2. Entry is open to residents of Queensland who are 18 years and over. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agencies and outlets associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. This promotion is limited to IBA (Bottle-O and Cellarbrations) Outlets in Queensland that have been invited to participate ("Participating Outlet”).
3. At each Participating Outlet the promotion will commence 00.01 EST on 04/05/15 and close at 23.59 EST on 12/07/15 or while stocks of entry forms/game cards last (“Promotional Period”).
4. For your chance to win purchase any 24 bottle or 30 can pack of XXXX Gold, XXXX Bitter, XXXX Summer Bright or XXXX Summer Bright Lime from a Participating Outlet during the Promotional Period to receive a game card and entry form. 5. scratch & win card - $5 off
(a) Scratch the panel on the game card to reveal if you have won an instant prize. Entrants who scratch the scratch panel on their game card to reveal that they have won an instant prize (of $5 off their next XXXX purchase at a Participating Outlet) win the prize indicated. Entrants whose game card reveals the words "Please try again" will not win a prize.
(b) The maximum total number of game cards to be randomly distributed for this promotion is 150,000. Each game card has a 1 in 10 chance of winning an instant prize.
(c) Instant prize consists of $5 off your next purchase of a carton of any XXXX product in a Participating Outlet between 4/05/15 – 12/07/15. To redeem, present your winning game card at the point of purchase in a Participating Outlet. The barcode will be scanned when purchasing a carton of XXXX and discount applied. All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Evakool cooler
a) To enter the draw to win a Evakool cooler, tear off the entry form from the game card, fully complete the entry form (including name, address, number) and place the completed entry form in the specially marked container at the Participating Outlet during the Promotional Period.
b) For each Participating Outlet a draw will take on 19/07/15. The winner of the prize at each Participating Outlet will be drawn only from entries received in that Participating Outlet and no other Participating Outlet. The first valid entry drawn in each Participating Outlet will receive a prize.
c) Prize consists of a XXXX QLD Maroons branded Evakool Cooler (RRP $199). All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners are responsible for the collection of the prize from the relevant Participating Outlet. The Promoter is not responsible for delivering prizes to winners.
d) Winners will be notified by telephone within two (2) days of the draw.
e) If necessary, a second chance draw will be held on 13/08/15 at the same time and place as the first draw in order to distribute any unclaimed prizes. Winners will be notified by telephone within two (2) days of the draw.
General
7. Limit applies of one game card/entry form per person per day. Entrants must retain a clear copy of their original receipt as proof of a valid purchase during the Promotional Period.
8. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications.
9. If any prize or any element of a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize or element of a prize of equal or greater value at the Promoter’s sole discretion, subject to any written directions from the relevant authorities. Winners will not be entitled to any additional compensation in the event that the prize or element of a prize has been substituted at equal or greater value.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address and any other information from entrants relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. Entrants will be refused service of alcohol or provision of an alcoholic beverage prize if it would breach any relevant laws, codes or policies including those of the relevant liquor licensee relating to the responsible service of alcohol. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, image, entry, and/or voice in the event that they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter
