.
12. It is the responsibility of the winner to purchase the flue kit.
13. Escea takes no responsibility for the product suiting winner’s installation.
14. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
15. Only available for Australian residents. The prize can only be delivered to an address in Australia.
16. Escea reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Escea.
