You will be among the first on the Gold Coast to experience our amazing new venue in Surfers Paradise and all of the features we’ve added to the Howl at the Moon Experience. Some of these additions include a tapas menu designed by celebrity chef Guy Grossi, private day beds with riverside views, all new sports bar with 20 plus screens, alfresco riverside dining, 2 private karaoke rooms and more.
Each of the winners will receive entry to our exclusive opening night which includes complimentary food and drinks for you and one lucky friend.
Terms & Conditions
1. Information on how to enter form part of the terms and conditions of entry.
2. The competition promoter is Howl At The Moon, Surfers Paradise.
3. Entry is open to Queensland residents only who are over the age of 18.
4. Strictly one original entry per person.
5. The entry form found at
www.howlatthemoon.com.au/competition must be entered eligibly and
completely (as determined by Howl At The Moon) to go in the draw.
6. Employees of Howl At The Moon, their family members and connected agencies and companies are
ineligible and will be automatically disqualified.
7. There is no entry fee – however by entering the competition you are agree to becoming a subscriber
of the Howl at the Moon mailing list.
8. This competition will begin on 29th July 2015 and close 16th August 2015 at 11.59pm. Howl At The
Moon reserve the right to change the dates. After the end date no further entries to the competition
will be permitted. Winner will be announced within 24 hours. If winner does not claim prize within 24
hours after notification, Howl At The Moon reserves the right to choose a new winner.
9. The winner will be announced on Facebook and will have their details published on the corresponding
day at
www.facebook.com/pages/Howl-At-The-Moon-Surfers-Paradise.
10. There will be three winners of the competition. Prize is a double pass for winner and friend for entry
at the Howl At The Moon VIP Opening Night, plus complimentary food and drink. If for any reason the
prize needs to be posted the winner must pay for registered postage and Howl At The Moon will not
be responsible for the item once posted.
11. Accommodation and Transport must be organized by the winners. Transport and Accommodation will
not be organized by Howl At The Moon.
12. The complimentary Food and Drinks will have a time limit, they will not be available for the entire
night. Further instruction will be given to the winners upon arrival.
13. The promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity and proof of
residence. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter.
14. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for any reason.
15. The rules of the competition prize are found in this document.
16. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms & conditions
without notice in the event of an unanticipated event. Any changes to the competition will be notified
to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
17. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party
connected with this competition.
18. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. Prizes cannot be transferred.
19. The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook.
20. The draw for the winner will take place within 7 days of competition ending at the offices of Hybrid
Web, Suite 74A 15Victoria Avenue, Broadbeach QLD 4218. There are 3 prizes and 3 separate winners
of 1 x double passes.
21. The prize for each winner is 1 of 3 double passes, for winner and friend, entry to the Howl At The
Moon VIP Opening Night and complimentary food and drink.
22. This competition is a game of chance, skill plays no part. Winner will be selected at random.
23. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, we
reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
24. The promoter will notify the winner when, where and how the prize can be collected. Please refer to
point 10.
25. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but
not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in
connection with any prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
26. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no
correspondence will be entered into.
27. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms
and conditions.
28. All entries become the property of the promoter.
29. The winner(s) agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material.
30. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
