1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
2. The promotion is open to financial 2015 Panthers Penrith members. .
3. Entry is open to residents of NSW who are 18 years and over and who are current full financial members of Panthers Group. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies and venues associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Social members, Directors and Employees of The Club and Tutti Frutti Contractors and related companies are excluded from entering this promotion. Entrants acknowledge that the Club is not liable for reimbursement of any prizes otherwise payable to eligible entrants who are in violation of this provision.
4. To enter, the Penrith Panthers member must:

5. The promotion commences at 9am on Monday 1 June 2015 and closes at 6pm on Sunday 12th July 2015 (“Promotional Period”).
6. A prize draw will take place at 8pm on Sunday 12th July 2015 in The EVAN Theatre at Penrith Panthers, Mulgoa Road, Penrith, NSW 2750 and announced over the public address system. Five tickets will be drawn at a time. An independent scrutineer will be present as the value of the draw is over $10,000.
7. It is the responsibility of members to be in an area of the Penrith Panthers premises where they can hear draw announcements.
8. Any current financial member with a valid entry ticket who is drawn out of the barrel has 4 minutes to present themselves along with their 2015 membership card and photo identification to the prize draw location in the EVAN Theatre.
9. We will continue drawing out 5 entry tickets until we find a total of 5 current financial members to participate in the ‘Winter Car Giveaway’ promotion at Panthers. The number of tickets drawn will reduce as finalists present themselves .For example – Once one finalist is present, four tickets will be drawn in the next draw round and so on.
10. Once a ticket has been drawn from the barrel it cannot be put back into the barrel. Members can have multiple entries into the draw and multiple chances to become a finalist.
11. The ‘Winter Car Giveaway’ promotion must conclude no later than 11:59pm on Sunday 12th July 2015.
12. The 5 renewed members who are drawn on the night will be invited to select a numbered suitcase (1 to 5) which has enclosed a key.
13. In numerical order starting at 1, members will be individually invited to attempt to open the Ford Ecosport Ambiente.
14. The member who has the key which opens the door of the car will win the car. The four remaining members will be given a consolation prize each valued at $250 ($1,000 value).
15. Prize consists of a Ford Ecosport Ambiente, 1.5L Petrol – 5 speed manual transmission in White valued at $21,040.00 RRP driveway (excluding dealer discounts). Insurance and transfer costs are not included. The winner must make arrangements to collect the vehicle from the venue.
16. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding – no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may (where necessary with the approval of the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.
17. If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal value, subject to any written directions from the various lottery authorities.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this promotion.
19. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
20. Details from entries will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties, including local lottery authorities, for the purpose of processing and conducting the promotion) and for promotional purposes surrounding this promotion. By entering this promotion entrants consent to the use of their information as described and agree that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant.
