2 How to Register your Card
You can sign up in-store at any TLC Newsagency or register online at The Lucky Charm Rewards website:
www.tlcrewards.com.au (“Website”) or call our Customer Service Centre (“Call Centre”) on 1300 582 592.
There is a limit of one Card per person.
A Card is not transferable, and may only be used by the registered Cardholder.
It is your responsibility to keep your personal details updated. If your personal details change and you fail to notify us of the change we might not be able to offer or provide to you with the benefits and may need to cancel your Card. If you wish to change your details, please visit our Website, call our Call Centre during business hours or, write to us at The Lucky Charm Pty Ltd, PO Box 2634 Malaga 6944.
If you no longer wish to be a member of The Lucky Charm Rewards Program you can deregister your Card by telephoning the Call Centre.
If a Card is deregistered, any Cards that have been added to that Card will be removed. Any current benefits will be credited back to the Card that accumulated them.
3 Other Benefits
If you register your Card, shop at a TLC store and swipe your card at the register before each purchase, you will qualify for other benefits which may be offered from time to time. Separate terms and conditions may apply to those promotions.
Other benefits include:
• member only discounts and newsletters and automatic entry into prize draw competitions which may be run from time to time.
• discounts and exclusive offers from members of The Lucky Charm group.
Other benefits will accrue to the Card to which they are issued; these can only be redeemed by that Cardholder and cannot be accessed by any additional Cardholders.
If at any time you do not wish to receive these benefits you can telephone our Call Centre or click the unsubscribe link on an email that you have received from us.
4 Lost, stolen or damaged Cards
Keep your Card in a safe place. If your Card is lost, stolen or damaged, visit our Website, telephone our Call Centre or write to us at The Lucky Charm Rewards PO Box 2634 Malaga 6944 or email
tlcrewards@theluckycharm.com.au.
If you have registered your Card and your Card is lost or stolen, The Lucky Charm may issue you with a replacement Card. Any benefits loaded on your lost or stolen Card will be cancelled but may be replaced by The Lucky Charm.
If your Card is damaged or unusable, The Lucky Charm may issue you with a replacement Card. If your Card is registered or if the unique barcode on the Card is still readable, any benefits loaded on your damaged Card may be replaced by The Lucky Charm.
The issuing of replacement Cards and the re-instatement of current entitlements to benefits on lost, stolen or damaged Cards is at The Lucky Charms’ discretion.
5 Other information
By joining The Lucky Charm Rewards or using your Card or claiming any benefit under The Lucky Charm Rewards program, you will be deemed to have accepted and be participating in The Lucky Charm Rewards on these Terms and Conditions.
We do not exchange benefits for cash, gift-cards or vouchers.
The Card cannot be used as a credit card, debit card or guarantee card.
Your Card is issued by and remains the property of The Lucky Charm. The Lucky Charm reserves the right, at any time without notice, to:
(a) decline to issue a Card;
(b) on reasonable grounds, withdraw or cancel Cards, entitlements to benefits;
(c) terminate a Cardholder’s membership in The Lucky Charm Rewards Program; or
(d) terminate The Lucky Charm Rewards Program.
Reasonable grounds for withdrawal or cancellation include:
(a) any abuse or attempted abuse of the Card or The Lucky Charm Rewards Program;
(b) any use or attempted use of a Card, entitlement to a benefits in a manner contrary to these Terms and Conditions;
(c) any use or attempted use of a Card, entitlement to a benefits for purchases made by a person (other than the Primary Cardholder or any linked cardholder)
(d) any reasonable suspicion of dishonesty of a Cardholder in connection with The Lucky Charm Rewards Program.
Any tampering or defacing or unauthorized use of a Card will render the Card invalid.
6 The Lucky Charm’s liability
• Any delay in replacing a lost, stolen or damaged Card.
• Any loss, theft or damage to any documentation in the course of post or delivery of that documentation.
• The suspension and/or termination of The Lucky Charm Rewards Program.
7 Privacy
The Lucky Charm respects your privacy. We collect, store and use your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988.
You consent to The Lucky Charm using your personal information to operate and provide you with membership benefits of The Lucky Charm Rewards Program (including our membership newsletter) and to bring you other benefits from The Lucky Charm group. You also consent to The Lucky Charm group using your personal information to assist in planning, developing and researching product and service offerings involving The Lucky Charm group. For example, we may:
• seek your participation (on a purely voluntary basis) in advertising campaigns, launches, customer testimonials, product testings and focus groups; and
• seek your feedback on The Lucky Charm Rewards Program, The Lucky Charm group advertising campaigns and The Lucky Charm group product and service offerings.
We have relationships with third parties to whom we make disclosures of your personal information in connection with such uses. You consent to The Lucky Charm group disclosing your personal information to those with whom we have service arrangements (these may include call centres, mailing houses and printers) and to those with whom we have alliance arrangements, where our disclosure is for the purpose of the above uses to which you consent.

8 Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Lucky Charm reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate these Terms and Conditions, The Lucky Charm Rewards program, and any benefits under The Lucky Charm Rewards program at any time. The Lucky Charm will give advance notice of any such circumstance on our Website or you can obtain such details by calling our Call Centre. Where we change The Lucky Charm Rewards Terms and Conditions, The Lucky Charm Rewards program or any benefits under The Lucky Charm Rewards program, an updated copy of them will be available on our Website or by telephoning our Call Centre. Continuing to use your Card after the period of advance notice has expired will be deemed acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions.

The Lucky Charm (TLC) Rewards™ Major Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions of Entry
The TLC Rewards™ Major Prize Draw is a promotion conducted under the TLC Rewards™ Program.
1. Definitions within these Terms & Conditions of Entry and this Promotion:
Card means a TLC Rewards™ Card issued by the Promoter as part of the TLC Rewards™ Program.
Cardholder means a person who holds a TLC Rewards™ Card, and who is Registered according to the TLC Rewards™ Program database.
Eligible Purchase means a purchase by a Cardholder at a Participating Store of an amount which is the Qualifying Amount or greater. “Smoking / Tobacco” product purchases are excluded from entry by law.
Participating Store means a participating The Lucky Charm store referred to as TLC Newsagency, Newsagent or Express store.
Prize Winner means the winner of the Promotion and the Prize as determined in accordance with clause 9.
Prize means a Holiday prize on a cruise up to the value of $10,000 (AUD)
Promotion means the TLC Rewards™ Major Prize Draw promotion governed by these Terms & Conditions of Entry and conducted as a promotion under the TLC Rewards™ Program.

Promotional Period means 00:01 31 July 2015 WST to 23:59 30 November 2015 WST
Qualifying Amount means the total purchase amount is AUD 1.00 or greater.
Registered means that all mandatory Cardholder information has been correctly completed in the legal name of the Cardholder, according to the TLC Rewards™ database and which is deemed final and conclusive.
2. Information on how to enter the Promotion and a description of the Prize forms part of these Terms & Conditions of Entry. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions of Entry. Entries not complying with these Terms & Conditions of Entry are ineligible and the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Cardholder from the Promotion if any entry does not comply with these Terms & Conditions of Entry or as otherwise set out in these Terms & Conditions of Entry.
3. The Promotion is open to Cardholders and available at all Participating Stores. Provided the Cardholder makes an Eligible Purchase, entry into the Promotion is otherwise free. Directors, management and employees of the Promoter and its franchisee stores and its agencies directly associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
4. These Terms & Conditions of Entry will be displayed at tlcrewards.com.au at the commencement of the Promotion.
5. Entries for this Promotion close 23:59 30 November 2015 WST.
6. To enter the Promotion, a Cardholder must swipe his or her Card at the register of a Participating Store immediately before making an Eligible Purchase.
7. Entry/entries will be recorded for each swipe and Eligible Purchase immediately after the Eligible Purchase. The Promoter’s records are final and conclusive.
8. There is no limit to the number of entries a Cardholder is allowed.
9. The Prize Winner will be determined by an automated random draw of all valid entries. The draw will take place at 8.00am WST 1 December 2015 at The Lucky Charm Pty Ltd, Unit 3, 691 Marshall Road, Malaga, WA, 6090. The first valid entry randomly drawn from all entries collected during the Promotional Period will be the Prize Winner.
10. Within 2 days of the draw, the Prize Winner will be contacted by email and telephone and will have his or her first initial, surname and state published on the TLC Rewards™ website.
11. The Promoter may conduct such further draws as are necessary if the Prize is unclaimed.
12. The maximum total prize value is $10,000 (including GST). The Prize means the winner and their chosen travelling companion/s go on a cruise up to the value of $10,000 (including GST). The package deal will be fully disclose upon time of booking.
13. Unless otherwise stated, insurance is not provided as part of any holiday prize but is highly recommended. It will be each prize winner’s and (if applicable) their travelling companion’s responsibility to take out at their own cost all relevant insurance (including but not limited to health and travel insurance, insurance for theft, loss and damage to property) which may be required or prudent to be taken. All insurance, spending money and other expenses, unless otherwise stated, are costs for the prize winner and are not provided as part of any holiday prize. Unless stated otherwise, holiday prizes consist of flights and accommodation only.
14. The prize winner and any travelling companions must have and maintain valid passports (if travelling overseas) endorsed with all relevant visas and with expiry dates no less than six (6) months following the proposed dates of travel or such other duration as may be required by an relevant regulation. These passports, and their holders, must not be subject to any restrictions on their rights to travel to and from the applicable country or countries. Passport control and in-country authorities may reserve the right to refuse entry to prize winners and/or their travelling companions. We shall not be responsible for ensuring your ability to travel to your holiday destination nor for any additional costs incurred should you be refused entry.
15. Unless otherwise stated, all holiday prizes must be taken within twelve (12) months of the closing date of the relevant Competition or the prize will lapse. Holiday prizes are also usually subject to terms and conditions required by the provider which will apply to the prize winner.
16. The prize winner and their travelling companions (if applicable) must comply with and are responsible for obtaining any inoculation and health regulations required by any holiday prize destination country.
17. The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The Prize value is in Australian dollars and is the recommended retail value as provided by the Prize Supplier and are correct at time of printing. The Promoter and/or the Prize Sponsor accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and/or the Prize Sponsor makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability, or merchantability of the prize.
18. We will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage suffered by any prize winner or their travelling companion (if applicable) should any prize winner or their travelling companion (if applicable) not redeem a holiday prize as a result of any Government travel warning or advisory applicable to the destination country and/or countries or for any other failure on their part to travel. In particular, we shall have no obligation to substitute any alternative prize, cash equivalent or other compensation where a prize winner and/or their travelling companion (if applicable) fail to redeem a holiday prize for any reason.
19. Prize winners and their travelling companions must comply with the terms and limitations of airlines, other transport providers, and the venues involved in the provision of any holiday prize, including any insurance policy relating to the holiday. In particular, entrants must comply with all health and safety guidelines and instructions and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
20. The departure date of the prize holiday must be on or prior to 30 November 2016.
21. The Promoter and/or the Prize Supplier accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from winning the Prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify all entries from any Cardholder who is in breach of the Terms & Conditions of Entry or the Terms & Conditions of the TLC Rewards™ Program or who manipulates, seeks to manipulate or benefits from manipulating, the entry process or the Promotion.
23. The Promoter and its agencies and companies associated with this Promotion and/or the Prize Supplier will not be liable for any loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained (including without limitation to that caused by any person’s negligence) relating to the Promotion or the awarding or taking of the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case liability is limited to the minimum amount allowable by law).
24. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the Promotion including the Prize and these Terms & Conditions of Entry (subject to any applicable law).
25. If any act or omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms & Conditions of Entry, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation and the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
26. The Promoter may use any personal information that a Cardholder has provided to it as part of the TLC Rewards™ Program for the purpose of running the Promotion, and also in advertisements, publications, media statements and other promotional material associated with the Promotion. For purposes of public statements and advertisements, the Promoter will only publish the Prize Winner’s surname, initial and state. The Promoter may disclose the information for those purposes to its related bodies corporate and contractors. Unless the Cardholder has opted-out of communication, the Promoter may use personal information a Cardholder has provided to send the Cardholder information about The Lucky Charm’s products and services (including via electronic means), and may disclose the information to its related bodies corporate, agencies and contractors (including call centres, advertising agencies and direct mail houses) the Promoter engages for that purpose. If an entrant requires access to his or her personal information, he or she should send an e-mail to
