1. Instructions on how to enter, prize details and other information contained within the promotional advertisements form part of these terms and conditions. By participating, in this promotion entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Only valid entries with the correct code word submitted between midnight Friday 24 July and midnight Sunday 2 August are eligible.
3. Entry is open to all residents of Western Australia aged 18 years and over who are not excluded from the Casino or otherwise prohibited from entering Crown Perth for any reason. Photo identification may be required upon collection of the prize.
4. The major prize winner will be drawn at 10am on Monday 3 August 2015.
5. The first valid entry drawn at random from each draw will be deemed the major prize winner. The winner will receive the following prize:

6. The winner will be notified by telephone after the prize draw. In the instance that the winner cannot be contacted on the phone number provided by 5pm Wednesday 5 August 2015, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.
7. Prize must be redeemed by 30 September 2015. It is subject to availability and any separate terms and conditions as advised by Crown. A set menu applies.
8. The prize is not redeemable for cash, or any other prize, goods or services.
9. If the prize is unavailable for any reason at the time of the prize draw, Crown will instead award the winner a similar prize of equivalent value (as determined by Crown).
10. It is a condition of entry that all prize winners agree to have their name and suburb published for publicity purposes if required. By participating in this competition, participants signify their acceptance of all terms and conditions, and the requirement to participate in promotional activity if required.
11. All contestants release from, and indemnify Crown and West Australian Newspaper Limited against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
12. Crown and West Australian Newspaper Limited and associated agencies accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, death or injury resulting from the promotion.
13. Employees of West Australian Newspaper Limited, Crown and their associated agencies and immediate families, are ineligible to enter.
14. The Promoter reserve the right to disqualify any individual who the promoters believes have breached any of these terms and conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct. The Promoter has legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender.
15. The Promoters’ decision will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserve the right to limit entry or amend rules if considered necessary without notice.
16. The Entrant consents to the use by West Australian Newspapers Limited, its related corporations (as defined by the Corporations Act 2001) and Crown, of the Entrant’s details and acknowledges that West Australian Newspapers Limited, Crown and their related corporations may, at their discretion disclose and use those details for the purpose of providing them with goods or services, communicating with Entrants, planning, research, product and business development and sales, the competition and marketing (whether target, direct or indirect) of their businesses, services or products or those of a third party which it believes may be of benefit to them.
17. If an Entrant does not want their details to be used for the purposes stated in the above clause please write to The West Australian
emailprivacy@wanews.com.au or post to Privacy Officer, GPO Box D162 Perth WA 6840 and West Australian Newspapers Limited will ensure that the details are not used for that purpose.
18. The details will also be used to investigate complaints, as required or permitted by any law, to enable West Australian Newspapers Limited, and Crown to perform their obligations under this or any other agreement and to ensure that an Entrant performs their obligations under this or any other agreement.
