TERMS AND CONDITIONS of Entry

1) Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed by acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2) Entry into this promotion can be made between 9:00 am AEST on Tuesday, August 18th, 2015 to 23.59 AEST on Sunday, September 6th 2015.

3) No purchase is necessary to enter. Entrants may submit as many entries (posts) as they like, but only one post per entrant will be considered as an entry.

4) Entry is only open to Australian residents who are aged 18 years and over, and have a legitimate personal Facebook account. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

5) All entries must be received by 23.59 AEST on Sunday, September 6th 2015. Ben Buckler Boards cannot accept any liability for any entries which are late, do not fulfil the prompted question or are rendered unrecognisable.

6) To be eligible to enter, the Entrant must comment under the original competition Facebook post with a picture of your favourite surf beach and tell us why you love it, in 25 words or less. This is done by entering text into the comment box under the Post. Entries will be judged on their ability to fulfil the question asked, as well as creative merit.

7) Ben Buckler Boards reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Entrants (including an Eligible Entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any Eligible Entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Entrants have the capability to delete their Entries, as per Facebook’s functionality of deleting your own posts, comments, etc. on Facebook.

9) Ben Buckler Boards reserves the right to delete any inappropriate entries without first informing the Entrant.
Prize

10) Winners will be selected on Friday, September 11th by a judging panel. Winners will be determined by their Entry’s ability to fulfil the question asked, as well as creative merit.

11) There will be one [1] prize consisting of:

• The Ben Buckler Boards Nudie Nut surfboard, valued at $495.
Ben Buckler Boards will ship the Prize to the Winner’s nominated address free of charge.
Notification
12) The Winner will be notified on the Ben Buckler Boards’ Facebook Page Friday, September 11th, 2015. The Winner will also be contacted by the email address associated with their Facebook account if that contact information is readily available to Ben Buckler Boards. Otherwise, the Winner will be prompted to contact Ben Buckler Boards directly to validate their identity and Entry.

13) If the Winner fails to contact Ben Buckler Boards by Friday, September 18th, 2015 their Prize will be forfeited and the Entry deemed to be the runner-up will be announced as the Winner. The steps outlined in Clause 12 will be replicated.

14) The selection is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

15) Total Value of the prize (1 x Ben Buckler Boards Nudie Nut) is $495 shipping (Note: shipping costs are variable as they depend on the final Australian shipping address). There are no cash alternatives: the prize must be accepted as offered, and is non-transferable. Ben Buckler Boards reserves the right to substitute a prize or part thereof with a prize of equal or higher value in the event of unforeseen circumstances and/or withdraw or amend the promotion at any time without prior notice.
