How It Works

    Bring your eligible textbooks into any Co-op store. It doesn't matter where you bought the book - so long as the ISBN appears on our list of titles (you can download the huge list here!)
    We'll give you back up to 30% of the RRP in cash, on the spot!
    Buy-back amount will be determined by the store manager and is based on the condition of your book, so be sure to treat your texts with TLC.
    Choose to have your money refunded in gift voucher form and receive an extra 10% of the amount you’re receiving back!
    Just a heads up - you will need some form of photo ID when selling us back your textbooks.

Terms & Conditions

    Buyback is only available in person in-store.
    The Co-op will only buy back selected text books so check the current list of titles before heading in-store. We will update the list as often as possible however once we have reached our buyback capacity on any title, we reserve the right to refuse books which may still be listed online.
    Buyback amount is at the store manager's discretion and is based on condition of the book, and its resale potential. 30% of the "new" price of the book is the maximum, not the standard offer, and will only be given for books in perfect condition, as judged by the store manager.
    Members and customers wishing to accept their buyback payment in the form of Co-op gift vouchers will receive an additional 10% of the cash amount being offered (i.e. cash offer = $40, gift voucher offer = $44).
