Brisbane Airport Major Draw Competition Terms and Conditions
To enter the Brisbane Airport Major Draw competition, customers must do the following during the Promotional Period:
1. Spend $30 at any participating retailer* at the International Terminal to receive their game card/ entry form.
2. Enter
www.brisbaneairportcompetition.com.au to access the online entry form page.
3. Enter their details with the unique code found on the game card.
4. All customers are also invited to fill in the entry form part of the game card and place this into one of the entry barrels located around Brisbane Airport International terminal.
5. Each entry will count as one entry into the Major Prize draw.

Conditions of entry
1. Information on ‘How to enter’ forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family, Brisbane Airport tenants and their immediate family, the staff of Brisbane Airport tenants and their immediate family and the proprietors and staff of companies involved in the production, publishing and administration of this promotion and their immediate family are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents. Tenants means lessees, licensees and in the case of a corporation, their directors.
3. Entry is conditional on providing personal information. The Promoter collects and deals with personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and its privacy policy available at
http://www.bne.com.au/privacy- policy. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
4. Customers are limited to one (1) game card per spend of $30 or more during the promotional period. Customers may only receive one game card per receipt.
5. Entry is only open to Queensland residents aged 18 years or over.
6. Entries for the Major Prize Draw will not be accepted after 10pm Sunday 13 September 2015.
7. Entries will not be accepted via mail.
8. Entries that are illegible, forged, mutilated, copied or tampered with in any way will not be considered.
9. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
10. The Major prize value is correct at the authorisation date of the competition. The Promoter is not responsible for any subsequent variation in values.
11. The Major prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable and must be taken as offered.
12. The Promoter’s decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
13. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

The Major Prize draw winner will be drawn at Compco Digital, Unit 2, 11 Carlisle Street, Tamarama, NSW, 2026, at 10am on Monday 14 September 2015.
1) The winner will be drawn at random from all entries submitted.
2) The judge’s decision is final. No further correspondence will be entered into.
3) The winner need not be present at the draw to be eligible to win.
4) The prize winner must provide an original receipt and suitable identification to the Promoters’ satisfaction to be entitled to redeem the Major Prize.
5) Winners will be contacted in writing and via phone.
6) The name of the winner of the Major Prize draw, will be published on Facebook and
www.brisbaneairport.com.au within 72 hours of the draw date.
7) If despite every reasonable effort the winner of the Major Prize cannot be contacted, the prize will be retained for three (3) months and a redraw/s will be conducted at Compco Digital, Unit 2, 11 Carlisle Street, Tamarama, NSW, 2026, at 10am on Monday 14 December 2015.
The winner of the redraw of the Major Prize, will be notified in writing and the winner’s details published on Facebook and
www.brisbaneairport.com.au within 72 hours of the redraw date.
Liability
1. The Promoter makes no representation or warranty about the fitness for purpose or merchantable quality of the prize.
2. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001 (Cth) or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia (Non-Excludable Guarantees). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) the promotion or use of a prize; (b) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (c) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (d) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (e) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or (f)any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant.
3. Unless due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions, all valid prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool value will be honoured.
4. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, then it will be suspended.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
6. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
The laws of Australia apply to this promotion to the exclusion of any other law. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

1. If the customer chooses to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to use the customer’s name and photograph for marketing and publicity purposes for an unlimited period without remuneration.
2.
