Entry Restrictions Entrants and their companion must be 18 years of age or over. The Promoter may require entrants and their companion to provide proof of age in a form acceptable to the Promoter. Should an entrant or their companion be unable to satisfy this requirement, the entrant will be ineligible for the Major Prize. Entrants and their companion must be able to take the Major Prize between Thursday 1 October 2015 and Monday 30 May 2016. Dates and schedules of the Major Prize are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or schedule changes. Entrants and their companion must be the holder of a current passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel. The Major Prize winner and their companion are responsible for any visa requirements associated with the Major Prize. If the winner and/or their companion are unable to obtain a relevant visa or travel document, and/or is refused entry into New Zealand, the winner may forfeit the Major Prize. Entry Method Web Entry: During the Promotion Period entrants will be invited via Station on-air commercials to visit the Station Website and fully complete the online entry form in the manner required, including by: (a) providing their contact details including full name, age, mobile telephone number, current and valid email address, postal address; and

Major Prize Judging: On Monday 20 July 2015, the Judges will select the one (1) entry they deem to be the “best” (based on the Judging Criteria) from all valid entries received within the Promotion Period and award that entrant the Major Prize.
Entrants will also be asked at the time of entry if they would like to receive further information from Neil Med and if an entrant selects “yes” (via opt in tick box) when completing the online entry form their contact details will be passed on to Neil Med (including for the purposes of direct marketing via email and SMS). All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter by 5.00pm (AEST) on Monday 20 July 2015 at the Promoter’s premises to determine one (1) winner. There is one (1) Major Prize to be won, as follows: The winner will be awarded one (1) travel prize for the winner and up to one (1) companion (companion must be aged 18 years or older, to be determined by the Major Prize winner and approved by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion) to Queenstown, New Zealand for four (4) nights, to be taken between the period Thursday 1 October 2015 and Monday 30 May 2016 (inclusive), valued at up to $3500 AUD (incl GST). The Major Prize comprises of the following components: (a) Two (2) adult economy return airfares from Sydney, Australia to Queenstown, New Zealand (inclusive of airfare related taxes and charges); (b) Four (4) nights’ minimum 4 star accommodation at the St Moritz, Queenstown, twin share, to be shared by the winner and their companion; (c) Return on ground transfers from Queenstown Airport to St Moritz. The Major Prize is valued at up to $3500 AUD (incl GST).
Additional Major Prize Terms and Conditions No portion of the Major Prize is redeemable for cash. The Major Prize is not refundable or transferable. The Major Prize subject to all restrictions as set by the airlines and prize providers. Visas, valid passports, spending money, meals, additional activities and any other ancillary costs, including but not limited to insurance and any applicable insurance excesses, not listed in the Prize Details above or as advised by the Promoter at the time of winning are the responsibility of the winner and his/her nominated companion as incurred. The winner and their companion may be required to sign a code of conduct and/or a legal release or releases in the form determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion prior to participating in the Major Prize. Failure to do so as determined by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s absolute and sole discretion) will result in the Major Prize winner forfeiting the Major Prize. All components of the Major Prize are to be arranged by a representative of the Promoter and/or an agent nominated by the Promoter in its sole discretion. Redeeming the Major Prize and any tickets, passes or vouchers issued as part of the Major Prize is conditional on acceptance of terms and conditions as detailed by the Promoter, any prize providers and the airline carriers in accordance with normal travel practices. All ticketing is electronic and paper tickets will not be issued. It may take up to seven (7) working days after initial contact to confirm travel dates.
Travel must be booked and ticketed within 30 days of receiving the Major Prize. The Major Prize winner and/or their companion must have a valid credit card. The hotel will take a credit card pre-authorisation or cash deposit to cover incidentals. Spending money, meals, additional activities and any other ancillary costs, including but not limited to insurance and any applicable insurance excesses, not listed in the Prize Details above are the responsibility of the winner and his/her nominated companion as incurred. It is the winner's responsibility to organise and cover the costs of transport to/from the airport departure/return point. Once booked the Major Prize cannot be amended or altered. Flights are Non-transferable/Non-exchangeable/Nonreplaceable/Non-upgradeable. The Promoter takes no responsibility for loss or injury suffered by a winner and/or their companion as a result of taking the Major Prize. It is recommended that the winner and their nominated companion have valid travel insurance for their period of travel and adequate for the countries of travel. All components of the Major Prize must be taken together and when offered or are forfeited. Any element of the Major Prize not taken will be deemed to be forfeited. The Major Prize winner and their companion must travel together and participate in the Major Prize together at all times. If the winner and their companion miss any of the arranged flights, the winner will forfeit the Major Prize (at the Promoter’s absolute and sole discretion). The winner and their companion must not be under the influence of any drugs and may consume alcohol in moderation but must not be under the influence of alcohol during any activities to the extent that it impairs or affects their understanding, judgment or participation in the activities, and subject to any limitations of the Promoter, any prize supplier and prevailing laws and regulations. The Major Prize winner and their companion consent to the Promoter conducting a criminal record check prior to their participation in the Major Prize. The Promoter may, in its sole and absolute discretion, refuse the Major Prize winner and/or their companion’s participation in the Major Prize, if the Major Prize winner and/or their companion have a criminal record or any criminal charges pending. In these circumstances, the Major Prize winner and/or their companion will forfeit all claims in relation to the Major Prize. If the winner and/or their companion do not supply their passports as requested, the winner will forfeit the Major Prize as determined by the Promoter in the Promoter’s absolute and sole discretion. The winner and/or their companion must have a valid Australian Passport with a minimum of 6 month validity to be eligible to travel. Entering this promotion and taking the Major Prize is subject to prevailing terms and conditions of any accommodation/transport/experience/services/transfers/travel insurance or tour providers, and in particular, health, behaviour, age and safety requirements. The Major Prize winner and their companion must follow all reasonable directions given by the Promoter and any prize supplier during the course of their participation in the Major Prize, including all directions in relation to health, age, behaviour, safety and legal and responsible consumption of alcohol. No compensation will be payable if the winner and/or their companion are unable to use any element of the Major Prize as stated for whatever reason, including refusal of entry or departure into or out of New Zealand or participation in any other activities for health, age, behaviour or safety reasons. If the winner or their companion fails to participate in the Major Prize in the manner required, as stated in this condition and/or in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter or any prize supplier, the balance of the Major Prize will be forfeited with no compensation payable. The winner and their companion must adhere to any and all local government laws and regulations, including around the consumption of alcohol and gambling. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any actions taken by local authorities if the winner and/or their companion break any local laws. The winner and their companion should make themselves aware of the local laws and penalties of New Zealand. Serious and severe penalties exist for underage drinking and drug offences. The winner and their companion must be in good health and must not have any pre-existing medical conditions that would prohibit them from flying to, entering and remaining in New Zealand, or participating in any way in the Major Prize. The winner and their companion must declare to the Promoter and/or any supplier any health-related issues that may affect their safe participation in any part of the Major Prize and obtain a written clearance from their doctor in this respect.

The Promoter and/or any prize supplier in their absolute discretion: (a) reserve the right to refuse to allow the winner or their companion to take part in any or all aspects of the Major Prize if they reasonably believe the winner or their companion poses a safety risk or for any other reason; and (b) may cancel the relevant component of the Major Prize if the conditions are deemed dangerous. No compensation will be payable if the winner or their companion are unable to use any element of the Major Prize as stated for whatever reason, including refusal of participation in certain activities for health, age, behaviour or safety reasons. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the winner or their companion, prohibit the winner’s or their companion’s participation in the Major Prize or any component of the Major Prize, or otherwise cease to provide any Major Prize benefit to the winner or their companion, if the winner or their companion act in a way, or cause material to be published, which the Promoter in its sole discretion deems to be inappropriate, aggressive, defamatory, offensive, or contrary to law or the rules (if any), to diminish the good name or reputation of any prize supplier and/or the Promoter, its products and/or services or any of its related bodies corporate, or is otherwise not in keeping with the spirit of the promotion.
