Muffin Break and Birch and Waite ‘Win a Hamper Pack’ Competition
Terms & Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these conditions of entry.
2. Promoter is Muffin Break Pty Ltd, Unit 215F1, Building 215, 122 Lang Road, Moore Park, NSW 2021.
3. Entry into the Muffin Break and Birch and Waite ‘Win a Hamper Pack’ Promotion shall be deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
4. Entry is open to all Australian residents over the age of 18. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related entities, and other agencies associated with the Muffin Break and Birch and Waite ‘Win a Hamper Pack’ Promotion are ineligible to enter.
5. The promotion runs from 02.00PM AEST 3 August 2015 to 02.00PM AEST 6 September 2015 (“Promotional Period”). No entries outside the Promotional Period will be considered.
6. Multiple entries are permitted, provided that each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Entry Into Muffin Break and Birch and Waite ‘Win a Hamper Pack’ Competition
7. To enter, you must, during the Promotional Period be a registered member of the Muffin Break Club loyalty programme and must have ‘Opted-in’ to receive the latest e-news (
www.muffinbreak.com.au).
8. To enter the promotion, entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
visit the Promoters website (muffinbreak.com.au)
follow the prompts to the competition entry page
complete the online entry form by:
complete all required particulars of the entrants full name, address, postcode, email address and contact telephone number; and
submitting an interesting and/or creative answer to a question:
What is your favourite way to enjoy maple syrup?”
9. The entry must be the entrants own original idea which must not have been previously published in any forum worldwide and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
10. The Promoter may disqualify any individual whom the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these terms and conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct which places the fair and proper conduct of the competition at risk.
11. The Promoter is not responsible for any communications network failure or
any lost, late, delayed, ineligible or incomplete registration, however this may
happen.
12. By entering into this competition, the winner agrees to participate in promotional activities regarding winning the prize which may include but is not limited to publication of their photo together with their first name and suburb; and an announcement on the website.
Details of Prizes
13. There are ten (10) prizes to be won.
14. Total prize pool value is $800 total each hamper is to the value of $80.
15. The hampers include:

Fish Sauce (3 units valued $4.59)
Assorted dressings (8 units valued $4.98)
Hollandaise (1 unit valued $4.98)

16. Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
Details of Determining and Contacting the Winner
17. The winners will be drawn at 2pm on 10th September 2015 at Muffin Break Pty Ltd at Unit 215F1, Building 215, 122 Lang Road, Moore Park, NSW, 2021.
18. The winners will be notified by 16th September 2015. If the Promoter is unable to contact the winner for the purposes of awarding or distributing the prize within ten (10) working days, or the winner declines the prize, that winner will forfeit the prize entirely and it shall be awarded to the next selected winner in the promotion. The promoter will not be liable where a winner forfeits the prize. In the instance the winner has not contacted the Promoter by Wednesday, 26th September 2015 to claim their prize, a new winner will be drawn and notified on Thursday, 27th September 2015.

20. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it for a prize of equal or greater value.
21. If a winner declines the offer of the prize, or objects to any part of the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the next eligible winner drawn.
22. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage or for personal injury suffered or sustained by the taking of the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Judging
23. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.
24. All eligible entries will judged by a panel of appropriately qualified representatives of the Promoter. The ten (10) winners will be selected based on the most interesting and/or creative answer, as determined by the judges, to the question “What is your favourite way to enjoy maple syrup?”
25. The judges’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into with respect to it.
Privacy
26. Each entrant acknowledges that their entry information may be used for future promotional purposes if they have opted-in to receiving promotional information from Muffin Break.
