10. In the event the Promoter is unable to contact the winners of the prize 3 months from the date of the draw, the Promoter will conduct a further
electronic re-draw at Stay in Bed Milk and Bread Pty Ltd (ABN: 39 115 166 982) trading as Aussie Farmers Direct of 50-54 Clayton Road,
Clayton, VIC 3168 (referred to as Aussie Farmers Direct or Promoter) Thursday 1st October 2015. The winner will be notified via email and
phone call.
11. On the draw date, the Promoter will publish the names of the winners on the Promoters website AussieFarmers.com.au and social media page
www.Facebook.com/AussieFarmersDirect for a period of 28 days.
12. In the event that a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or
greater value.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners and any other information relevant to

be null and void. You agree that ownership (including all existing and future intellectual property rights) in all entries is assigned to the
Promoter on submission and remain the property of the Promoter. The entrant must do anything reasonably required by Promoter to ensure
that ownership of an entry is assigned to the Promoter. To the maximum extent permitted by law the entrant waives any moral rights which the
entrant may have in the entry.
