By entering the Restaurant Revolution – ‘Tell us Your Favourite Restaurant’ Competition” (“the Competition”), you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.
2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all residents of Australia, who are 18 years of age or older.
2.2 Employees and immediate families of the Promoter, Seven West Media Limited, Toyota Motor Corporation Australia and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The Competition commences on Sunday 9 August 2015 at 09:00 AEST and concludes on Sunday 6 September
2015 at 09:00 AEST (“the Competition Period”). There will be four (4) minor prize draws (each a “Minor Prize Draw”) and one (1) major prize draw (“Major Prize Draw”) conducted for this Competition. 3.2 In order to enter the Competition:

1. Click on the Competition page detailed on the Program website which will lead to the active Competition Page;
2. Entrant must then pick which restaurant is their favourite from: NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA; and
3. Entrant must then register for the competition by using their full name, address (including postcode)
and contact daytime telephone number (including STD area code). They can then choose to opt in to receive further information from the Sponsor (detailed below in ‘Additional Terms – Privacy’).
MAJOR PRIZE DRAW ENTRY: Once the entrant has completed the Minor Prize Draw Entry steps above, they will be included into the relevant Minor Prize Draw and the Major Prize Draw.
3.3 Entrants may enter as many times as they like throughout the Competition Period, however can only win one minor prize (except for residents of South Australia who are entitled to win more than one minor prize). All Minor Prize Draw winners will be entered into the Major Prize Draw. There will be one (1) winner drawn at the end of each week of the Competition Period (see clause 3.1) then all entrants will be placed in the Major Prize Draw on Monday 7 September 2015 at 10:00 AEST.
3.4 Entry online via scripting is prohibited. If scripting is detected, the Promoter may deem all entries from those entrants invalid.
3.5 The time of entry will in each case be the time the online entry is received by the Yahoo!7 database and not at the time of entry submission by the entrant.
3.6 Entries remain the property of the Promoter and will not be returned to the entrant. Entrants agree to grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use their entries in all media worldwide and acknowledge and agree that they will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4. PRIZES
4.1 There will be four (4) Minor Prize Draw winners in total (1 per Minor Prize Draw) as well as one (1) Major Prize Draw winner drawn in total who will receive the relevant prize as detailed in clause 4.2 below.

4.3 The Minor Prize Draw winners and the Major Prize Draw winner receiving the VOUCHER prize detailed in clause 4.2 above must abide by the following conditions:
a) VOUCHERS:
§ In the event that a prize is no longer available, subject to regulations, the Promoter reserves the right
to substitute prizes in its discretion to the same and equal recommended retail value.
§ The Promoter and their associated agencies take no responsibility for the prize being damaged or lost
in transit.
§ The prize will be dispatched to the Minor Prize Draw winners within 28 business days upon
confirmation with the Promoter
§ Winners must abide by all the Terms and Conditions of the Flight Centre Voucher. The Flight
Centre voucher is valid for a period of 12 months from date of issue.
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Flight Centre Voucher are not included. Any unused balance of the Flight Centre Voucher will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the Flight Centre Voucher is subject to any
terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the Flight Centre Voucher.

5.6 The Major Prize Draw will also take place at MNet Mobile Pty Ltd, Level 1, 16 Anster Street, Adelaide, South Australia 5000 Monday 7 September 2015 at 10:00 AEST. The winner will be contacted by a member of Seven Network Marketing by a phone call within two working days of the draw, and a letter advising the winner of their prize will also be express posted. The winner’s entry details will be published in the Public Notes section of The Australian newspaper on Monday 14 September 2015.
5.7 Subject to state government legislation, the Major Prize Draw winner must accept their prize by Tuesday 8 December 2015 at 17:00 AEDT otherwise an unclaimed prize draw will take place at MNet Mobile Pty Ltd, Level 1, 16 Anster Street, Adelaide, South Australia 5000 on Wednesday 9 December 2015 at 09:30 AEDT. The winner will be notified by a phone call and mail and winner’s details will be published in the Public Notes section of The Australian newspaper on Monday 14 December 2015 if required.
5.8 The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result. If for any reason a winner does not take, claim or redeem a prize (or an element of a prize) at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
5.9 The Promoter may in its absolute discretion deem entries invalid subsequently to a winner being notified or a winner’s name being announced if it is discovered that the winner did not enter the Competition in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. In these circumstances, an additional draw will be conducted.
5.10 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner (and any companions) may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
6. NO LIABILITY
6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the Competition on any of the contesting dates detailed in clause 3.1 and in the manner described in these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to breaking news and current affairs, vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to state government legislation.
6.2 Seven Network (Operations) Limited, MNet Mobile Pty Ltd, Toyota Motor Corporation Australia and their associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.
6.3 Seven Network (Operations) Limited, MNet Mobile Pty Ltd, Toyota Motor Corporation Australia and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur:
a) whilst undertaking any travel won on or connected with their entry into the Competition; or
b) in the acceptance or participation in any prize;
c) as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;
d) due to the broadcast of any program relating to the Competition or the publication of any material,
including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any
other person.
e) in relation to any damage or loss to entrant's or any other person's computer software, computer
equipment or internet connection resulting from or related to participation in this Competition;
f) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
g) any technical difficulties, technical error or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the
Promoter’s control); or any error, omission, interruption, deletion, delay, defect, theft, unauthorised
access or third party interference.
6.4 Seven Network (Operations) Limited assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion,
defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available, subject to state government legislation.
6.5 If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the
control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, subject to state government legislation.
